Follow up my last year review . Nothing much has changed . It is mainly the convinient location and a brilliant friendly manager Lorrele otherwise the breafast bar has not improved at all if not worse while the price has gone up again ! Accor privillages are declining gradually towards complete withdrawal sooner or later ! Total rating should be 3.5 maximum

Staff are lovely and easy check in and check out but the room was old, bathroom was old and shower leaked, nowhere to hang towels etc, curtains fell down and marks all over walls, for an All Accor extremely disappointing and would not recommend this hotel to friends and family

Kate at reservations was amazing as was the maintenance man. Initial room stunk of mould. Reported but no actions taken. Reported leaking fridge, and floor had lifted as seen when replaced - old damage though. Keep complaining and finally got a room change. Room service did not work, phones never answered. Got locked onto balcony for over an hour accidently by a staff member an took over an hour to get a phone call answered overseas call centre and referred to hotel to open door. Compensation was catered breakfast. Breakfast was warm, good selection with clearly cost saving measures that did not address Custer hygiene. Love children’s hands in the chocolate fountain not. Carpet in dining room was feral. Complained about staff issues not answering phones and no room service and was told nothing to be done due to understaffing. Casting did not work in replacement room but Great room and great view with no toxic mould smell finally. Would not reccomend this hotel and subsequently would not stay with Novotel again. Wish we had booked refundable as we only continued with stay due to having paid up front. Never again.

Very close to the beach, excellent breakfast, good gym facilities, polite staff, good value for money and decent room. The downside was that lifts were too slow and during peak hours (e.g. breakfast time) one had to wait for up to 10 min to get into a lift. The wifi was too slow in the family rooms. We had to rely on our mobile data. Overall, we would stay here again.
