The hotel is in an ideal position for flying from Manchester airport but I have been ill since eating in the restaurant.

I found we only had one bath towel in our room. I Informed the front desk at 10pm but nothing arrived by 10.58. As we were leaving the hotel early the following morning I did not go back down to reception (check in desks) I think this customer service was abysmal and not what would be expected in a proper hotel. You have people on your check in desks who plainly are not interested in customer satisfaction !!!!
