Our stay at Sofitel Sanya was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations in every way. The resort is beautifully designed, exceptionally well maintained, and feels like a complete destination rather than just a hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and constant willingness to help. They truly go out of their way to make everything happen for their guests, always with a smile. A special and sincere thank you to Victor, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our New Year’s celebration unforgettable. He personally arranged a special table on the beach for New Year’s Eve, creating a memorable and meaningful experience for our family that we will never forget. We were also very grateful for the thoughtful room arrangements and upgrades. My wife and I stayed in a spacious and elegant suite, while our children were initially accommodated in a king room and later upgraded to a family room. The comfort, cleanliness, and layout were perfect for a family stay. The food was beyond expectations, with excellent quality, variety, and presentation across all dining options. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, and the daily activities, kids’ programs, and evening entertainment made the experience even more enjoyable. This is truly one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The combination of outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality makes Sofitel Sanya stand out. I sent e-mail (H8… ) to the resort five times, but never heard back. I had difficulty communicating even when checking in and checking out. The resort was satisfied with its spacious garden, beach, delicious food unique to Sofitel and exclusive lounge. However, loud music from the resort right next door continued until 12 p.m., which was painful.
