Arrived to find the first apartment had a strong sewage smell — completely unacceptable and impossible to sleep in. Reported the issue to staff but the response was slow and I had to chase multiple times before anything was done. Was eventually moved to a second apartment, which was liveable but far from comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work and the overall condition of the room was very dated and tired. For an Accor property, the standard fell well short of expectations. The slow response to a serious hygiene issue was the most disappointing part — guests shouldn't have to chase to get a basic problem resolved. Would not return to this property.
