Your advertisements for the spa suite is extremely misleading, borderline false advertising and I don’t think I should be paying the same amount for a room without a balcony and no beach view, as someone with a balcony and beach view.

Overall satisfied although I would have given a higher rating if the rooms weren't dated and as a gold member there should be free parking. Great central location and the staff were excellent especially the barman where nothing was a problem for him. Breakfast was ok though nothing outstanding. A nice touch was the complimentary red wine and bottles of water and also chocolate. Thank you and I would certainly consider staying again.

The hotel lobby and pool were beautiful and well maintained. Included breakfast buffet was good, though it was the same food options daily. The bar was expensive and beds could have been more comfortable. The room servicing was also inconsistent, with towels not being replaced (2 instead of 4) and beds not always made. We also had an incident where my children were yelled at by an employee, which could have been done nicer. There were other children constantly doing flips and bombs that weren't addressed, but my children jumping into the pool were scolded. A simple call out would have been sufficient instead of yelling at them aggressively.
