Hotel was fit for purpose but teh experience was not good. The violent domestic in the room opposite was disturbing for my teenage daughter, and she really did not like the smell of cannibas coming through the air con on sunday night.

Poor shower, air con not working, breakfast service poor and chaotic. No cups, orange juice not refilled. Breakfast tasted good, just the service was poor.

Nice, bright, mainly friendly hotel, let down badly by the attitude of their bar staff bellowing out that the people waiting to buy a drink won't be able to as she is closing the bar in 5 minutes at 23:00pm.... just as dozens of guests come back to the hotel from a concert at Leeds Direct Arena next door... it seems Ibis don't want your money. Or want to provide basic customer service..

Great place for arena and shopping Nothing extravagant but comfy and warm. A little noisy slamming of doors but thats the people staying not the hotels fault. Only thing missing was hand towels as we only got 2 , pretty small bath towels in the room and its really not enough.

My husband uses a wheelchair and we were very well looked after: the room was spacious so simple to manoeuvre in and the wet room was easy to use. The attention to fire escape arrangements was super. Breakfast was excellent too - a wide choice and the chef helped with my need for lactose free options.

My second time here, hotel is great, rooms very big, free coffee in foyer. Location is great 5 min walk into centre of Leeds, and it’s attached to a mall with convenient Morrisons for any supplies and lots of eating places from Pho, bubble team to the fast food places Raco Bell, KFC, Greggs, McDs and loads others. This time discovered in the mall opposite there’s 3 Harry Potter experience shops with filming studios in them to dress up! Parking is easy with covered multi-storey Merrion Car Park next door with half-price parking, £7 for 24 hours.

Room was clean and comfortable. Sheets didn't fit the bed properly as the mattress and mattress topper were too deep for the sheets. Restaurant were helpful with gluten free and vegetarian breakfast options. Check in stressful after a long journey as member of staff on reception couldn't find my booking by searching my name and my booking reference.
