The room was very nice and clean. Room needed some hot chocolate sachets for people who don’t drink caffeine. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of food and drinks.

Good location for 02 Academy, Leeds

Check in not good. No welcome, and after checking my credit card app, I had been charged twice. When I raised this with reception, was told it would take up to 15 working days for the refund to be processed. Other than this the staff were friendly, breakfast ok. Nice hotel, first time in an Ibis hotel

When I opened the door I found the trash bag (from last customer) was left in my room, and I could not found TV remote controller. Breakfast service was very good!
