Alright for a night but wouldn't want to stay for 3 or 4

I stayed here with my girlfriend to see Fontaines DC for 1 night and this review is a combination of both of our thoughts. The beds are okay and give you a decent enough sleep to get by, though when it comes to a combination between firm and soft in the mattress it's a bit too firm and we both said we would've preferred if it were softer. Cleanliness for the room is perfect, though, as we couldn't find a single spot of dirt or hair in any part of the room. However, our biggest problem was privacy and staff adhering to the rules of the hotel. By this, I mean that we left a Do Not Disturb sign provided by the hotel on the door of the room and on multiple instances had both staff and other customers attempt to enter the room by opening the door despite the sign. This was here because we were getting changed and didn't want to be disturbed, and this caused some discomfort for us both. The shower is also okay, as it is easy to operate once you figure it out and the bathroom is well-organised, though the shower could potentially use instructions in the bathroom, as it can be difficult to figure out how to operate at first. All in all, while the room served us well enough for 1 night, I probably wouldn't recommend it for several due to the problems I've mentioned. Still, if we were in Leeds again we'd be willing to go back here.

I stayed for three nights and really enjoyed my stay, it's very much fit for purpose. Breakfast was a little bit cold but I was still very happy. The room was very spacious and included tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were very helpful and the location is fantastic, especially if you are going to First Direct Arena.

Ideal location, room was quite small, but very modern and comfortable. Theres a coffee machine in lobby which is a lovely touch, Breakfast wasn't great tho , pricey and not great tasting bacon or sausages, orange juice watered down . Kept running out of stuff including crockery
