Staff friendly, common areas great & great location. Old and tired room, marks on walls and bed sheets stained or dirty. Furniture old and beds uncomfortable.

We usually stay at Soul due to its proximity to everything but this was so much better and with Woolworths down stairs and no interrupted views for those of us who love to people watch, this was a winner. Well designed layout and lifts that work. This place also has designated car parks which is also the best. Soul we had to search and search for carparking. We will definitely be staying here from now on and wish we had found this place sooner. Thank you so much for the friendliest reception people we have come across and the warmest of welcomes. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the ease of getting anywhere and everywhere was invaluable. Thank you for making it so welcoming!
