The location is excellent however our apartment was very ‘tired’.

Instruction for garage confusing. Apartment could be cleaner. Smoke detector alarm kept going off. We were with a family group and it was to hard to go between apartments on different floors.

very bad experience when check in, especially with the assistant manager who is very rude and know NOTHING!

I am Accor Plus member who following the rules by providing member for a day certificate to my cousin. Ho Lee who is actually the ASSISTANT MANAGER in Front Office refused my cousin to check in because the reservation is using Accor Plus rate. I already email the hotel back and forth and actually already been confirmed by other reservation team who replied back my email without ANY ISSUE. Ho Lee called me during the check in and saying that my cousin cannot check in which is VERY EMBARRASSING and treat me like I am very stupid. Long story short, I am also HEARTIST staff member but I don't wanna bring this big because this is my personal reservation! I am not even using Family and friends rate. at the end Ho Lee sent me an apology email, I don't want to reply it as yet..... How could an assistant manager not knowing member for a day certificate things??? He should be ashamed and perhaps stepping down to not doing AM position.. even in 3 stars Accor Hotel GSA knew everything about member benefits etc..and can do BETTER job than him. I am happy to escalate this case if you want!! coz I am in the right position!

Apartment was dated and smells bad

We had 2 separate bookings. One of the bookings I made a mistake and booked an extra day in error. A credit was refused which is very disappointing. The 3 bedroom apartment had a bad smell. I think it may be damp or something. It would appear to be below par for what we paid. The nude artwork is also inappropriate for a young family.
