I was not very happy with our stay this time around. The unit was not very clean. We found cockroaches in the unit and under the kitchen sink. Also the dishwasher was not working and when I opened it, it was infested with baby cockroaches. I was very disappointed with the unit.

The rooms were spacious but that's it, one bedroom fan didn't work at all. Rooms not vacuumed or cleaned on the sides the dirt white pieces of rubbish remained there, main bathroom was dirty they seriously need domestos or whiteking.. Main room, two beds uneven placed together, one higher than the other, and they need a good clean, they look like a teenagers room that's been thrashed in the past and just tidied over time. The linen was stained with either pink lipstick or texta - reception wasn't impressed when this was bought to their attention. The rooms need dusting, regular cleaning moping, the tiles need domestos or whiteking to get rid of the yellow and black mold - I would also recommend you check behind the doors (all of the rooms including sliding doors) they have never been cleaned full of dirt. The windows in both bathrooms do not close. I took pictures of everything to back up my feedback. Broken doors old weathered stained - it turned me off to even make a cup of coffee. I did not use the kitchen or any appliance for that matter.

Checking in was harder then it needed to be getting different information from 2 different people then trying to find how to get to the next tower finally found our 3 bedroom unit to find no air-conditioning apart from 1 bedroom also to look around and find locks on everything as it had people's stuff locked up in the cupboard and draws.Now I understand about not having daily housekeeping but having 6 towels in the rooms for 6 people is absolutely ridiculous going to the pool then trying to have a shower with the same towel was crazy and to offer us extra towels for $5 each is not it with the amount that we paid for the room expecting all rubbish to be taken out of the room for us to sort all our towels making sure they are all in the bath and making sure all dishes are done seems so wild
