We only stayed for a night, but we were so happy with our time there. Such an excellent location, full of bars and restaurants and life. Close to metro station and the hotel staff was SO helpful. Really kind and generous with children too. Both my husband and I said we will most definitely return to this arrondissement and hotel for our next stay.

No AC, bad breakfast staff

The hotel is in a great location and is actually very nice. Breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choices. However the staff at the breakfast room and the evening staff at the hotel is very young and unpleasant. Rude and not helpful is an understatement, many whispers under their lips about the amount of food we eat at breakfast or our kids behavior. Also the worst thing is that the AC did not work and it was so much hotter at the hotel than outside. When we approached the reception the offered a fan but nothing else, they said that this is how hotels in Paris are. This is completely inaccurate as it is not my first stay in Paris and ACs if exist, usually work fine. It was not very hot so AC were not overloaded. We paid for a room with an AC and got without. Will not stay here again.

windows and great pillows

Love windows that open and coffee maker in the room and the pillows were great! Wish the hotel didn't have carpets in the room. wood or linoleum is best for avoiding dust and creatures. Though I extended my stay, I don't think I was given a great price, it cost 30 euro more than the first night, that doesn't seem right.
