The location is perfect near the beach. A room with a sea view is a must. Our room was like an apartment—large, comfortable, and clean, with a washer and dryer. There was also a big terrace with amazing view on the ocean and beach. There in-door and out-door pools - big and clean. I also visited the gym which is not big but acceptable - almost no people there. You also should find a lovely garden near the out-door pool. The only odd thing was the breakfast—we booked a room with breakfast, but upon check-in, we were told that only snacks and drinks were included, with main courses requiring an extra charge. Upon check-out, we discovered that the main courses were actually included in our reservation. We also had two trial days during our stay when they served a full breakfast buffet.

The sub-penhouse apartment is quite run down, lack of maintenance. furnitures are dirty and walls have heavy marks, broken power points (quite unsafe). Shower knob is hard to turns and shop dispenser is not working. Have been here several times but extremely unsatisfied this time with the condition of the apartment.

Went for work with my children and stayed a few days after for pleasure. Accommodation was clean and spacious. The team at both front desk and HYDE were super accommodating to our dietary requirements which was amazing!

Very disappointed in our stay, giving the price we paid. My husband and I stayed over 29th Nov to 1st Dec. We were staying here as we had an event to attend. Our check in was very rushed, there was only one other person waiting behind me so there was no need to rush. We entered our room and noticed it was very unclean, nothing had been wiped down or vacuumed. The bathroom was disgusting, hair all over the place...clearly the room had not been cleaned. We had to call reception to have the room cleaned, which took two women 40 minutes (they were lovely) which we had to just wait...which we had a taxi scheduled to pick us up which we nearly missed and had no time to get ready. Also the fittings and shower etc are all very old and outdated. Did we get a dodgy room/floor. The waiting area outside our lift (level 8) was very dirty and again hair everywhere. A lot of the furnishings are old and damaged. We understand that schoolies was on, so perhaps you should consider putting on more staff and training them better. Our checkout was also lacking, I had to ask the lady what we do with our room keys and she said 'oh i can take them for you' however after charging us for our parking, we had to ask how we get out of the carpark which she then gave us back the carpark card to get out. The hotel has a great view and location and this seems to be all the you offer because the charge of the rooms is ridiculous for what this place actually looks like. When I stay at a 5 star hotel and pay for that...then that is what I expect. Unfortunately we will never stay again nor recommend this hotel to anyone.
