My business partners and I stayed on the Executive floors and frequented The Club. The staff there was so friendly and helpful. The Rooms Director, Ms.Dawn was so warm.... and we almost got to try the French and Chinese suites also, in addition to our post-Modern suite. Next time!

In all my over 4 decades of Traveling with Lifetime Titanium Status with Marriott Group, Diamond with Hilton and IHG, I have never experienced such a horrible checkin experience. They said they had canceled my room because I did not checkin in before 6 and had not replied to emails. They wanted to upsell me to a Suite and pay $1500 saying the room I booked was already canceled. Just totally Unbelievable, what kind of 5 Star Hotel is this?

First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies—the check-in issue you encountered is entirely inconsistent with the service standards we strive to uphold as a five-star hotel. As a traveler with over four decades of experience and top-tier statuses including Lifetime Titanium with Marriott, Diamond with Hilton and IHG, your loyalty and trust in the hospitality industry deserve the highest level of respect and service from us. What you described—being told that your room was canceled because you did not check in by 6 PM and did not reply to emails, and then being asked to pay an additional $1,500 for an upgrade to a suite—is truly unacceptable. We take this matter very seriously and are conducting an internal review of our relevant procedures, particularly regarding the "late check-in" and "guest communication" processes, to identify any serious lapses. We would never force upgrades or charge unreasonable fees on our guests in such a manner.
