I had to attend an event at ICE BSD over the weekend, and I saw that Ibis Styles Serpong BSD City was not far from the venue. The room was great, and the facilities were complete. The TV worked perfectly, and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked the water dispenser in the hallway. I had some trouble with the door and key, but the staff were very attentive and helpful.
