Dear Mr. A., Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our spacious facilities, amazing views, convenient location, Wi-Fi, and the service provided by our team, particularly Sarath. We will be sure to recognise his efforts. At the same time, we sincerely apologise for the shortcomings you experienced. Your comments regarding the condition of the units, stained towels, the cleanliness of the washing machine and dryer, mould, missing kitchen items, and the delayed resolution of these concerns are disappointing and certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the elevator issue during the final days of your stay. We particularly appreciate your feedback regarding housekeeping and the need for more thorough cleaning, especially when staying with children.
