Hi, Amy. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the state you found the restaurant in. It is not in our nature to ignore/avoid issues like these. We would usually always ensure to clear tables during breakfast however, as you could imagine during certain times the restaurant can get quite busy. As for the food during breakfast, we are currently looking for new ways to adapt what we currently offer for breakfast. Regarding the bathroom situation, we apologise for this however, as it is out of our control, we cannot assure any changes in that matter. Aside from this, please ensure any other problems you have had, we will definitely take into consideration so that this does not occur again in the future. We would love it if you could give us another try, rest assured, this would not happen again. Many thanks for the review.
