Dirty dusty damaged and falling apart

I didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities but the location was perfect and the size of the 1 x bedroom was HUGE!

Had one week was lovely stay, except for the carpet smell on hotter days

During our recent 8-night stay, we encountered several service issues that significantly affected our experience. At check-in, the two guests traveling with me were refused luggage storage simply because I—the booking holder—had not yet arrived, despite being only two hours away. This rigid and unnecessary policy created an inconvenient and stressful start to our stay. Throughout the week, we did not receive the one full room clean that is promised for weekly stays. Our daily towel replacements were also consistently insufficient, and on our second-last day, our room was not serviced at all. These repeated housekeeping issues were disappointing, particularly for an extended stay. On a positive note, the buffet breakfast was exceptional—one of the best we have experienced. Olivia provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay and deserves recognition for her professionalism and positive attitude. However, service from other restaurant staff was inconsistent. Staff members frequently disappeared for long periods, leaving tables uncleared and guests waiting. Jake, in particular, demonstrated poor manners, lack of attentiveness, and repeatedly made errors in taking orders, creating a noticeably negative impression. We raised these issues with staff and requested that both our positive and negative feedback be passed on to management, and that management provide a response. Unfortunately, we never received any communication. This suggests that our concerns—and our compliments—were not escalated as requested. The lack of follow-through indicates that management may be contributing to the ongoing service issues. Overall, while the breakfast quality and Olivia’s exceptional service were highlights, the broader lack of communication, poor housekeeping standards, and inconsistent customer service left us disappointed with our stay.

The time spent with my family, from the room assignment to the hotel breakfast, was very enjoyable. What we didn't know when booking was that pool maintenance (or construction) was scheduled to start early on our check-out day, which we only discovered through a TV announcement in the parking lot the night before. Furthermore, when we went to the indoor pool for an evening swim on our final night, construction had already begun at 6 PM, which meant we were unable to swim with the children. We are extremely disappointed that this construction started early and without any prior warning, effectively ruining our last chance to swim
