It met my expectations. The only drawback is that I'm a All Gold member and the reception couldn't offer me a late check-out which became disappointing.

Great location, but overall a disappointing stay. The apartment interior is dated, with visibly rotted window frames. The air conditioning was unreliable throughout our stay. On the first night, it did not produce any cool air, and as it was a public holiday, no technician was available. One portable fan was provided, which was inadequate for a two-bedroom apartment. Although the air conditioning was supposedly fixed, the same issue occurred on the second and third days—it worked during the day but stopped cooling from around 5 p.m. onward. After repeated failures, we gave up reporting the issue and had to open the windows to stay comfortable. The ongoing air conditioning problems significantly impacted our comfort and sleep.

First room smelt like sewerage which the hotel knew as the exhaust fans had been left on to try to hide the stench. Toothpaste spit in the ensuite sink. Broken lounge. Balcony door glass & windows filthy with grime & finger print smidge marks. Lounge broken with no back. Hair everywhere things like the kitchen & tables not very clean. Moved rooms with a less than great view. Hair everywhere glass tables not wiped. Ensuite leaves water badly into the wir when taps turned on the carpet is water damaged which had been previously covered with some sort of powder or bi carb. Balcony’s gross even a cigarette butt & weeds growing. Black mould on bathroom sinks. I have been taking my family for a yearly holiday for many years now & always use mantra. We won’t be coming back there

Great location, clean rooms, good amenities. Rooms were a good size although a little dated. Was well maintained and good value though. Only issue was the AC didn't get very cold.
