Very underwhelming stay, obviously have bought their own reviews, the staff were okay, the facilities were average, 2 out of 3 lifts were out of order with no signs to say otherwise, being on the 6th floor and having to use stairs with a bad knee wasn't what I was expecting.

Turn on your elevators. You have four elevators and have one operating. I waited nearly 15 minutes for a lift. Had to call to get lift.
