Overall good experience but apartment is but dated and the check in process was terrible with rooms not ready until late and poor communication from reception. Location is great and we were able to walk to restaurants and attractions, a bit noisy on Sat night. Stayed in 2BR/2BA oceanview Room which was a little dated but clean with ocean view from every room. Finding a vacant parking spot in car park was difficult was the mantra spots were difficult to spot in car park and not dedicated to a specific apartment so spend quite a bit of time looking for spots.

Had a very comfortable and reasonably priced stay. The location is perfect—close to everything, including Surfers Paradise Beach, shops, and daily essentials. The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean. While the kitchen and overall facilities aren't brand new, they are highly functional and provided absolutely everything we needed for a great stay. A huge bonus was the free parking, which is rare and highly appreciated for this central location. Would definitely recommend for a budget-friendly trip!

The stay was nice, and first impressions were great. Over time we noticed how tired and worn the apartment was and its true colours started to show. There was a lot of wear and tear and cleanliness issues The lounge was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable

First night of our stay, unable to sleep due to the buildings plumbing being extremely noisy. Was told next day no other rooms available. But could move after the next night. However, we would need to pay a cleaning fee. Would not recommend.

Misrepresented, the website shows the two bedroom apartment with windows. Our second bedroom was like a cave. The rooms felt dirty and tired. Our master bedroom bed also had dried spots of what appeared to be blood on the edge of the sheets (at least these were changed when we complained)

Should the room be ready earlier, we contact our guests to advise. Mantra apartments are individually owned and only operated by Mantra. We work closely with the unit owners to ensure the rooms are upgraded where necessary. Your feedback has been acknowledged, and we will be in contact with the owner and review this matter internally. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. There was an awful stench in the liftwell on our floor for our entire stay. I assume it was from the garbage shute. Bad enough that i would reconsider staying here again. It spoilt an otherwise perfect stay.

The building is showing its age. Carpets are filthy and the entrance hallways between rooms are covered in dog hair and smell of wet dog from the residents that live there! They need someone to vacuum the common areas occasionally because based on the amount of dog hair and dust, it hasn’t been vacuumed in months.

Its a great place to stay. Its in the heart of Surfers where you can get to shops, beach, and bars and restaurant all walking distance. Will stay again if traveling to Surfers again.

As per my email on our arrival, our room was dirty. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean the kitchen. Hairs all over the flooring, stains on the sheets. Besides front desk offering to come and clean the unit herself nothing was done the entire stay. I cannot believe how much we were charged to stay in such a dirty and tired unit. We visited friends staying at Q1 paying the same price and they had an amazing apartment with ocean views. We will never stay in a Mantra again.

This was out seconds stay there. First time booked directly through the hotel. The hotel is in a great location and has wonderful facilities but the rooms are run down. The showers have mould on them and need a good clean. Our floor smelt like old Indian food every day and wasn’t pleasant at all.

We booked the large 3 bedroom stay at the Mantra Chevron Towers and it was fantastic as we were very close to everything such as Coles on ground floor and short walk to the main beach and restaurants close by
