No hassle used the jet parks + hotel option it was so easy. Hotel was clearly sign posted through the airport and across the skywalk. Staff at hotel were helpfull and friendly room was comfortable and clean.

We stayed for one night with my daughter and arrived in the evening, before 9pm. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel was in a great location, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable and felt luxurious. The only thing that could be improved was the lack of room service or food options available when we arrived. After a long journey, it would have been nice to be able to order something to eat, but everything appeared to be unavailable. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel and reception staff were very good and we are happy with that. The ambience of the hotel itself and restaurant staff is doom and gloom. No holiday vibes or smiles, just rudeness. At 5pm we could only book a table for 9.15, and when we arrived, we were told 'order now, the kitchen is closing', we hadn't even sat down. Too late for starters. The drinks were too expensive to enjoy. We would choose this hotel to sleep but we would not eat or drink there. Other hotels are close enough to walk to.

Second time here. Stay equally as good as the first. Excellent location. Very comfortable bed and all amenities you would need. Short walk to/from train station and very well signposted, approximately 5-10 min walk to airport terminals from the hotel. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant/bar with top quality food, they have gluten free options on evening menu. Encourage restaurant use even if it using the hotel by providing parking from what I understand. All Staff I encountered were engaging and friendly. Highly recommended and I will always check availability here first above the other hotels within walking distance to Manchester Airport. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable using this hotel.
