Customer Service was simply amazing. Wonderful & friendly staff who goes above & beyond to make your stay a memorable one. From The front office - Mr. Jerry, super helpful & friendly arranging our pickleball & tour. The concierge, Mr. Wesley, very helpful in the transport arrangements and not forgetting Ms. Skye from the 53rd Flour lounge who remembers little details like the wine we drink, butter that we like and event ensuring during her day off to remind her colleague on our favourite foods at the lounge. Their superb customer service made our 6 days in Sofitel Haiko very memorable

Spacious and clean room. Bell boy is very helpful, helped us with luggage as we arrive at 3am, and would go out the door and lead the direction when I asked for destination of telco services. Kid slipper is kinda small compared to other hotels.

I travelled with my elderly parents who were ever happy with the stay in Sofitel. From the view, comfort of the rooms, decoration done to celebrate their anniversary, delicious breakfast and our wonderful dinner experience in Lemon Bar. Special mentioned to Amber who was so patient in helping with the check in and check out, Edward and Luke from concierge who helped with my delayed delivery. The whole team is so friendly and helpful from the moment we alighted from the taxi and always readily to help with my father who is on wheelchair to get into taxi. Just 2 points to note: 1) When we arrived, the lady who helped us to open the door did not help us to move the luggage from the car. We totally understand that we all were ladies, yet she has to had a gesture to help 2) In the morning, I came to 34/F for breakfast. The lady kept checking her phone until she found me was waiting her. Then she did not address me to a table until I asked if I can find a table on my own. Then she said yes. I think the hotel can do one step further.

I was told that the club room I booked did not include breakfast - breakfast is usually included in most other hotels club room I stayed. However, room size upgrade was appreciated. Also, refund of the deposit paid at check in was on the third day after check out. Other hotels refund are within hours.

酒店的位置很好。办理入住的时候，除了常规的注意事项告知外，还会告知其他的福利。很贴心了。由于办理入住的时间较早，房间未整理出来。留了个联系方式就出去觅食了。结果很快就收到了联系。效率也是很高了。房间可以看到海景，晚上的夜景也很好。

It was such an exceptional stay, everyone was so great and friendly. Amber checked us in and organised a beautiful cake for our daughter’s birthday, she also helped us with transports. Shirley, Polly and Tommy took a great care of us at the Club Lounge. Jerry at the Reception Desk gave us a very useful story about Haikou and suggested a few spots to visit.
