Credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted to buy goods and services.Due to temporary road closures for the T100 Triathlon, all guests arriving by car are asked to enter The Esplanade via Elkhorn Avenue. Please wait for direction from Traffic Controllers or Queensland Police Service officers. There is strictly no vehicle access between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Saturday 21st Mar afternoon.

Was a good stay however a few things was missed from the staff at check in which was disappointing i.e. mum 80th birthday celebration was missed with the balloons etc. they did correct this the next day when I asked about it but the opportunity was lost by then and the impact was just ok.

Reception minimal support, a lot of back and forth with booking despite early booking and plenty correspondence. Still missed out breakfast to be included with initial booking. Very old amenities and wore-out bathrooms. Average service basic breakfast and will not consider luxury at all expect for the modern building outlook.
