¹Black Friday Offer Terms:

1. Check the terms and conditions of the rate. Depending on the country, these prices may not include taxes; they may only include VAT or all taxes (VAT and tourism tax). When prices do not include all taxes, the relevant taxes (VAT and/or tourism tax) will be provided at later stages of the booking process. The price is guaranteed only at the time of booking.

2. Offer subject to the terms and conditions of sale and availability of the selected hotel and room categories.

3. Booking period:

• For ALL members: from 12:00 a.m. on November 24, 2025 to 11:59 p.m. on December 3, 2025 (Brazil Time)

• For the general public: from 8:00 a.m. on November 27, 2025 to 11:59 p.m. on December 3, 2025 (Brazil Time)

4. Staying period: December 19, 2025 to December 18, 2026.

5. Rates available with or without breakfast, according to the availability of each hotel.

6. The customer can find the offer through the exclusive offer pages or by searching through the website and app search engine. The hotel and period during which the discount is valid will be highlighted with a pink "Special Offer" tag and the rate labeled as Black Friday. It is important to note that the hotels are responsible for activating the discount, and for it to be visible, it will depend on the hotel’s availability, period, and the desired room category.

7. Rate Conditions: 

7.1. Payment: Prepaid – the total cost of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. 

7.2. Online installment payment: Available for selected hotels in Brazil, for prepaid rates with Elo, Visa, and Mastercard cards issued in Brazil. Check if your preferred hotel offers this payment option. 

7.3. Cancellation: This rate does not allow cancellations. 

7.4. Rescheduling: This rate does not allow rescheduling. 

7.5. Not cumulative with other promotions or discounts.

8. Check the offer page for the list of participating hotels.

9. To ensure the earning of ALL bonus points, the booking must be made through the ALL Accor app, using the special rate identified as Black Friday 2025.

10. Accor Live Limitless Benefits: 

10.1. The general terms and conditions of ALL – Accor Live Limitless apply to this offer. 

10.2. Offer available for all statuses in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. 

10.3. To enjoy this offer: ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program members must provide their ALL loyalty card number at the time of booking and present it at the hotel reception during check-in. 

10.4. Offer usage limit: This offer has no usage limit per member during its validity period. 

10.5. ALL Reward points will be credited to your account within 7 days after check-out.

10.6 The offer is not valid in the cities Guadalajara/MX, Mexico City/MX, Monterrey/MX, Toronto/CA, Miami/USA, San Francisco/USA for the period from June 11, 2026, to July 19, 2026.

²Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless enjoy an additional discount with the Members’ Rate benefit at participating hotels. Members must present their member card upon check-in at the hotel (or their member number if they have not yet received their card). Maximum 7 rooms at the Members’ Rate can be booked per member, per staying date. Reservations must be made via participating Accor websites.

³This offer allows ALL - Accor Live Limitless members with Classic status to multiply their Reward points by 2X, members with Silver, Gold, and Platinum status to multiply by 3X, and members with Diamond and Limitless status, as well as ALL Signature subscribers, to multiply their Reward points by 4X for a stay at one of the participating hotels in the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and the ALL Black Friday 2025 offer.

The points earned are calculated based on the number of points credited to the member by the hotel upon completion of an eligible stay, applying the general terms and conditions of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program, based on the Classic status.

Upon completion of the stay, the points are credited in two phases:

1. Crediting of the points corresponding to the amount the member would have earned without benefiting from the offer.

2. The additional Reward points earned thanks to the offer will be credited in a second transaction, corresponding to the missing points, so that the total Reward points credited are multiplied by 2X for Classic members, 3X for Silver, Gold, and Platinum members, and 4X for Diamond, Limitless members, and ALL Signature subscribers, after the two crediting operations are completed.

Example: An ALL - Accor Live Limitless member who earned 250 Status points and 250 Reward points for an eligible stay will receive:

• 250 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies 2X

• 500 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies 3X

• 750 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies 4X

The calculation of the bonus points will be made on the check-out date of the stay, according to the valid status on that day. If the member registered and booked their stay in 2025 with a specific status, but their account was downgraded or upgraded on the date of the stay, the additional Reward points will be calculated based on the status valid on the check-out date.

This Reward points bonus is in addition to the Reward and Status points earned for an eligible stay, applying the general terms and conditions of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program.

This offer can only be used once per ALL member, regardless of their status in the program, and also by new ALL Signature subscribers.

The stay must be booked with the BLACKR, BLACKF, BFRO, or BFBB rates. If unavailable, the member will not be able to benefit from the bonus described in this offer.

This offer is valid for stays made between December 19, 2025 and December 18, 2026 at one of the hotels participating in the ALL Black Friday 2025 offer.
