Very much enjoy this complex. We stay each year and meets my expectations. I know what i am going to but i do notice each year as the place gets older some apts seem to really be starting to show rough edges. This time in Ballah 1403 the external slide doors not sealed and big gaps when closing. Facilities overall are awesome.

However,the room was rather dirty and needs maintenance or renovation. The air con was also poor and could’ve be adjusted to a lower temperature. Other than that we had a great time and the staff were very friendly. We also loved the heated pool.

We had great stay at Paradise Centre Apartments! However I was disappointed with the view as there wasn't one! I paid extra for this but unfortunately didn't get it! The room was good but a little dirty toilet etc However location was great!!

The Apartments are well-located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and above a shopping complex that includes a supermarket. A key feature is the heated swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
