This is the second time I have stayed at the Moroccan and I will be back next year too. Only a two minute walk to the light rail, the beach, coles and restaurants the Moroccan makes getting around the GC so easy with so much room, a full kitchen heat pumps and cooling fans it's definitely a home away from home The staff are absolutely lovely and go out of their way to help you and make sure your stay is perfect I've stayed at many places over the years on the GC and I've finally found somewhere that meets all my needs and more Can't wait to visit again

We enjoyed our stay until we were stuck on the 21 floor with broken lifts. I am 72 years old and my husband is 75 we had booked an uber to take us to dinner but the lifts were not working. When we called the night staff on three different occasions Lisa was not very cooperative, and told us we would just have to use the stairs. My daughter had her children with us and we needed to get food to feed them she hung up on us three times. You can imagine that we were a little angry. My daughter and Son in law went down the 21 floors and back up again with no thanks to Lisa. Thankfully the lifts were fixed for the next day.
