Had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Haikou. The hotel’s location is excellent. The view from my room was fantastic, offering a beautiful overlook that truly enhanced the experience. My room was very spacious and comfortable, offering a luxurious and peaceful retreat. The lounge was another highlight—quiet, tidy, and serving great food, perfect for relaxing. The only minor inconvenience was the parking situation. If you drive and use their underground car park, you’ll need to switch elevators twice to reach your room, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall, a great stay with only a small drawback in terms of logistics.

The hotel is located close to attractions and the rooms and hotel is very new and modern. Thank you to Amber and Jerry for doing the checkin and check out. They were pleasant and very friendly ! Also thank you to Hina at the lounge for suggesting places to eat and to visit. I always see her running around refilling the dishes and helping to get us drinks. Thank you for your friendly and pleasant service.
