The location was good and the hotel was easy to find, check in was great. The room had good facilities but was looking a little tired, especially the bathroom. The pool area had great facilities but again was looking tired and needed a clean. Our room was a low level so may impact our review as the view was limited and road noise was a factor.

Staff very friendly, Location is always amazing Room was below par Leaking noisy toilet rooms a bit smelly For the last 22 years of holidaying at surfers 10 of those years were at chevron, never had an issue. This unit really needs a upgrade its looks really tired For the money you pay at this time of the year very disappointing.

Room was great for two adults and two children. The reception staff were helpful when our kettle stopped working and they got us a new one. The three different swimming pools were great for the kids.

Staff are fantastic, but the unit was dirty had bloody Band-Aids under the kitten lounges and had blood all over the mattress protector not happy
