It's wonderful to know our central location, facilities, and team helped make your stay enjoyable despite the less-than-ideal weather. Thank you also for your constructive comments regarding the maintenance items and the wind noise through the balcony doors. While we're pleased our maintenance team was able to address the reported issues promptly, we appreciate you bringing the door seal and pressure issue to our attention. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the ALL App. A map displaying nearby Accor properties with pricing is valuable feedback, and we'll be sure to pass your comments on to our Accor colleagues for consideration. Dear L. Li, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I can certainly understand your disappointment. The temporary beach works, the tile cleaning, and the BBQ odors from the restaurant below would have impacted your overall enjoyment of your stay. The beach works are being carried out by the local authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control. They are temporary, and we look forward to the beachfront returning to its usual setting once the project is complete. We appreciate your comments, as they help us better understand our guests' experiences. I apologise that the condition of the apartment appeared tired and that there was an unpleasant odour in the lobby on your floor.
