We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the 26th floor and the views are absolutely fabulous — truly a highlight. The unit itself is very spacious with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance significantly detracted from the experience. The apartment appears to be in need of a thorough deep clean throughout, as all areas did not feel properly cleaned, and there were weeds growing on the balconies. What was particularly disappointing is that we noticed a review from July 11, 2025, referencing similar issues in this same unit, which suggests these concerns have not yet been addressed. With the size, layout, and incredible views, this apartment has so much potential, but attention to cleaning and upkeep is urgently needed to bring it up to the standard expected.

The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The location is in close proximity to the beach and the main Surfer Paradise area, with public transport close by. The rooms are large with balconies looking over the ocean or towards the hills, there is also a large kitchen. Free parking makes the hotel favourable. Will definitely stay again.

On arrival, the instructions emailed to us worked to a tee. As we arrived on a Sunday and the office is closed. On entering our room we realised we had no towels, no toilet paper and the internet wasn’t working. One phone call to Kevin and that was all fixed. What a lovely man! Just a couple of observations. The couch was ripped, there was no towel rail in the bathroom, no air conditioning in the living area, no locked curtains in living area to help with the sun block out. The bedroom did have air conditioning. The unit was very well equiped, but a broom, dust pan would be handy for small clean ups. Location was awesome with the light rail a 5 minute walk away and Caville ave also around a five minute walk. The beach across the road.
