New Year surprise 🎆

We stayed in one of their suites for 7 nights and welcomed in the New Year here. We didn’t expect to see a tiny glimpse of the KLCC fireworks from our room and the fireworks from the KL tower near the lifts so that was a good surprise for us as a family as we did not want to brave the crowds. As always, excellent services by the housekeeping team and the concierge team who welcomed us with bright smiles and greetings every time we returned. Happy to be back at the Novotel and looking forward to our next stay!

The receptionist Chinese you with glasses is disrespectful, I was standing in front before checking in for more than 15 minutes and he didn’t even ask me to say wait for a moment before continuing to do whatever he was doing
