Receptionist was very friendly, only issue is the bar feels very off and old school Flight was very early so during check in receptionist offered to pack breakfast in the day to takeaway but when checking out i didnt get anything, but i was rushing so i left it as it is without asking

Customer Service was simply amazing. Wonderful & friendly staff who goes above & beyond to make your stay a memorable one. From The front office - Mr. Jerry, super helpful & friendly arranging our pickleball & tour. The concierge, Mr. Wesley, very helpful in the transport arrangements and not forgetting Ms. Skye from the 53rd Flour lounge who remembers little details like the wine we drink, butter that we like and event ensuring during her day off to remind her colleague on our favourite foods at the lounge. Their superb customer service made our 6 days in Sofitel Haiko very memorable

The room smelt of fish and smoke. The food in the lounge was meagre and disappointing apart from the cake.

Spacious and clean room. Bell boy is very helpful, helped us with luggage as we arrive at 3am, and would go out the door and lead the direction when I asked for destination of telco services. Kid slipper is kinda small compared to other hotels.
