I wish to appreciate, Mr Pradeep for his excellent service, whom went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant Stay. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and has well-maintained facilities. Stayed there recently for over a week with my family. The rooms were extremely spacious. The hotel overall is also very aesthetically pleasing! The staff is very courteous, special mention to Mr. Pradip from the F&B team for taking special care of us and our dietary requirements! Whatever requests we made him, he always obliged with a smile! :)

Amazing stay as always at this very uniquely designed hotel in Foshan The staff is extremely friendly and helpful Breakfast is a Treat and the spread is just outstanding…. Special mention for Mr Pradip from the F&B and restaurant….always makes us feel very comfortable at the restaurant and ensures every small requirement is fulfilled and with a Smile 😊 Always see him extending the Accor hospitality to all the guests around….Kudos to him and his team The gymnasium and other facilities like sauna etc are fabulous and very very well maintained….just enjoy working out here…. All in All a great stay

Stylish and luxurious hotel with barely satisfactory service.

Staying in Sofitel Foshan for 1 night since I'm having a corporate event. The hotel is stylish and well maintained consider its open for business for more than 10 years. The check in experience was ok and I did received a next catergory room upgrade as an Platinum Accor Plus member. But to be honest my recent experience with Accor hotels in China or SEA were offering at least next 2 or 3 catergories upgrade, which I felt my membership was not being valued as it should (especially I STAYED 60 nights for my membership). My room actually spacious and modern and meet up the Sofitel standard. One thing that bug me was the hair conditioner was placed outside of the shower room. Club millesime staff were not at the reception every time I visit the club and I was suprised that during my second and third visit, the lounge staff was still not able to catch my surname and greet me, which should be improved consider during my stay there were not many guests with club access. Breakfast also met up with the expectation, restaurant staff was helpful and warm, it's the best service interaction during my stay. Just a slight recommendation on making a clear guide for bakery since is in the other side of the ADD. I looked up the review from the Accor website and noticed that some guests mentioned that you'd have higher expectation than just a clean spacious room. Great service and professional hospitality is also being expected. I agree that Sofitel Foshan is a luxurious hotel if you evaluate in facility level. But service level wise fell behind.

The staff at Sofitel tries their best to make the stay comfortable. Rona is a lovely housekeeper and so is her supervisor Ivy Zhang. The executive lounge offers nice cocktails in the evening. Harvey and Roxie at the Lounge are also very hospitable.
