On checkout day without handing over the keys cleaner lady was there I came to room to chek if I am missing anything I wanted to use toilet , she did not let me use saying she already cleaned made a big mess calling his team leader all even though it’s urgent she refuse to move front bathroom , I am diabetic can not hold toilet long she argued with me 5 min instead of giving me access I told her I haven’t. Checked out yet still I have access with me haven’t handover yet this is not fair , still she arguing with me that she cleaned the toilet I can not use I was very upset and left without using it I have to go again on the way in fuel station .

The check-in process was smooth, and everything else during our stay was excellent. However, I was surprised that housekeeping did not include vacuuming the room. Considering we stayed for five nights with an 18-month-old baby, I would have appreciated the room being vacuumed at least twice during our stay. Regular vacuuming is particularly important for families with young children. Apart from this, the overall experience was very good.

Enjoyed our stay at Mantra over the school holidays. One thing I’d recommend is that the bathrooms are in need of an upgrade. Other than that we enjoyed our time.

Well located, very friendly staff, clean rooms and room tidied each day. Buffet breakfast was the best we've had, staff in here very lovely too. Pool, spa and gym all excellent facilities. We will be back without a doubt!

When i did the check in i had asked i could be put in an better room. I was falsely provided info by the reception who checked me in, that the other rooms were booked - which i did check online and was not the case so.

so easy to check in, room air con was being worked on - friendly staff gave us time to settle in first. we were able to go for beach walks in the morning or late night works through town. light rail so close.
