This was my second stay and the room this time felt significantly more dated than the other room I was in. The view was a lot better, however being a lot closer to Cavill meant that there was basically loud noises until around 2am, which wasn’t the hotels fault but did make it frustrating. The bathroom was also felt very outdated and the gaps in between where the basin was have clearly never been cleaned as there was a used hair tie in between there, hair as well as a few cockroaches and I was greeted with one upon getting out of the shower. The bath was also stained with something black. Other than that, it was a nice stay, the bed was comfy and this hotel easily gives some of the best welcome gifts to accor members.

Had no real issues with the stay at all - all interactions with staff were pleasant and friendly, and all service extraordinary. Room was clean, housekeeping was quick and efficient. Some shade around the pool area would have been really appreciated, as would have any acknowledgement of our special anniversary request. We asked for a late check out, which was given with no issues, even though we didn't need it in the end - was appreciated!

Nice facilities good location only thing is that the shower was slightly dirty so could have been cleaned better as it wasn’t appealing and the noise at night was very loud but that is out of your control
