Was the heating system not working? Or are they saving on energy? I am not easily cold but I've been cold in the room and in the bathroom.

For a 4 star hotel it's a pity you have to resort to paper cups with the tea making equipment. The bar was closed so we were unable to buy a drink after returning from the theatre at 2330 hrs. I've been staying at this hotel on my visits to Paris for the last 25 years and feel some of the standards have fallen.
