Please accept our most sincere apologies for the multiple inconveniences you encountered. This is by no means the standard of service and quality we strive to deliver, and we truly regret that your experience fell far short of expectations. Your comments are extremely valuable to us. Immediately after receiving your review, we conducted a thorough investigation and follow up on every point you raised. The engineering department conducted a thorough inspection and carried out necessary repairs on all room facilities. We have also reinforced our housekeeping protocols and retrained the team to ensure no hair or residue is left behind. Regarding the bedside USB power ports, please allow us to clarify that, as a safety measure, the power button on the USB hub is deliberately set to the “off” position when not in use. To activate charging, simply press the button on the panel once. We realize this was not clearly communicated, and we will revise our rooming procedures to avoid future confusion. We deeply regret that your guaranteed 4 pm late checkout was not honored automatically to all three rooms and that you had to negotiate with our manager. Concerning the $100 FHR credit and its exclusion of seafood items, we understand your disappointment. We are taking your feedback seriously and will thoroughly review our FHR benefit structure. Our goal is to refine the program so that valued guests like you can enjoy a more transparent and rewarding experience in the future. Our honeymoon stay in Xi’an was truly unforgettable, and the entire team made it incredibly special from start to finish. The location was brilliant—perfect for exploring the city—and our room was both comfortable and luxurious, giving us a beautiful place to relax. We were looked after by our wonderful butler, Tommy, whose thoughtfulness and personal touches meant the world to us. He even surprised us with a beautiful handwritten and illustrated card, which we’ll treasure forever. At the restaurant, Justin went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements with such care and kindness. Anna and Lily were always welcoming and attentive, helping to make each dining experience feel extra special. We would also like to thank Fancy, who made us feel incredibly welcome. In fact, every single team member we encountered offered exceptional service and genuine warmth throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the surprise mousse dessert they prepared just for us—it was the perfect way to celebrate our honeymoon and made us feel truly valued. The Louis XIII bar was also amazing, with a fantastic atmosphere and exceptional service. Beyond the outstanding hospitality, the facilities were excellent. The pool and gym were both great, and we enjoyed making use of them during our stay. We also had a massage in the spa, which was an incredible and deeply relaxing experience. Every detail, from the service to the surprises, was handled with such care and professionalism. We were genuinely sad to leave, and we would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommended!

暑假带娃来西安玩了一星期多。主要住的IHG，在索菲特传奇住了两天，服务非常周到，入住前一天打了电话沟通入住事宜（这次西安住的几个酒店这点都很不错），入住体验很好，白金卡房间升了两级，升到了尊享套房。Mini Bar首轮免费。行政待遇是可以下前台旁边的酒吧全天享用软饮（不过行程很满没啥时间就没去吃），晚上HH在七楼，有简单的简餐喝饮料酒水，一天走累了不想出去吃，简单去吃吃也不错。早餐是点餐制，选择也不算少。 这家酒店印象最深刻的是服务非常好，住过阿斯旺尼罗河边那家老瀑布索菲特传奇也不错。每次出门回来都会有问候，服务都是提前为你想到那种。特别感谢DerekYang和Jack Ge入住两天他们都能清楚记得我的名字和入住到什么时候（比如会主动问有没有需要late checkout，出门天气热注意防暑并帮我们拿了矿泉水），还有两位女孩没记住名字也是服务很好。以后还会再次入住。谢谢你们的用心服务。

酒店位置很好，在市中心离钟鼓楼回民街很近，打车坐地铁很方便。礼宾同事很有服务意识，管家也很热心介绍酒店的各个设施。
