Apartment requires refirbishment

The apartment was tired and is dating. There is a mouldy smell when you first enter. The Television screen is scratched. Bathrooms in particular are old and dated with the doors to the laundrette suffering from moisture damage. The AC is noisy even on the lowest fan speed setting.

We had a beautiful 2 bedroom. 2 bathroom in tower 3. It had an amazing ocean view. We had easy access to the pool level and the car parking. We had all the cooking facilities we needed.

Good stay, tired apartment

We stayed here as two adults and four kids for three nights in one of the three bedroom apartments. Had a lovely view and the staff were friendly, but the kitchen and bathrooms are getting a bit tired and in need of renovation.

Criminal night manager

My wife arrived after hours due to flight delays, I had to cancel my trip and couldn't be with her, she was not let in despite me calling the night manager to let her in, she was told to leave the property, awful inhumane behaviour by night staff at 12:30 at night. She needed to go across the road to another hotel, who were nice. No apologies, nothing
