This was our second visit, and while the location was excellent, we noticed a strong odor of garbage due to a blocked chute. Was horrible what I found highly disturbing was we discovered a used bandage on our blanket after we had slept with it. Upon informing the reception, they offered an apology, but we felt that this response was insufficient given the circumstances. Additionally, we observed food left on the balcony, a considerable amount of dust throughout the room, and the absence of a television in the main bedroom was disappointing. The soiled marks on the balcony glass were also quite unappealing. Considering the amount we paid, we had anticipated a higher standard of cleanliness my husband has said when we return next year to pick a different place i would like to give this place another chance as the location is amazing with children and the pool area is great.
