Having worked Front of House and customer service I need to really thank Cici Lin who was at the front counter. I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich. The hotel offers excellent facilities and outstanding service throughout.
The gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel—well-equipped, clean, and perfect for both cardio and strength training. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool. The water was crystal clear, and the pool area was peaceful and well maintained, making it a great place to relax.
A special thank you to Rickey at the front desk. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in onwards. His warm attitude and attention to detail made me feel truly valued as a guest and added so much to my overall experience.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
