Great location central to everything , staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice size room (for Europe) , very clean. Will come back when visiting Amsterdam.

The room was very small. Smaller than I anticipated. We had to call down with an outside phone for someone to answer us. We did not receive late check out or any perks despite booking thru Amex. We did not use the $100 at Press and it was not clear if I am getting $100 back on my statement. Overall, I’ll look to stay else where the next time I’m in Amsterdam.
