Great location, great view. Unfortunately room needs TLC, broken tiles, walls patched not painted, maintenance man x3 times into our room to find leak downstairs, x2 out of the x4 lifts broken & out of service at times.

I visit chevron yearly. Both for work and to bring the family for holidays. I usually enjoy my stay and recommend it to all my friends and co-workers. However, this time around was not enjoyable The beds were very uncomfortable as were the pillows Our TV speaker was blown and was very blurry and we could not watch a show as the words were hard to understand. I rang reception on 2 separate occasions to ask that they send someone up to have a look or to change the tv for us, as i was staying with my family. Twice they said they would send someone up and we stayed in the room for hours waiting and they never showed up. I do not think i will be returning to chevron for work or for family holidays as it was just not enjoyable this time around

Good location, slightly confusing on where to park on arrival for check in but we got there. We were a bit frazzled as we were running late so that's mostly on us. Apartment was clean if a little tired. Bold to only leave one spare roll of toilet paper to start but location of supermarkets ment acquiring more was easy. Fan in bathroom didn't work so suite was quite humid after showers. Windows blocked Street noise reasonably well but weren't sealing 100%. Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Would stay again if looking to stay in surfers.
