I had an early morning flight, so I just needed to have a quick dinner and somewhere to rest my head for a few hours. The hotel was reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. As well as, having a bar and kitchen to grap some food there is also a pool table and a table tennis table to entertain yourself. I opted for the continental breakfast (open from 5:00), it was nice to have a little something to fill my tummy before leaving. Thanks Ibis

Stayed here before an early flight from terminal 2, couldn’t be closer to the terminal and the walk to it was very convenient. Getting to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a walk considering how close it seems but I’m sure for those driving it would be alright. The staff were kind and accommodating. The room was small but clean apart from very dusty walls but it was a very cheap stay. The beds were like sleeping on rocks but as I imagine most people only stay for one night it isn’t too much of an issue but neither of us slept much at all. No gluten free options for food, which I expected as a celiac but worth noting if you are also GF and planning a visit I’d recommend bringing your own food with you. Overall fine stay considering the price and location to the airport

Positives: friendly staff, clean, warm room. Ideally located for Terminal 2. Negatives: the twin room booked didn’t match what we viewed on the website and had something of a prison cell feel to it, being dark blue walls and quite sparse. The beds were pushed together so we had to separate them and turn them around to face the TV. We were also surprised by an additional £25 overnight parking fee that wasn’t made clear on the website.
