Depressing. The rooms were very old, smelt like dirt and cigarettes. Randomly, no hot water for one of the days we were there. Parking was confusing but worked it out eventually. Positive - never had to wait long for the lift, assuming it was because guest numbers were low.

First room we were put in was horrible, it needed a big makeover. But we told them of issues and were moved to a much better room. There was ants in there but they weren terribly bad.
