Stay was disappointing.. room wasn’t the cleanest and needed the toilet and showers cleaned better. There was hair and fake eyelashes found around the bathroom and bedroom. Only a sheet on the bed and a thin blanket and when I request more blankets due to the cold for my children and I, I was told they didn’t have any. I would have thought the beds would have had a doona or quilt for comfort. The rooms were also so incredibly loud, it seemed as though there was no sound proofing at all. Even though we were on the 17th floor the hooning and noise from the streets kept me up most nights, again I was told that’s normal apparently. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Pretty good and responsive. A few things that need repairs, ie fridge needed defrosting, issues with Foxtel but we were moved to another apartment so all good.

The room was absolutely breathtaking! Will defiantly be back again! The staff were super friendly, location of the hotel was amazing central to the middle of surfers paradise! Overall had an amazing holiday can’t wait to stay again!

We were so disappointed by the room we were appointed. The apartment looked very old and outdated. Upon entering the apartment the first thing we noticed was a huge carpet square on carpet, What are you hiding?, then in the hallway once again a carpet runner on carpet apart from looking tacky it was a trip hazard. In the bathroom that was super small and the only bathroom in the apartment, to have a shower you had to step into the bath to shower. The tap dripped all night The bed was super hard and old No pillow top to offer some sort of relief. Also the curtain in the bedroom does not close properly so light seeps through. If that is a representation of the Mantra brand then we won’t be going to a Mantra hotel again. However the view from the bedroom window was good. For the price we paid for the apartment it was not value for money.
