I'm pleased to hear that our location continues to suit your needs and that you noticed the recent refurbishment works. It's especially meaningful to know you've chosen to stay with us on multiple occasions, and I truly appreciate your continued loyalty as an ALL member. That said, I'm sorry to learn that your experience was overshadowed by the parking charge and the delays with our lifts. I understand your frustration, particularly given the room rate for your stay. While parking is charged separately due to the limited onsite facilities and associated operating costs, I appreciate that this did not meet your expectations, and I have shared your comments with our management team for review. I also acknowledge your feedback regarding the lift wait times. I recognise how inconvenient this can be, especially during busy periods, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Dear Mr. M., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your apartment, the amazing views, our central location, and that you found our reception and restaurant teams to be friendly and welcoming. That said, I am sincerely sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. I apologise that your television issue was not attended to on the first evening as promised. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will be following up with our team to ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner. I'm also sorry to hear about the unpleasant odour near your apartment and the insect bites you experienced while in the room. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so that the apartment can be thoroughly inspected, including preventative pest treatment if required. Finally, I was disappointed to read about your departure experience. Regardless of the time a guest checks out, especially when a late check-out has been arranged, every guest should feel valued and treated with courtesy. Please accept my sincere apologies if the interaction made you feel uncomfortable. I will address this with the team to ensure a consistently professional and welcoming experience for all our guests. I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed our convenient location; however, I'm sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. I sincerely apologise for the discomfort caused by the bed, the ongoing delays with our lifts, and the unpleasant odour in the hallways. I understand how these issues would have impacted your overall experience, and I have shared your comments with our housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams for review and follow-up. I'm also sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced when making your booking through the ALL App. I appreciate how frustrating it must have been to lose your original reservation after encountering payment issues. I regret that your ALL Gold membership was not recognised consistently throughout your stay. While I'm pleased our team was able to correct the late checkout charge after it was brought to their attention, this should have been identified from the outset. I'm also sorry that you were not offered your welcome drink and that a room upgrade was not available. Your loyalty is important to us, and I understand your disappointment that your membership benefits did not meet your expectations on this occasion. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the pool bar not being open during your stay. I understand this was disappointing, particularly if you were looking forward to using this facility. We genuinely appreciate your patronage and are sorry to learn that your recent experience did not meet the high standards you have come to expect from us. We are disappointed to hear that you have noticed a decline in both our service and the condition of our apartments. Your comments regarding the furniture condition have been shared with our maintenance and owner relations teams for review. We are also currently in the process of planning a refurbishment program for a number of our apartments, and feedback such as yours helps us prioritise these improvements. Regarding parking, we understand that changes to pricing can be disappointing. While self-parking is now charged separately, this reflects the current operating costs associated with providing and maintaining our secure parking facilities. We also regret that you did not feel your Accor Gold membership was appropriately recognised.
