A 45-minute delay at check-in is unacceptable, particularly after a journey, and I can appreciate how frustrating it must have been to then discover that your room was still being serviced and had not been cleaned to the standard expected. I was also very concerned to learn that cleaners' phones were ringing outside your room for an extended period late at night, causing further disturbance. This is certainly not the restful environment we aim to provide for our guests, especially those travelling for business.
