The positives are the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent also. I like the way the rooms flow also and the decent size balconies, and the way the rooms are kept very clean. On the downside the furnishings in the rooms are getting a little tired and the bathrooms are also ageing. During my stay one of the elevators in the appropriate lift bank was not operating and the waiting times were very inconvenient.

We appreciate your loyalty as an ALL Accor Gold member and Accor Vacation Club member, and while we are pleased to hear that you found our location convenient and your overall stay acceptable, please accept our sincere apologies for the number of issues you experienced.
We would also like to extend our apologies for the inconvenience caused with the cot in your first room. Having the first cot fail, followed by the replacement arriving without a mattress and bedding, was clearly frustrating and time-consuming.
Please also accept our apologies that the shower amenities in your second room were not replenished during servicing. This should have been identified by our housekeeping team and is not the level of attention to detail we expect.
Your comments regarding the timing of daily servicing are also appreciated. We understand how inconvenient it was to be waiting for fresh towels late in the afternoon when you were preparing to head out for the evening. We will share this feedback with our Housekeeping team as we continue to review how we can better meet guest servicing expectations.
We fully acknowledge your frustration regarding the lift situation. Having only one lift available to service a 39-floor building understandably caused significant inconvenience and impacted your overall experience. For safety reasons a second lift was taken out of service so that the lift that was not working could be repaired. This was unforeseen and that we apologies for the inconvenience.

Quite disappointed as we were 6 adults Our 2 sons and their wives and we asked for 3 double beds and one room had 2 singles My sons are 2 meters tall and it is difficult to not have the extra space to get some extra leg room diagonally. Otherwise it was great.

We are delighted to hear that Apartment 2405 provided the perfect location and that you enjoyed the balcony and views of the Air Show. It is also wonderful to hear that you found the apartment clean and that our team member at check-in was so welcoming and helpful. We sincerely appreciate your kind comments.
That said, I am sorry that a number of maintenance and comfort issues detracted from your overall experience. The wet carpet and mouldy smell near the ensuite, leaking kitchen tap, shower hose and damaged lamp shade are certainly not the standard we expect. We will ensure these items are referred to our maintenance team for attention. We will also review the furniture and balcony seating in the apartment, as we appreciate your feedback regarding comfort and suitability for a three-bedroom apartment.
I also understand your frustration with the lift situation, particularly during such a busy and significant event as the Pacific Air Show. Having one lift unavailable resulted in extended wait times, and we appreciate your understanding while also recognising the inconvenience this caused.
We also apologise for the confusion on arrival regarding the changed traffic arrangements around the property. We understand how frustrating this would have been after travelling to the hotel, particularly when you had not received the relevant information in advance. We will review how this information is communicated to guests ahead of major events.
It is very encouraging to hear that, despite these issues, you would consider staying in Apartment 2405 again for next year's Air Show. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the seamless experience you deserve.
