Check-in was via an iPad which wasn’t advised before I arrived so I spent time looking for a staff member before working out I had to check myself in. The process was easy which helped. Parking was a pain as it wasn’t signposted so I had to find it myself. The room was nice however the bathroom tiles had mould in the shower. The aircon sounded like a jet aircraft even on low so I ended up turning it off to get some sleep. The small fridge was also working overtime and was very loud so I turned it off too. It only contained a small milk container and in over frosted icebox. There was a door connecting to the room next door and I could hear very word spoken by the guests next door. I don’t think I will stay here again.

Well located for a visit to the Macquarie University Hospital Clinic over a few days. Very comfortable Mercure hotel. The breakfast buffet is really very good and the inclusion rice with a selection of condiments is appreciated. The sausages are a highlight and all the food was nicely prepared. The hotel had an issue with a food delivery, so the food menu missed several items. The Ham and Pineapple Pizza I had from room service was not so nice. All the staff I encountered were professional, friendly and engaging, always helpful. Overall an very good stay and I will stay again. Thanks very much.

Overall stay was good, but the room was dusty even the TV, the telephone were always dusty.
