I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the conduct of the front desk leader during our recent stay. Unfortunately, we experienced multiple instances of rude and discourteous behavior from the same individual throughout our visit. What was particularly disappointing was that this manner was directed not only toward the adults in our group but also toward the children, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming for our family. We understand that hospitality roles can be demanding; however, respectful and courteous communication is a basic expectation for guests. Given that this occurred on several occasions, I believe this matter warrants attention. I would appreciate a formal apology and reassurance that appropriate steps will be taken to address this behavior so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

Location and facilities in the complex were excellent. The unit was spacious but quite old and tired in the bathroom (broken tiles, swollen door, etc.) and the kitchen (old cupboards). The bed was ok but quite hard. Could do with an update. Got stuck in the lift one day which was not good, but fortunately got out and walked down the stairs to alert reception. Quite noisy at night we found - many cars coming by and a lot doing burn outs, loud revving, etc. Not complex's fault at all, but a bit annoying at times.

The staff at the Moroccan BreakFree are 2nd to none. We exchange pleasantries each time we pass and that makes us feel valued and welcome. We especially have nothing but praise for Courtney, Asha, and Manager Ricardo. They work hard and are also ready to make our stay perfect. This is our second year at the Moroccan and will return every year we are able to.
