Just 2 points to note: 1) When we arrived, the lady who helped us to open the door did not help us to move the luggage from the car. We totally understand that we all were ladies, yet she has to had a gesture to help 2) In the morning, I came to 34/F for breakfast. The lady kept checking her phone until she found me was waiting her. Then she did not address me to a table until I asked if I can find a table on my own. Then she said yes. I think the hotel can do one step further.

The staff was truly accommodating. They took any requests on board and tried their best to make it happen. Small details like remembering drink orders or leaving the room organised as you left it during cleaning makes a guest feel valued, uniquely appreciated and at home

I was told that the club room I booked did not include breakfast - breakfast is usually included in most other hotels club room I stayed. However, room size upgrade was appreciated. Also, refund of the deposit paid at check in was on the third day after check out. Other hotels refund are within hours.
