Perfect location for us seeing the family. Staff were not as efficient or welcoming as usual. No one took our registration number when we arrived. There was no obvious place to get our welcome drink and were never offered one. No one acknowledged than I was a gold member

A gem of a business hotel, well placed and affordable - and with so much choice to eat at Beaconsfield Services. Trouble is, the room was freezing when I arrived, and the heater needed an MSc to operate. Then, in the middle of the night, it turned off, so I woke up freezing again.
