The property was conveniently located to everything I needed; tram, beach, attractions. Staff were lovely. Got an early check in and late check out which was fantastic. The rooms are a bit worn, but not worth complaining about. Only major disappointment was the noise. We were on the 25th floor and could hear the clubs and buskers. Plus the big AC unit was really loud, couldn’t sleep with it running in the background.

Loved staying here, location is perfect with everything you need right on your doorstep. Apartments are spacious, amenities are amazing especially with the ability to use both pools and gyms. Only thing I would suggest is that it is made clear when booking that each apartment is different and may not look exactly as displayed in photo's - we stayed with friends (in seperate apartments) and they were quite different in respect to bedding, furniture, bathrooms, flooring, etc. I queried this at reception and it was only then that I learnt this information.

Have been staying there for a few years now & love everything about it. I prefer Ballah tower & staff always try to put me there. Reception girls are all very friendly & helpful. Love the view, atmosphere & having everything I need down at Paradise Centre. Can’t wait to back again soon!

Great central location. Minutes walk from everything you could want. The pool was great. If anything the external building is getting a little tired.

We stayed for 3 days in room 1503. The room had a strong mould smell, which was quite overwhelming. The shower was unclean, with visible body residue and mould in the grout and corners, and it also appeared to be leaking through the wall into the carpet, which likely contributed to the persistent mouldy odour. There were also rust spots in the bath, about the size of a 10-cent piece, where my children were expected to bath. There were stains on the cushions and lounge suite, which added to the overall unclean feel of the space. The bathroom was also poorly maintained, with what appeared to be urine stains around the base of the toilet. Mould was present inside the cupboards, and both the cupboards and kitchen utensils carried a strong mould smell, which made me too uncomfortable to use anything in the kitchen. Overall, the environment felt unhygienic and made me uneasy having my children in the room. Very disappointing experience.
