An exceptional experience from start to finish. The welcome was warm, the service highly professional, and the rooms were extremely comfortable and very beautiful, and perfectly equipped. A special mention goes to Phoenix, whose kindness, availability, and outstanding sense of service greatly contributed to making this stay even more enjoyable. A hotel I would highly recommend, and one I would gladly return to.

Our experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff's care was genuine, and the hotel felt both immaculate and refreshing—a perfect setting for our visit. Our comfortable room and the excellent breakfast and dinner dining options made every day enjoyable. Still no update regarding refund of security deposit. I had booked total 3 rooms

Regarding the issue you mentioned about the deposit not being refunded, we have verified that the refund procedure was processed at the front desk on September 11, the day of your check-out. Please note that credit card deposits typically take 7–15 business days after check-out to be credited back to your account. You may check whether the amount has been returned to your account.
