Overall stay was good, but the room was dusty even the TV, the telephone were always dusty.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room in relation to what was expected for a Sydney hotel. Breakfast buffet was convenient and good value but it would be nice to have some daily variation in the offering for longer staying guests.

The bed was so hard we could not sleep. One of the worst beds we have slept in. We could hear the loud traffic from outside and the people in the room next to us at 3.30am in the morning. The room was big and clean, the staff were nice.

This hotel is the best of both worlds; far enough out of the city to be peaceful, but close enough that the best of the city’s attractions are no more than an hour away (sooner if you are driving)

1. Parking is outside away from the hotel. Not great at night and the entry / exit for the parking is not well marked. It is behind the hotel and there is not sufficient lighting. You need to check in first so they can tell you where to go. 2. The room is old and soap scum and hair from previous customer. The shampoo had 2 pumps and the conditioner was empty so was frustrating mid shower. 3. There was no bottled water. As in you could not even purchase it. 4. The kitchen door was always open and it did not look clean - I picked this hotel for the restaurant but never ate there. Serious hygiene issues. The menu was sub par. You are better off going out for better choices. 5. I travel often and really just want a comfy bed and a clean room. The road noise was disturbing and wakes you up. This place is more 3 star not 4.
