We booked two rooms for two adults and two children. The hotel is modern, and the rooms are spacious. There isn’t much of a view as it is located in a business district. Despite my Platinum status, there was no room upgrade, but I assume the hotel was quite busy during our stay. The Executive Lounge was quiet and offered a simple afternoon tea selection, along with hot food during happy hour. The service was attentive throughout. Special thanks to Nicole and her team, we thoroughly enjoyed the lounge experience.
