We stayed at Novotel Reims last year on our trip to Geneva. Just had to repeat the same this year as the hotel is so easy to get to off the autoroute. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking space. No problem having our small dog with us and taking him into the restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent with a broad choice of menu and so much choice at breakfast. On all our future travels to Geneva we will always be stopping off here enroute. We didn't use the pool on this occasion as the weather (in June?) was on the cool side.

Executive Room, Very disappointing, the bed too close to the wall, difficult to get out in the dark. The fridge was not working, unable to cool drinks etc.
