Our stay was very relax and comfortable although our arrival have challenges due to water interruption at the hotel that day but we have great time the staff was accommodating and friendly.

The room (suite) did not have any comfortable seats(lounge). Being expected to let a trades person in to work on AC while I was occupying the room is not acceptable. having no water for half a day as well? The bathroom door on 1815 needs attention as it sticks. The a joining room was not expected! the door between moves as the other room occupants open and close their door. The curtains on the glass doors can not close completely because there are cable ties around the curtain track?? I would recommend tiles in the immediate area of the kitchenette instead of carpet. The kitchenette was good to use. it would be good to have a power point there to boil the jug. The staff were helpful and lovely to deal with.

Comfortable bed, great view. Great service at reception. I was allocated the wrong room (system error not human error) and the team were very quick and helpful to sort it. Also gave me a late check out.
