The apartment was well located with good views and well appointed. It was well laid out and comfortable (except for the lounge) The bathrooms were dated but functional and clean. All taps in the apartment needed replacing.

Great location to stay. Easy access to shops and close to the beach. Nice view and comfortable room. Excellent pool and spa, well maintained facilities. Great customer service. Love staying here. Only problem is the noise coming up from the shops very loud at night and early hours of morning. Hard to get decent sleep. Glass is thin. Happy to stay here.

When we turned the television on each day it read “welcome, Sonya” obviously lack of attention to detail because my name was Sue, not SONYA’ the rooms are still not clean to a high standard there was mold in the bathroom, the furniture was old and outdated. The TV was small in the kitchen cupboards had very little kitchen stock AJ plasticware the bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable obviously very old

Was a great location, pools and outdoor facilities, gym etc really enjoyed. Unfortunately the unit itself wasn't particularly clean, outdoor furniture was dangerous, needs replaced. Indoor lounger was also not fit for purpose, seating area worn out. But overall, it was a lovely unit, with great views, just needs some TLC.

First room we were in was in Bellah. It poorly maintained and dirty. (Balcony door wouldn’t lock, bedroom window wouldn’t close, black mould in bathroom, dirty walls. We got moved to a second room in Allunga which was excellent.

While the apartment was spacious with great ocean views it was not well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils for those intending to provide many of their own meals.

Very friendly staff for the brief period of engagement. The apartment itself was run down with an internal door latch that didn’t work, rusted door frames, single pane windows that didn’t block any noise even on level 25. Internal lighting was dim, and no independent control of the air. Supplied cutlery was inconsistent , low quality and rusted. Supplied coffee and tea was of very low quality - not worth offering. Nothing of the apartment aligned with expectations for a 4-star executive apartment
