Only one problem is poor bathroom equipment

Now our go to hotel when in Paris.Rooms are a decent size and housekeeping maintains to a good standard given the undoubted fast turnover of guests. The young staff front of house are always very professional cheerful and helpful. The breakfast area is unusual and a difficult layout such that it can be hard to locate things but slowly we are learning and they had changed things slightly on our last visit which made things a little easier and more logical! Croissants are excellent other choices not quite as varied as some other MERCURE but sufficient. It can also be a bit noisy if there are several families but that is down to guest profile and behaviour not the hotels fault. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and shall be returning in a months time.

Team went above and beyond we had to make changes my friend booked the incorrect hotel but they were able to find a room for her right away and guided her on cancelling the other one, I extended a night without any issues and I checked out so early that they had juice coffee and croissants ready for me at 4:30 am 2 hours before the restaurant opened just because they wanted accommodate as much as possible, so nice :) Thank you !
