(1) on check-out I was promised to receive invoice by mail - did not happen - I asked via mail - received invoice with wrong address - since then silence (2) on chek-out I wanted to pay in BRL - check out team confirmed - but I was charged in EUR at a ridiculous rate

Additionally, the situation involving the currency conversion at check-out is particularly concerning, especially as you had clearly requested to be charged in BRL.
