Apartment is excellent size, incredibly spacious and has almost everything you would need. The location is fantastic, so close to shops, entertainment and restaurants, and right across from the beach. All rooms have a beautiful view and huge balcony. The fridge had filtered water and ice machine maker which is great. Nespresso machine in the room but no milk frother which is really what makes the difference with coffee! A few things that let our stay down - they tried to charge us $25 a day for parking, I checked 2 weeks prior to staying on their website it said complementary parking - they agreed to wave it only when I brought this up and said the price changed Dec 1 - make sure they don’t charge you if you booked before this date! The room cleanliness lacked attention to detail. There was only 1 pan in the kitchen for cooking which was unusable, not sure how old it is but no amount of oil or low heat would prevent everything sticking to the pan - we called housekeeping asking to replace the pan to make pancakes as we couldnt with the one provided.. 1 hour later someone brought up a handful of pens? We said we wanted a pan not pens, then later brought a pan with the exact same issue. On the day prior to checkout we returned from a day out and housekeeping attending to find the fridge filter not working at all (error code on door) - called housekeeping who said they would send maintenance up but no one ever came. Lastly, the main bedroom of the 3 bed apartment has 2 single beds pushed together.. I don’t know why hotels do this as it’s so uncomfortable for couples. Overall our stay was great but can’t give 5 stars for the reasons above - soul would do well to provide better customer service.

We had the penthouse for a couple of nights for our end of year family business celebration to treat our family staff members. It was very spacious, with amazing views on the 63rd floor, great location. We all had a great time, the only small improvement I would recommend would be attention to detail with cleaning of the windows/floors, it was average considering that most of the penthouse is surrounded with large windows floor to ceiling or sliding doors going out to the balconies that need to be professionally cleaned, along with the floors. Also being a 5 bedroom penthouse you would imagine that for the cost you would have more than one car park available and have Valet parking included. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful. Awesome location short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops.

The view is super good, you can see the whole gold coast. You can enjoy sunshine and sunset just in your room. The room is clean with all facilities, such as oven, wash machine and so on.

We could not fault this place at all. Only thing I would say is that the restaurant is very overpriced and not for the average family. Having said that you are surrounded by some amazing restaurants and eateries so this wasn't an issue for us
