We had an awesome time staying in the three bedroom apartment which had fabulous views. The apartment was clean and had a great layout.

Sound proofing is horrible. Kids and parents from next door were screaming and making lots of noises early in the morning for both days we stayed. Ridiculously uncontrolled sound came straight through the walls and woke all of us up around 6:30am which was meant to be a relaxing holiday. Elevator issue was also bad- ‘down’ button was not working. Everyone that wanted to go down couldn’t for a very long time. We ended up pressing ‘up’ button which worked then got onto the elevator. It went all the way up to level 25 (didn’t go up to 37 when a girl was trying to go) instead, it unselected all the buttons on the panel (screen was also not showing which level we were) then went straight down to B3 with out stopping. All it was doing was going up but not stopping on the way down. When everyone complained, the reception staff just put it down to “busy elevator because people are all trying to check out”. Didn’t even believe what I said. Breakfast - low quality and very little variety for the price. Hilton not fat away has way better breakfast cannot not even compare. I think the place needs lots of improvement to be charging such high price.

Staff could do better with basic things like bag minding, it took 25+ minutes and 4 staff to eventually fetch our bags. Basic thing lacking like only giving 2 rolls of toilet paper between 4 adults. Pool towels supposed to be provided but none were given in the rooms.

Pro's: Location. Room was comfortable. Excellent views. The French night Manager was excellent. Con's: Check in was supposed to be at 2pm, but room wasn't ready until 3pm. Service staff use the same elevators which make wait times lengthy. The kitchen utensils were old and small for apartment size (tiny frypan). Utensils weren't clean. 2 of 3 TV's weren't smart TV's and so only got live TV. Housekeeping was not reliable. Often very shady people hanging around in the foyer. Peppers Soul has lost its prestige, very mid-tier now.

Awesome property, great location and facilities, just needs better management in place. Restaurant and meals were poor, staff over run or poorly trained, and could do sonmuch better. Lots of room equipment not checked if working, sadly. Lifts are also a problem.
