We both have arthritis, you gave us a bed that butted up to the wall.this is no good to us because it makes it difficult. Getting up through the night.we stayed with you in September. We arrived and parked the car, went to reception and waited only a few minutes to be greeted by a gentleman on reception to book in, shortly after, he was interrupted by a female colleague who needed him to do something. No “sorry to interrupt”. The lady took over our reservation and was obviously flustered and just not very attentive. You could sense she wasn’t very interested in our presence and gave us wrong information about parking the car elsewhere. We then had to come back to reception to clarify this and she then said she didn’t give us that information. She then asked me to fill in a form that I had already filled In online which had been sent to me the week before. I stated that i had already done this and was informed the booking office hadn’t forwarded it on. I emailed three days before to make sure they had received this and I also called and was informed it was all in order. Quite a disappointing reception. The room was clean and tidy and just what we required but the customer service let this down. I would probably not choose this hotel again and due to this poor service we didn’t eat or drink in this hotel that evening.

Very good location , walked to terminal 2 in around 5 minutes and I’m a slow walker . Will definitely book here again for any early morning flights . Clean hotel , room very small but to be honest was adequate for our needs , somewhere to rest & sleep before our early flight . Definitely will recommend this hotel .
