Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the outstanding service from the entire team, especially Chief Concierge Jackie Qiao and the front desk staff. From pre-arrival to post-stay, every detail was handled with professionalism and warmth. Before we even arrived, Jackie went above and beyond to assist with organizing our four room bookings, securing restaurant reservations, and arranging breakfast—making our trip seamless. The family room was spectacular, and the kids absolutely loved it! Every interaction with the staff was a delight—they were attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. The level of hospitality here is unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly stay with impeccable service. We will definitely be returning!

The room was well-designed with thoughtful facilities, having a separate locker area was especially useful, and the inclusion of a yoga mat was a lovely touch, even though I didn’t have time to use it. The furniture and lighting were beautiful, and the staff were kind and helpful esp in the cafe bar. The blackout curtain worked perfectly, allowing for a great night’s sleep.A few minor areas for improvement: the shower and toilet room could benefit from better maintenance. For example, the shower floor sealant looked visibly aged, some furniture had noticeable dust, and there were small biological stains on the bathroom wall that seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning. The breakfast offered a good variety, though the overall quality could be improved. Overall, it was a very nice stay, thanks for upgrading to a higher floor, I rested well after international flight and I left feeling satisfied
