We stay here every year and it is always a great time. The location in the absolute heart of surfers paradise is perfect and the unobstructed views of the ocean is amazing. We absolutely love to come down and stay.

Apartment was good was discounted that no pay tv in the bedroom and no room service after 8 o’clock at night especially when it’s not a cheap hotel to stay at

We had booked a 1 bedroom ocean suite and was upgraded to a 2 bedroom ocean view on level 3902 and me and my partner were very appreciative. The room was lovely and facilities were great, we had lots to do around the hotel. The staff were super friendly both at reception and Hyde the restaurant. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable we cannot wait for our next stay with you guys!

It was a terrible experience the room was old filthy and run down the mat and carpets were stained it was not a 5 star room
