Very friendly staff for the brief period of engagement. The apartment itself was run down with an internal door latch that didn’t work, rusted door frames, single pane windows that didn’t block any noise even on level 25. Internal lighting was dim, and no independent control of the air. Supplied cutlery was inconsistent , low quality and rusted. Supplied coffee and tea was of very low quality - not worth offering. Nothing of the apartment aligned with expectations for a 4-star executive apartment

It can be said that the geographical location is an absolute advantage. The downstairs is surfers paradise, a lot of restaurants and bars. But this apartment lacks maintenance, At night, the cold wind blows in through the cracks of the doors and windows. There is no heating and no extra quilts in the room. It is still quite cold in the night of July. The window and door are not double glass. The party in the morning is loud, which affects sleep. The apartment is marked as a resort, but it is completely according to Airbnb standards. There is no service. The stadium is limited in time, and guests need to throw away the garbage. Basically, the room is cleaned up after two hours of late check-out. There is no feeling of resort. No benifit for Accor plus membership, 4pp check in, only provide 2 welcome water bottles.
