The location is good, service from staff was fantastic and they were friendly and helpful. Only downside was the the room was a bit dated.

I have stayed here many times and have always been impressed and happy. This stay it was only ok. The floor felt dirty and walking between shower and room made your feet dirty. And a number of nails came out of the washing machine when I did my washing (I did several loads and nails came out every time). Top sheets had a crystal-like or dusty covering. HOWEVER I have to say Kane Molloy, Assistant Manager, was BRILLIANT in helping overcome these. He had cleaners come up to do a special clean and he was advising the maintenance crew about the washing machine. Given the other times I would give this hotel a ten out of ten, I'm going to say this was simply an anomoly and will be put to rest. The view was beautiful, magnificent, and closeness to the beach and the shops unbeatable.

Great customer service , the room was good but the pressure in shower there was none

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was sufficient for our stay. The facilities are abit outdated, but adequate. Location was good
