Satisfactory overall but the following need improvement. 1. Arrival by car - no drop off location that is remotely convenient or signposted. Was difficult getting luggage to the room. 2. Above exacerbated by main entrance being closed because it was cold outside. Access via small side door at extreme end of the building that was difficult to negotiate with luggage plus a significant detour. 3. It's ludicrous that a new build hotel's front entrance is not properly designed such that reception/check in staff can function effectively in a warm environment. Whole ground floor area was uncomfortably cold. 4. Room good. Bed comfortable. 5. Restaurant/bar staff need a floor manager to provide focus and direction but otherwise friendly and polite,

I’m glad to hear you found your room comfortable and enjoyed the bed. However, I’m sorry to learn about the challenges you faced upon your arrival. We strive to ensure our guests have a smooth check-in experience, and I understand how frustrating it can be when logistics don’t align. Your comments regarding the drop-off location and the entrance access have been noted, and we’ll certainly take them into consideration as we assess our operations. There have been recent changes outside of our control, meaning that our original drop off point at the front of the hotel was closed by Manchester Airport for construction at short notice, and is now located to the side of the hotel. I also apologise for the discomfort you experienced in the ground floor area. We aim to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the extremely cold temperatures have made this difficult to maintain, however, we are looking at ways to improve this moving forwards. Regarding the restaurant and bar staff, I’m glad to hear you found them friendly and polite. Your suggestion about having a floor manager is valuable, and I’ll pass it along to the team to help improve service flow and guest satisfaction. Thank you again for your insights, Mark. Great location lovely staff and a very comfortable room,food in the restaurant in the evening was nice,and plenty of choice for breakfast.This was our 2nd stay at the Tribe and I would highly recommend you stay here before your flight.

Nice modern hotel. Decent food. Unfortunately we stayed in January and hotel design meant cold air from outside blew straight into reception bar and restaurant. Guests and staff all wore coats as inside. Shame. We will stay again but only from Spring onwards
