Pretty decent customer services , the staff were responsive, very attentive and have warm greetings toward me everytime I walked by , breakfast was delicious , and I love the bathtub and the bathroom . Just hope the staff can fix the drainer in the bathroom basin , it was so slow! And I wish they have better air freshener in the room as it was not a very pleasant smell, also the executive lounge floor should have scents on as well , as the entrance from the elevator smells like cigarettes . Great water and tea selections . The cheese selections were great , executive lounge have great selections of wine . But white wine selection at the bar located at level 8 needs adjustment , I don’t wanna order another one after a tiny sip , but the staff were great and cordial , they even brought me snack selections. Receptions and customer services respond pretty quickly! Reception : 5/5 Executive lounge reception: 5/5 Bar at 8th floor : 5/5 Car services : 4.5/5 I wish the staff walked me to the car could assist me with my carry on luggage 😿

I like the location and the services of house keeper. Very professional. I have been upgraded as a gold member to Room 2208. I love the room. Very quiet and away from lifts. But I think some of the facilities need to be upgraded like dinning chair and tables. I liked the seafoods buffets.

Very good hotel with good restaurants, but not in good location, shopping mall is not within walking distance. Must be a non smoking hotel for most of Accor groups but this hotel got smokers all around even in the rooms can smell cigarettes , that's a pity for such a nice hotel

Very busy (due to fair which is understandable) bed was a little too firm, I was disappointed in the view from the artist suite as I was looking at the second building. Compared to my stay at Sofitel in Ho Chi Minh City which was absolutely amazing. Other than that hotel has some great facilities such as pool and spa and the excellent breakfast which is standard across all Sofitel and Pullman hotels in which I have stayed.

Nothing impressive while staying at the hotel. Maybe because i just returned from Sofitel Shanghai, i was expecting a similar standard at the hotel. However, it wasn't. I was queuing at the Accor desk and my queue was rudely cut by an uneducated Indian national who wants to have his currency exchange after a failed attempt at the normal counter. Staff witnessed the incident but didnt took action about it. I had to change to the usual check-in counter. However, i dont feel welcomed as i didnt get to experience any customer service or interaction with any of the staff before checking in. As a platinum member, i was expecting to stay at the Elite level of the hotel based on my experience staying with Accor Hotel in Greater China. However, i was only offered a low level room upon arrival and while questioned about the Elite level, the male chinese staff said " I only got level 9 or 10 for you to choose. Oh well, seems like it wasn't a good start at all. Despite having my room upgraded, there was smoking stench in the room. Access card was not working after the first night. housekeeping team was amazing and had my room tidy up everyday. I received my welcome amenities only on the 3rd day out of 7 day. I met a lady who was able to converse very well in Cantonese, Mandarin and English and she helped me on my inquiries on travelling to another city from Guangzhou. I didnt get her name but she was wearing a grey blazer. She was very helpful and thoughtful about helping me while her fellow male teammates who were wearing vest was not interested in assisting me. Based on my observation, they are more keen in assisting guest who are non-chinese and wanted to impress the foreigners. i requested for assistance to bring my baggage down to the lobby but after 15minutes wait, no one arrive at my door. With my past experience with other swissotel, sofitel or novotel in mainland, it take less than 5minutes. I had a wonderful at the executive lounge and enjoyed the customer service at the executive lounge. Bedroom was amazing but i think customer service can be better.
