The Stay at Breakfree Moroccan was enjoyable, however the building / Apartment needs a little maintenance. I was in Apartment 278 on the 17th Floor for 5 nights. Firstly the Reception Staff were friendly and obliging. Only one Elevator was working. Another resident advised that the other lift had been out for a while. being on the 17th floor in a busy period was a little slow and if the remaining lift failed, it would have been a nightmare to climb the stairs. Inclusions in my rental was WiFi. Reception provided me an Optus Dongle as the apartment did not have internet. The Optus dongle repeatedly dropped out and being on the 17th Floor reception / speed was not great, WiFi was very slow. Residents need to have permanent wifi for their guests. The Main bathroom taps in the shower did not shut off the water without forcing them. They need to be replaced with ceramic taps. No good for elderly persons to try and use. The TV in the lounge room only had 3 local Channels, 7HD, 10HD & 10 Comedy. It did have Foxtel, however to not have a full range of local stations is a bit slack. My TV screen would go blank after 10 minutes. I reported this to Reception, however it was not rectified. I have been involved with Vacation real estate previously in my life and I know Owners do not want to maintain their properties due to the expense, however it is essential to have uniform maintained apartments.

The accommodation was great. Perfect for a week or more holiday. Beds were so comfortable and kids slept well. Saturday night was very noisy but that is to be expected with the location. Swimming pools were a highlight for the kids and the spa pools nicely located for adults to supervise. It is a 3 star accommodation and we didn't have any complaints about the facilities or views. The reception and cleaning staff were welcoming throughout our stay and the after hours arrival process we had to do was not a problem at all.
