Great location and amazing view

The hotel is right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, it is a beachfront property and our room has 180 degrees view of the beach and city. Restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores and shops is right in our doorsteps. It is 25 minutes away from the theme parks. Staff were all very helpful. As an Accor Gold Member, we also go welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. Our 3 bedroom ocean view apartment seem to be newly renovated, very modern, spacious and very clean. The only downside was one of the bedroom only have some cupboards and did not have any wardrobe to hang clothes. The staff were not able to offer any solution such as a portable clothes hanger or coat hangers. However, overall, our experience was very positive.

Location is great for what we do as we dont hire a car and just walk to the beach (no themeparks etc). 3 Bedroom room has a spectacular view but is expensive. Many other newer building popping up worth comparing prices. In room dinning is limited and often restaurant/in room dining is closed. Teh heart of surfers at night is not as safe to walk around as it used to be.

Besides the great location, I would not recommend staying at Peppers. The place is tired, cleaning substandard, customer experience variable ( some staff are great and others aren't interested), lifts extremely busy with long wait tines and crowded with cleaning staff and carts (who should use a service lift).

Great location. Property is a bit worn and let down by house keeping. Toilets were not cleaned daily, amenities were not replaced daily. Dental kits in second bathroom was actually opened and empty with just the wrapper.
