I booked and paid for a spa room which, I was informed on arrival, was double booked and therefore not available, which was very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the disappointment caused on your arrival. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected maintenance issue in the spa room, which meant it was unable to be occupied during your stay. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused. As a small gesture of our apologies, we were pleased to offer you complimentary breakfast, and I hope this provided some added comfort during your time with us. There is no longer the exuberant experience in the lobby of welcome but just indifference. There was only milk in the fridge and no minibar items. Requested face and hand towels and two bath towels was delivered instead.

Nice short comfortable stay, the phone was quite dirty and few strands of hair noted in the bathtub.

Dissatisfied. Got wounded, we lost shirt and pjs, they changed the sheets but did not wash the cups nor cleaned the toilet and sink. The floor is not vacuumed as well. Full of sand from our first day of stay.
