Great hotel. Easy walking distance to the shops, train station and more importantly the arena. We booked this hotel as we were visiting the arena and it’s 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Breakfast is extra which I disagree with. For the price of the room, breakfast should be included.

Should have stayed in the new Hyatt but as it wasn't finished we moved here and were pleased we did. Great location for the First Arena, train station and the City Centre. A v quiet hotel, slept very well. Breakfast not bad too.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here for gigs. It is literally 5 minutes walk from Leeds Appollo Arena and round the corner from the Grand Theatre. As it was a Friday the check in was busy. The rooms have everything you need but I would like a bigger bath towel and a hand towel. It is a 15 minute walk from the station uphill or £6.50 in a taxi. The beds are comfy and the water in the shower is lovely and hot. I am looking forward to future stays for more gigs.
