On arrival we noticed our room was dirty, mouldy and smelly. The architraves were dusty, sandy and dirty. The doors were mouldy along with the roof, carpet and curtains. The curtains are broken and cannot pull them close without force. There are dirty marks on all walls, doors and around the unit. The carpet is filthy and didn't appear to be vacuumed. The second bedroom light did not work. The tiles and floor in the shower area was mouldy and appeared to have soap or residue on the tiles. The bedside table had something spilt on the side and has not been cleaned. The kitchen benches were dirty when wiped with a wipe. The air con vent was full of dust and dirt and had to be cleaned. The lounge is broken and the springs have come through. The cushions on the lounge stink and appear they need to be washed. I phoned the reception and address the above concerns I was advised that maintenance would attend our room the following morning which didn't happen. I phoned again and followed up with an email. I have had no response to my emails and maintenance only fixed the light 2 days later. My child has severe respiratory issues and I am currently heavily pregnant. Since being here my child's respiratory issues have worsened. I asked for the place to be cleaned throughly however it has not happened. Our beds were made one day and new towels were given. They didn't leave bath mats, wash washers, tea towel or dish cloth after taking them the first time. No cleaning has been done to this unit despite asking due to the sickness of my child and the risk mould poses on my unborn baby. I have stayed here for the past 12 years. I booked this stay 12 months ago and requested room 2404 which they could not give me. I had a friend stay in a standard room which her room was cleaner, more updated and nicer than the executive room I paid for. I am completely unsatisfied and disgusted.

The apartment was located at the centre of Surfer’s Paradise and was very spacious. However, it is extremely old and would benefit from some renovation. Also, Accor Members didn’t feel valued. Don’t expect to hear back from them via email. I’ve sent two emails prior to our stay and no replies.

Customer service was lovely. We had an issue with the air con settings not being cold enough but the maintenance guy came the very next day and fixed it for us. The concierge were extremely helpful and understanding to our needs. The apartment was lovely... felt just like home, except with a much better view of course. Would highly recommend this place for holidays.

Well located nice pool. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. The desk staff said we could have a fob to wait around for the day after we check out of our room as being a Accor member then when we asked for it they said that the policy change and body corporate now didn’t allow that. Apparently overnight!! They were only able to hold the bag. The rooms are old and the bathroom cupboards were very mouldy. I was very disappointed with our stay and I have stayed in a lot of different hotels around the world. Not impressed at all.
