Hotel is in a great location, bed is comfortable and staff are great. The only downside is the bathroom, the sink is either too big and low so when on the toilet there is no room to move your legs. I’ve stayed in other Ibis hotels and it wasn’t an issue, but it will be on my mind if I visit Leeds again soon.

We were in Leeds for the Goodlife Festival so needed somewhere reasonably local so we could get back/forward to the event. The hotel was perfect - well equipped room, fantastic breakfasts and it a fab part of the city should you fancy a bit of shopping or window-looking. Who doesn't?! We're hoping to come down for the 2027 festival, we'd unquestionably book the Ibis again.

The room was very clean. It was just very very dusty. The hotel was very nice and quiet. Staff was nice. It was centrally located in the city center, which was great. Five doors down to the right was the mall which had a Morrisons had a Greggs and other others grocery stores so it’s so convenient. It was also in walking distance to Leeds Beckett University. Was nice. I was grateful that I had air-conditioning.
