No Aircon (there but does not work, a note to say if you use it and it breaks the cost is on you….?!)

Paid extra for 2 bathrooms but could only use one as shower in bath unsafe. Also walk in shower very slippery. Needs cleaning especially touch points for example doors.

Our only issue was the indoor pool not being open but we were aware of this. Maybe extending the hours of when the lift is open from Coles to 10pm.
