I am staying with my wife and three kids, I do expecting a smooth experience due to I really know the Accor's Standard, but Ibis Styles Serpong BSD City was blowing our mind (me & family) started from the very smooth reservation assisted by Ms Citra, check in helped by the FO guy (sorry didn't memorize the name), stays with lot of kids activity that fulfill my staycations needs. Breakfast was impeccable with various type of food that didn't failed us

Room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and efficient. Breakfast spread is very good. My only grief is the towels. They are musty smelling which is quite a turn off.

Had a great time staying at Ibis. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room 305 is cleaned daily with towels changed regularly.
