We got the recently renovated room which was comfortable with two kids and asthetically pleasing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is really the best part of the hotel - right at the center of everything in Paris and just at the entrance to the main Chatlet-Les Halles metro and RER station. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel upgraded us to a different room so that we could be closer to our children’s room, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen while we were in the city, and the staff member at the lobby was incredibly kind and supportive. She did her best to help and reassure me, and even checked on me the following day — such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. The breakfast was excellent, the location was fantastic, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. A perfect choice for our family — we would happily stay here again!
