Easy access to Cavill Avenue, shopping and lots of dining. Tram and buses a short walk. Very comfortable rooms. Full kitchen with dishwasher and a Nespresso. Added bonus was the laundry with washer and dryer. The pool was amazing. My only negative was some of the noise coming up.

Although the apartment is listed as an “executive” one only a few things I would call better than average. Bad stuff is : - the doors are peeling - skirting board are splitting - the bathroom is quite outdated( had the walk in shower with a hose which I liked the best”) -=there is mould in the shower - the carpets are worn - curtains kept falling off the rail - air vent in bathroom was clogged up - had to ask staff to clean - toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall - cleanliness is the apartment was poor even having to call the cleaning lady back to re vacuum the couch after she was finished - the bed linen especially the “duvet thingie “ between the sheets was disgustingly dirty - the crockery was all different shapes and sizes - only 2 cups were the same. - don’t think the balcony has been cleaned in many months Overall the kitchen and living area was nice and spacious. The amenities were excellent 10/10 and the public areas are really nice modern and clean. Loved that we could borrow swimming towels Overall a good experience a good experience but the apartment needs lots of stuff to be done to be called even near “executive”

Very much enjoy this complex. We stay each year and meets my expectations. I know what i am going to but i do notice each year as the place gets older some apts seem to really be starting to show rough edges. This time in Ballah 1403 the external slide doors not sealed and big gaps when closing. Facilities overall are awesome.

However,the room was rather dirty and needs maintenance or renovation. The air con was also poor and could’ve be adjusted to a lower temperature. Other than that we had a great time and the staff were very friendly. We also loved the heated pool.
