Dear Guest, We’re so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the buffet breakfast was a highlight — it’s always wonderful to know our guests start their day on a delicious note! That said, we sincerely apologise for the disruption caused by the fire alarm and the extended wait in the lobby at 1am. We completely understand how frustrating and unwelcome that experience must have been, especially at that hour. While guest safety is always our top priority and we must follow strict procedures during any alarm activation, we truly regret the inconvenience this caused.
