The room we have book was a Hotel Deluxe Suite, this room was very simple which was fine. However the bed only had a sheet and thin bed spread on it that didnt even cover the complete bed. Nothing Deluxe or comfortable about that especially in the cooler months! The toliet had a crack on the outside of the bowl top to bottom that had cracked through to the inside of the bowl as well, so I would say only a matter of time before that completely broke apart, hopefully no one is sat on it when it does. And the cistern had a big crack in it as well at the front. We decided to leave early due the the room not feeling comfortable at all. Unfortunately this hotel will not make my list to recommend to people or to return to.

Stayed with my kids for a family night away. Wasn't given any instructions or directions for carpark, had to go back in to reception and ask.. Booked connecting rooms but after two requests interconnecting door was unlocked at 9pm. Twin room was great.. studio was lacklustre.. only chargers were in the lamps and didn't work. Tv was scratched a lot. I didn't get any sleep as bed and pillows were uncomfortable, woke up with a very sore back and shoulders. Steam room looked like something from a horror movie and had a terrible mould smell, couldn't use. Was given a complimentary late checkout (11) but keycard stopped working at 10. Breakfast was nice but overpriced.. overall good location.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday and it was brilliant. Breathtaking views over the Gold Coast beaches , great location and superb facilities. Great to see a good sized gym that is not stuck in a basement plus a sauna and steam room ! All the staff prior and during the stay were fantastic. Will stay again !

I had a three night stay whilst in town to do some exams. Was very grateful that I was placed in a quiet room on 15th floor with nice views to the ocean (which made studying far more enjoyable). Breakfast location was nice and food choices ok- delicious walnut pastries!
