Another weekend in the Mercure in rue Gaite .. and another comfortable stay in this great hotel in a great location.

At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you encountered. The heating issue in your room should of course have been resolved during your stay, and we regret that it was not. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team to ensure this is addressed promptly. Regarding the towels, our housekeeping team normally follows our sustainability guidelines closely, and we’re sorry that your preference was not respected. The same applies to the recycling bin: you are absolutely right, proper labelling is essential for it to serve its purpose. We also apologize for the lack of replenishment of the coffee and tea amenities. Although we’re glad to hear that our reception colleague assisted you efficiently, this should not have required a request from your side. It was perfect, like previous time. The only bad thing was that all elevators were not functioning at the morning we had to check out. Getting down with our languages using the stairs was a big challenge

We stayed at your hotel last year and really liked it so decided to choose it again. We were not disappointed. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. I asked for a quiet room at the back and got it. Breakfast is very good and copious. A very well managedhotel.
