Arrived at 01:20 in the morning, travelling with my sister so seperate beds (which i booked) essential. 1st offered a king, then a family room with a sofabed, is that ok? No its not i replied, but its so late what else can i do. The sofabed may be ok for a child, but not for an adult. I have stayed at Tribe both here and abroad and one of the reasons i choose them is they have comfortable beds. This is an airport hotel, the main purpose is to sleep for a few hours before / after a flight. 50% of the booking did not sleep!

The WiFi didn't work in our room, the TV didn't work in the room (possibly because there was no WiFi connection) and several of the lights didn't work. The bathroom was very small but the bedroom was clean and modern. Fine for one night but disappointing compared to other TRIBE hotels we have used; we wouldn't return to TRIBE Manchester Airport.

Really handy for terminal 2 and the train station. Staff are friendly and I even "got a how was your stay " on the way out, which I don't normally get.There was no water in the room and no phone signal. Room was clean and not too far away from the lift. Restaurant is overpriced. My food arrived before my drink. No one to greet me at breakfast. Stood for ages before I decided to just go and get my help myself. I wasn't the only one! (People are timed pressured as majority will be jetting off on holiday ) Choice was dissapointing. Stayed here a few times now and this was very disappointing.
