I was underwhelmed by the whole experience. lack of signage to where to park and due to ongoing building works, there is no safe walkway from the carpark to hotel other than to walk along a single track road with poor lighting and again no signage. I arrived late at night and was met with a receptionist who must of only just stared with you as it took an age to check in and resulted in two payments as there were mistakes. I have attended meetings but this was my first time staying. I was underwhelmed with my room, mainly due to size but also having to hang my clothes on scaffolding (which i had to dust). I feel my room decor was styled from the 1980's and no phone signal from my room which also incumbered me as there on business. On a positive, the pizza I had as my evening meal was fresh and tasteful. Our waiter was full of life and engaged. The lighting in the restaurant was poor to the point whereby some of my party had to use the light of their mobile phone to read the menu. Unfortunately I have another stay booked for the 11th to the 13th Feb but after this i think i will revert back to the Hilton which is a shame as the Tribe is closer to our operation (T2)

Great and fast check in. The rooms is large and can accommodate all 3 of us. It is clean and shower were also great

The hotel was extremely cold in all areas, despite heaters and heating in the room, I wore a coat the whole time and slept in a jumper. Staff were wearing puffer jackets to keep warm. This made the whole stay extremely uncomfortable

Great comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff, Love having a coffee.avhine, would be helpful to have information on the different pods - had to guess TV is a good size but had difficulty cast it and every now and again it very briefly pixelated
