Sofitel x Gaspard et Lisa Family Escape Offer Terms and Conditions
*By booking this offer, the customer has read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The “Sofitel x Gaspard et Lisa Family Escape Offer” (“this offer”) is valid for bookings made at participating Sofitel and Sofitel Legend hotels across Greater China (“Participating Hotels”).
This Offer is only available when the following conditions are satisfied:
(a) Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance;
(b) Must be an ALL Accor member. If not, must register as an ALL Accor member first.
(c) Booking must be made within the following channels and time range: From Wednesday, 23 September 2026 (inclusive) to Tuesday, 25 May 2027 (inclusive) (Beijing Time) through ALL Accor official booking channels (including ALL.com, ALL App and WeChat Mini Program, Hotel Direct and Call Center);
(d) Bookings made through ALL Accor official booking channels must be for stays between 24 September 2026 and 31 May 2027 (“Stay Period”). Guests whose bookings commence during the Stay Period and continue after the Stay Period, subject to these terms and conditions, will not be eligible for this Offer for that part of their booking which is not during the Stay Period.
(e) Offer details and cancellation details: ALL Accor Members who book minimum 1 room night in Participating Hotels during above booking period will enjoy the following benefits:
1) Breakfast is included in the daily room rate for each guestroom (adult breakfasts are provided based on the number of guests selected at the time of booking.) The first child under the age of 12 (including 12) enjoys a complimentary breakfast. For a second child:
· Child aged 6 and under: one complimentary breakfast;
· Child aged 6 to 12 (inclusive): 50% off breakfast.
2) A set of Sofitel x Gaspard et Lisa Welcome Kit (including one IP Tote Bag, one Sticker, and one Welcome card)
3) A set of one La Haute Croissanterie with one drink.
The booking is made at a best available rate, and cancellation is subject to the hotel policy.
This Offer applies to all dates, including school holidays and public holidays, and is subject to room availability at the time of booking.
Booking made under this Offer shall not be combined with any other discounts or special offers, unless otherwise stipulated in the terms and conditions.
Prices are quoted in the local currency of the Participating Hotels (at the time of booking) and include all local taxes, unless otherwise specified. Exchange rates are for reference only and are non-binding.
ALL Accor members may earn status points and rewards points in accordance with the ALL terms and conditions regarding ALL membership.
