Staff were fantastic and very helpful, loved the location just on the edge of restaurants and shops, with 3 entrances to help get you where you wanted to be. It was cool being able to go for a dip in the ocean, grab a coffee from the sandbar, and walk straight into the pool area off the beach, rinse off in the pool and jump in the jacuzzi! That was my best experience. Room did not come with little things like detergents, sponges, so we had to be proactive to ask for these, which were readily available, but if you didn’t ask you wouldn’t have known they were available. Similarly, Internet came through a mobile data device which you wouldn’t have known if you didn’t ask for. Room was below average with many things in disrepair, kitchen appliances broken, rust around the place, and beds and sofa are beyond end of life. It had the space we were after, and did the job, but place needs some TLC.

The apartment we stayed in was comfortable but lacking in adequate kitchen utensils eg. no colander, frying pan which everything stuff to. There was also no air conditioning in the main bedroom only in the lounge area which did not travel through to the main bedroom. However, the staff were amazing. I asked for our trundle bed to be swapped over as the mattress was sagging in the middle. Minutes later a brand new mattress still wrapped in plastic was delivered to our room by Ricardo. Ashley on reception was very helpful, remembered my name, enquired about my son who was swimming at the National Swimming Championships. We have stayed at this hotel on about 20 previous occasions and will continue staying there. Highly recommend.

I loved the motel, everything provided in your room. Shops and entertainment within walking distance. The view from your balcony was so spectacular.
