Firstly started off with the add starting it was a pay at property , only to find out that it wasn’t once the funds emptied my bank account, Thankfully the lovely staff were able to partial refund me to help me out, Arrived at the premises to have the birthday surprise of room disclosed to my partner “I believe we have set this up for a birthday surprise” whilst we were still at check in , To then enter the room with smiles expected something sweet in the room with hopes shut down real quick,

The hotel is very centrally located but we had a couple of issue. The air-conditioning was blowing hot air for the first night which made it very hard to sleep. When speaking with reception the next morning they were very helpful it getting maintenance up to look at the issue. The maintenance gentleman was very lovely and helpful and advised that there was an issue with the control panel which had caused the aircon to be stuck on the hottest setting. He was able to manually lower the temperature for us but we were unable to change it from then. We got the buffet breakfast for our first morning, but it wasn't very nice and gave it a miss the next day. The scrambled eggs tasted like flour.

Brief stay with my elderley mother for her birthday. Advised booking of her birthday and was given a great room with a good view and a surprise bottle of wine. We had breakfast which was lovely and both check-in and check-out was good.
