The location is fantastic and there’s good onsite parking. The rooms are tidy but the outdated TV and audio setup is difficult to operate and doesn’t work in some rooms. Furthermore, there’s no status recognition.

the team worked well to resolve the laundry issue. but the cockroach issue seems to be nothing new and doesnt reflect good care of common facility area
