We’re pleased to know that you found the rooms spacious and enjoyed the shower experience. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the concerns you faced during your stay. We regret that the absence of a window in the standard room was not clearly communicated at the time of booking and that this was only explained during check-in. We understand how important transparency is, and your feedback has been noted for better communication going forward. We also apologize that the complimentary evening tea/coffee service was not informed to you by our front office team. This is certainly an area where we should have done better. Regarding the bed preference, we regret the lack of proactive follow-up from our team after providing a twin room on the first night. Ensuring guest comfort and checking back on preferences should have been handled more attentively. Lastly, we appreciate your observation regarding our pure vegetarian hotel concept. We understand that this could have been communicated more clearly during the booking process. Your feedback regarding the need for greater empathy and attentiveness from our front office team has been shared with the concerned department for improvement.
