Hotel in need of renovations and certainly not worth the price you pay even in Paris.

Another weekend in the Mercure in rue Gaite .. and another comfortable stay in this great hotel in a great location.

We’re delighted to read that you enjoyed another comfortable stay in our great location — your continued trust means a lot to us. At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you encountered. The heating issue in your room should of course have been resolved during your stay, and we regret that it was not. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team to ensure this is addressed promptly. Regarding the towels, our housekeeping team normally follows our sustainability guidelines closely, and we’re sorry that your preference was not respected. The same applies to the recycling bin: you are absolutely right, proper labelling is essential for it to serve its purpose. We also apologize for the lack of replenishment of the coffee and tea amenities. Although we’re glad to hear that our reception colleague assisted you efficiently, this should not have required a request from your side. Thank you again for your observations — they help us greatly in improving the consistency and quality of our service.
