2026.2.18. there is a blackout that night. When I went for check out next morning. Hotel promised a refund, because we waited so long (I believe it was midnight)for the electricity to come back. But I have not received any refund after a year.

Great location, comfortable rooms. Showers need a little update, made the floor really wet each time we showered. And fridges with a freezer would be great. But overall, really nice stay.

Wasn’t happy about the enormous increase in price to extend for my 3rd night. My phone died as I was about to secure the room for $146. Charged my phone attempted to Book & it was 250+. 100% ruined what was a great stay.

We only stayed for 1 night. Check in was fine, parking was fine, lift wait times were horrible, room was clean, communication with the hotel was absolutely horrendous. We left a ring behind by accident on 25.2.26, I tried to call the following day multiple times but no answer, I emailed and got a response that someone would contact me shortly and let me know, I tried to call over the next 4 days while we were still in the area so we could collect the ring if it had been found save postage but no answer. Finally on the 4th day when we were heading home someone answered and I got told they couldn’t look today but would call me, I’m still waiting for a call back and it’s 13.3.26. Terrible communication.
