Check-in: I was not invited to make the check-in at Milesime Lounge, at 29th floor. The receptionist was not clear about my room rate and the free upgrade to the Suite, in fact she asked me to sign for a room rate that was much higher than the initial quotation I received during my reservation online. Suite room: I didn't find any special welcome amenities/drinks as usual (I just got it after several hours). The room was not very clean (mainly the carpet on the floor) and the marble in the bathroom looks very old and scratchy. The curtains in the toilet was very ugly and old looking and dirty/broken on the edges. It didn't look nice at all! Club Milesime lounge: selection of food during the cocktail time was very poor: Hot dishes: three items, only deep fried (Deep fried fish, deep fried chicken, fried chicken) Cheese: very pooo selection of cheese. From French Sofitel my expectations are much higher in therms of cheese! Cold Cuts: very poor and cheap cold cuts. Bread: good Wine seletcion: not so good, very cheap wines. And I didn';t see any Champagne or bubbles/brut wine. Red wine was opened very badly, without even removing the aluminium cap. Breakfast at Club Milesime: I asked for omelette with mushrooms and bacon etc. They served 1 slice of bacon, uncooked and fluffy, not crispy at all. Champinones mushrooms: they served me 3 small mushrooms. I appreciate the A LA CARTE service, but it is really poor portions, and don;t have time to ask for more food. Corridors in my 15th floor were not so clean, and carpets are full of stains here and there, and I also saw some paper on the floor. Generally speaking I had an impression of not so clean hotel. Les Chinois Restaurant: good. Staff was nice and gentle and speak quite good English.

except the checking in is quite slow, they took at least 10 minutes or more to check in a hotel guest and I only saw 3 Recept working during rush hour
