When my partner arrive with our booking reference and an email from me she was not let into the room because she has a different second name. The bathroom and room smelt mouldy.

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 adults and 3 kids 8 years old and under and had a fantastic time. The hotel is the perfect location and fantastic amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

The stay itself but the actual check in and staff were somewhat of a nightmare.I was held up at a meeting in Cairns which was a last minute seminar I was basically forced to attend. I spent an hour and a half the day before on the phone sorting out check in for my daughter as I’d be arriving late and it was still a major hassle the following daty trying to sort things out.They ended up making my daughter check in with her Visa card and have still not credited my membership with the four nights stay. I arrived on the Friday morning and I want the four nights added as I paid for the stay. The booking was made months before and the meeting I had to attend was last minute.

Good stay, convenient location. Clean apartment. Only negative was a poor smell in the lifts and hallway, of heavy (off?) chlorine.
