Hired two apartments for a week. One apartment had constant issues with hot water 30 seconds of hot water each time flagged multiple times - issues with elevator flagged multiple times, electrics were on the Fritz- lights constantly flickering. Other apartment - Mould in the bathroom and all over the curtains in the main room and the second bedroom, oven was not attached to anything and would fall out if door was opened, ceiling fans did not work, furniture was falling apart. When flagged with staff we took photos and we met with rude responses like we were the issue. Took three days for the mould issue to be addressed and even that was a hassle. In that time 3 of the 5 kids had gotten sick. I have been staying with this hotel for the past 15 years and it will be the last time.
