Upset window was broken in one of the bedrooms and couldn't close. Condensation coming through light fixtures. Soggy carpet next to main bed due to cleaning staff leaving door open prior to arrival. Extra cuttery and larger bowls need to be provided. Plus a can opener. Despite all these minor things would 100% stay again.

Paid for an executive apartment with ocean view. We were given an apartment overlooking the tennis court, no view, Jack hammering in apartments around us, staff weren't interested in trying to move us to make our stay pleasant. Left a day early as the renovation noise was too intense. Staff didn't care, no refund, apologies or solution to accommodate us, just said they would pass on our issues. Horrible experience.

It was a great location, but the apartment needs some upgrades, shower door would not close and water would go all over the bathroom floor and the shower needs a really good clean. Dinning room chair were duty and had sticky stuff on the chairs and maybe some block out blinds in the lounge room as when the sun was out you could not see the TV.

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful main bathroom had walk in closet with ensuite bathroom, the amenities were fantastic pool gym spa sauna, and added bonus Woolies right downstairs for easy shopping. We had such a great time and booked again for next year.
