We stayed at the hotel for shopping and attending a concert. The location was fantastic. Just 2 mins walk from the Arena. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. And the rooms perfect. I would always choose this hotel when staying in Leeds

I stayed two nights should been 4 but the course was cancelled due to bad weather and without asking on checkout the receptionist said she would get at least one night refunded. Which was extremely kind.
