We stayed here on our return to Paris for an overnight prior to going to Gare du Nord to catch the Eurostar the following day. We chose this as it was convenient to Line 4 to get to Gare du Nord. It was also a great place to have one last meal in Paris. A plethora of restaurants just out the door and down the street OR corner.

This hotel is in good location. This location is close to three metro stations, Edgar quintet, Gaite, and Montparnasse Bienvenue. There are lots of good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel service is great. I am always satisfied.
