1 night stay. Nice, clean hotel. Room was nice and a good size for Paris. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants, grocery store, bakery coffee shops just 2 min walk away. Hair dryer was absolutely useless. Early checkin will cost €130 extra, even if the room is ready and unoccupied. Only small paper cups in the room, no glasses.

Dear Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel Management Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding repeated breaches of our privacy and security during our recent four-night stay at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. During only four nights at your hotel, housekeeping staff opened and entered our room on three separate occasions while we were still inside. On the morning of October 4, a member of the housekeeping staff knocked only once and then immediately opened the door without waiting for a response. More seriously, on October 5, at approximately 10:00 a.m., a housekeeping staff member opened our door without knocking at all. Then, at approximately 11:00 a.m. on the same morning, our door was opened again without any knock or warning. There was not even an apology following these incidents. This means that during a four-night stay, our room door was opened by housekeeping staff three times while the room was still occupied, including twice in the same morning without any prior knock or warning. We find this extremely concerning. A hotel room is a private space, and guests should reasonably expect that hotel staff will follow proper procedures before entering an occupied room. Housekeeping staff have access to guest rooms through hotel-issued keys, which makes strict entry procedures even more important. Had we been changing clothes, showering, sleeping, or otherwise in a private situation when your staff entered without knocking, who would have been responsible for protecting our privacy and safety? We were also travelling with passports, cash, personal belongings and valuables in the room. The repeated unannounced entry made us seriously question the security procedures in place at the hotel. What was particularly disappointing was the way our concern was handled when we raised it with the front desk after checking out on October 5. The staff member we spoke with identified herself as a manager. However, we were simply given an apology and told that there was no other form of compensation or resolution that could be offered. We do not believe that an apology alone adequately addresses three separate incidents involving guest privacy and security, particularly at a four-star international hotel operating under the Novotel and Accor brands. We therefore request that this matter be formally investigated. In particular, we would appreciate: 1. A written explanation of how these three incidents were able to occur. 2. Confirmation that the electronic key/door access records for our room will be reviewed to establish who accessed the room and at what times. 3. An explanation of the housekeeping procedures that should have been followed before entering an occupied guest room, and why they were not followed in our case. 4. Confirmation of what corrective measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests. 5. An appropriate form of compensation in recognition of the repeated breaches of our privacy and the inadequate handling of our complaint at the hotel. To be clear, our concern is not simply about receiving compensation. What troubles us most is that this happened repeatedly and that, after reporting it, we were left without any meaningful explanation as to how our privacy and security were supposed to have been protected. We chose Novotel because we expected the standards and professionalism associated with a major international hotel brand. Unfortunately, this experience fell significantly below those expectations. We would appreciate a formal response from hotel management rather than a general apology, and we hope this matter will be taken seriously and investigated accordingly. We were given a room on the 24th floor with a lovely view, but that came at a cost because all we could hear was the lift cables going up and down all night which ruined our anniversary weekend. Also the toilet didnt have a basin in, which seemed very unhygienic as you had to go to another part of the room to wash your hands. Paper cups, very cheap and didnt get replaced, had to ask for new ones and tea and coffee supplies where a bare minimum. Felt like you had to ask for everything, including the WiFi. This was a real shame as we have had great experiences in other novotel hotels and this was well below are expectations

The location of the hotel is good but rooms are very old and AC was not working appropriately. Also was very noise since room was next to elevator. Overall too old and too less value for this price (300+ Euro/night)…

Everything went smooth. Only thing that bothered me was that there was no option to merge the beds under the same bed sheet (which was weird), and when asked for the gym hours, the receptionist didnt know to give the correct times, resulting in me waking up early only to find out the gym opens at a later on weekdays, which was disheartening

One of the staffs at the reception (She was at the fourth desk from the left between 11:00 and 12:00 on 29 Sep, wearing a pair of glasses and had short hair) was very bad handling my inquiries. She was rude and arrogant in her tone and manners of her attitude (voice and facial expression). It made me suspect she may have racism. Until that last moment of check out date, my first trip to Paris was good but she ruined it all at the last moment. Since I often travel and stay in your hotel group, you need to know this feedback to make your business better.

We enjoyed our stay for two days here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained for that price range, and the location was a huge plus since we could easily walk to the mall and Eiffel Tower. As visitors from the United States, we also appreciated that the overall comfort and cleanliness. Overall, it is a very convenient and pleasant place to stay in Paris.

I've been to this hotel 3x before and I'm very disappointed with its state on my latest visit. My room was not well kept with multiple items broken. The check in staff were rude and my room was not ready on time even though I arrived after 4pm.

We chose to return to the hotel as we had been 15 years ago for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint, we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Clean room, staff all helpful, friendly and polite, lovely food, great location, would definitely recommend.

The guest room was utilitarian and bland. It was a room to sleep in and that was it. Nothing memorable at all. The female concierge who's name I believe was Clementine was INCREDIBLE and helpful in coordinating a spa treatment and lunch for myself and my friend.

We were very unhappy with our experience here. First, the photos on the website give a completely false impression—the rooms are tired, dated, and long past their prime. On top of that, comfort was a major issue: the main beds offered zero support due to being way too soft, and the extra bed for the kids creaked loudly with any movement while being far too small for an adult and child. Overall, a frustrating experience that did not offer value for money.

Everything was great. Easy check in. The wifi wasn’t working properly in our room but was quickly fixed by the staff. Great location. Could see the Eiffel Tower from the front of the hotel which was very exciting. Would recommend.
