Paid £22 for breakfast on arrival , was instantly charged as came up on phone , was told declined , showed payment coming off on phone , still said had to pay again; showed next day 2 payments came off , kept saying only 1 would be charged , well 3 days later 2 payments definitely off , was made to feel like a criminal when actually I was the 1 being robbed . As in USA now for 2 weeks need to wait and tell bank I was charged double , obviously the customer is always right does not apply to Ibis.
