It was satisfactory but there was a leak in the left hand corner of the room where my luggage was and my clothes got wet I did report it to reception on check out Also I noticed when housekeeping came in to change towels we got fresh towel but she just washed the old cups and we got them back I would have expected a trolley of new dishwasher washed new cups and glasses to be supplied

Well located, we were on level 32 - nice view. Bed was on wheel so moved/ slipped around the room every time you sat on it or rolled over of a night. Staff were a little bit rude - not very friendly to be honest. The female security guard was pulling us and other people up for talking too loud while just having a normal group conversation the bar area. we seen her to it to multiple people so made it uncomfortable to spend time in that area felt like we were being watched. It was a fine stay but might not stay again.

Great check in the staff were very knowledgeable and bubbly. We were informed of some renovations being done around the Pool etc. BUT were not informed of people painting the balconies! Upon waking up we were met with a young woman painting our balcony, with our curtains wide open it might have been a different story if we had not noticed her. We also had breakfast included, the food was nice, but it was also noted large groups of people bringing containers down and filling them with food, these people also lacked hygiene and on multiple occasions I saw them handling the food and then putting it back on the plates, more needed to be done to prevent them doing this.

Excellent location great room Loved how the pool was heated as I have bad legs and back used it everyday only thing is the breakfast honestly it wasn’t very nice they shoukd bring back packet condiments I saw knives with butter in the vegemite and in jams and those butters were awful the Pastries were stale or frozen and don’t get me started on the coffee machine the hot food was awful too not like the old days needs an overhaul
