We are pleased to hear that you found the hotel easy to locate, enjoyed the range of sockets and charging facilities in the room, and appreciated the tea, coffee and Nespresso machine. It is also good to know that you enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar and the quality of the drinks. That said, we are very sorry that your dining experience fell well below expectations. Your comments regarding both the cheeseburger and the sea bass have been noted, particularly the portion of pancetta and your concerns about the preparation, presentation and overall balance of the sea bass dish. We completely understand your disappointment when a dish does not feel substantial enough to constitute a satisfying meal, especially at the price you paid. While we appreciate that the meal was discounted during your stay, we recognise that this does not change the fact that the food did not meet your expectations. Check was a bit staccato but got there. Room had all the requirements, bed, bathroom kettle t bags. Reasonably quiet for sleeping. Restaurant is not huge and gets booked out. Bar Menu is scant at best, 3 main courses all about £19-22. Pasta portion half filled the bowl, although was strongly flavoured. No ales only lager. Everything seems to come covered in parmesan cheese, fine if you like it!

Pleasant stay. Shame that the shower leaked and filled the bathroom and out into the bedroom with water. Even more unfortunate that my bag was sat just outside the bathroom door. Breakfast was really good and value for money. Would stay again

Disappointing stay with serious security concerns After arriving for check-in at 1:30 AM on Tuesday, we were looking forward to getting some much-needed sleep. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable, and we were oddly assigned a family room despite being just two adults. Breakfast the next morning was poorly organised; there were no plates or cups available for self-service, and the coffee machine would only fill half a cup at a time. The most distressing part of our stay happened after breakfast. While we were getting ready to travel home—I was in the shower and my wife was changing—someone walked right into our room. My wife had to shout for them to leave. When we reported this serious security breach to reception at check-out, the only response we received was a dismissive, "Sorry about that." This was incredibly underwhelming given the situation. Overall, our experience at the Tribe Hotel was highly disappointing, and we will not be returning.

Good location for accessing public transport from airport. BUT several disappointments, starting with long queue (out of the door) to check in. Room not properly cleaned. Staff apologised but otherwise disinterested.

Great location, welcoming staff and efficient on checking us in. All hotel staff were lovely, pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a lovely room, clean, spacious and very comfortable bed and had a good night's sleep. Easy to access car and drop off and hand keys to hotel first thing the next morning and clear instructions given on returning for vehicle. Only negative ... we had no shower gel or shampoo, they were empty and had clearly not been filled on room check between guests, luckily we brought our own travel set. We would definitely return and stay again for future airport stay with parking.

Nice hotel, they had a reception team who booked you in, room clean and comfortable. Outside tables for drinks (smoking area). Food was good in the restaurant but suggest you book in advance as we only had 2 choices for seating which was 5.45 or 7.45.

We did upgrade from the standard 2 twin room to a much larger room with a sleeper sofa. Much more comfortable. Front desk agents were very helpful on the change. Dinner at the restaurant and Max was a very good server! Great food. All in all a wonderful stay. Breakfast buffet was very good in the morning. Will stay again.
