Was welcomed and attended to immediately, however my stay could have been more comfortable with newer pillows with fill firmness and an easy operating shower head. Some direction could have been good as to what is available and where everything is located. I got help from other guests with how to use the key card in the elevator. I was happy with access to necessary items and believe my experience could have been improved for a four star rating.
