The hotel was great but there was a lack of attention to detail in the rooms: eg: 3 bottles of body location provided but no hand wash, 2 breakfast bowls for a room with 5 beds, one of the chairs was broken and unstable to be sat in

Smooth check in. Rooms are impeccable. As soon as we walked into our room we were hit with the best ocean views. Despite this being a 3 star hotel, we are still very shocked that our room “1104” was more than PERFECT. I’ve stayed in 5 star properties before and this room definitely is one of the BEST - I am still in shock. Kevin the GM was very friendly and had the best customer service. We will definitely be back. Thankyou so much heartists x

From the friendly welcome I got when I checked in to the end of my stay, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Especially when it came to dealing with a couple of room security issues I had during mu stay. The hotel is in a great location close to the tram and the beach. I loved my room with its great Ocean views. It was clean and tidy and comfortable to stay in.
