Room was unexpectedly small, very small. Would have liked some tissues. Everything was minimum. If this is Styles, I have no idea what they can cut back on in the Budget hotels.

We stayed 3 night with our kids as we did a tour in cities around. The check in was smooth the manager was very friendly. In the morning she even waited for us during breakfast and made fresh croissants for us. We had a great stay and enjoyed it!

This was an OK stay and whilst there was nothing bad about the hotel, except that the front door was very grubby, it didnt meet the standard facilities we have come to expect at Ibis Styles Hotels. The room was small and didnt have a kettle for hot drinks, the breakfast didnt have boiled eggs or bananas, so there was nothing my wife, who has a raft of food intolerances could eat, and there was no lift.. My wife also has asthma. But the staff were very pleasant and efficient and the location was handy for an overnight stop when travelling between Brittany and Calais and the hotel was clean (apart from the front door). This should probably be a Budget hotel not a Styles, it feels like it's been upgraded, but not quite enough.

We are also glad that you appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, we are sincerely sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly in comparison with other Ibis Styles hotels. We take note of your remarks regarding the entrance door, the size of the room, and the absence of a kettle. Please be assured that we will review these points internally to improve our guest experience. We are also sorry for the inconvenience your wife encountered during breakfast due to her dietary intolerances. Our team is always available to assist guests with specific dietary needs, and we regret that we were not made aware of this during your stay so that we could have offered alternative options. Regarding the lack of a lift, we understand how this may have been inconvenient, especially given your wife’s health condition. Although our building’s layout currently does not allow for the installation of an elevator, our team is always happy to assist guests with their luggage or to assign rooms on lower floors whenever possible.
