Having never stayed at the Pullman before and being from Liverpool I decided to book a stay with my wife after a busy Christmas. The staff were very friendly and made a real effort to make us feel welcome upon arrival. The rooms were excellent, very spacious and we had a great view of the Albert Dock. We decided to dine in the restaurant and were very impressed with the service and speed of the food coming out. We rated the food very highly one of the best meals we have had in a long time and very good value, We ordered a Steak and Chicken dish along with sides and wine, all for less than £100. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of choice and was very tasty, again service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, very close to parking and everything you need in Liverpool. Massive thanks to Sarah Louise-Kelly and the whole team at the Pullman.

Everything was great apart from the heating did not work properly in the room so it was quite cold. Too late to let anyone know just alerted reception on check out

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis. Always a warm welcome from a great team of people. Clean comfortable good sized rooms. Good breakfast with quality items available. Bar and lounge with a good atmosphere in the evenings.
