I came in early morning off multiple flights with a throbbing headache, having had so many issues and stress along my travels. I had a 24 hour wait until my next flight and wanted to meet my brother for dinner after work. I didn’t want to wait until late afternoon check in, but a shower and a nap were top priority. The hotel across the way wanted crazy money for an early check in, so I just walked into ibis to inquire, thinking I’d just rough-it out in a cheaper place, so I could recover. To my surprise, the place was clean, and quiet, the staff was friendly, and the early check in option was affordable and seamless. They even had a vending machine with headache medications, which was a lifesaver. I told my brother to send any visitors there, and I told some other people I met too. This place is not cheap, it’s amazing value for money.

The a/c in the room did not work. Was not able to contact reception. The only way to contact reception was to go downstairs which is ridiculous.

Stayed many times, cheap & cheerful hotel. Always call early on the day of the stay to book a table at sister hotel next door other wise you are eating too late. Never had an issue, the lady I spoke too refused and denied they do this. I asked for her name and she refused to give it. Called the other hotel and booked no issue then spoke with them when we had dinner and they said there was no reason why she could not pre book you in and didn't need a room number. Poor service.

The car parking is a nightmare as it's very small and shared between two hotels so it's first come first serve. There was no spaces and we had no idea where else to park but if you're on the carpark for longer than 10 minutes you will get a parking charge. We had to quickly look for parking elsewhere which was very stressful. The room itself whilst clean is very basic, and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is so thin that for bigger people it feels like you're sleeping on just the hard wood surface underneath. It is definitely well located for the airport but I think I'd possibly pay a little bit more for extra comfort.

No where to park. No carts or help with luggage. There is a door to get to the elevators and I had 3 bags travelling alone...luckily a fellow traveler helped me. I know this is a budget hotel but I will pay more next time and stay somewhere comfortable.
