The hotel staff was friendly, the room was not adequately cleaned, the pillow covers were smelly, there was no writing pad or pen in the room. There were only a few channels on TV.

considering the covid situation, we are forced to stay in the room, no view but on parking and a building. TV remote not working and had to wait for over 24h to get a response after requesting someone to check (3 times). as we had to eat in the room, with one desk and 1 chair, we had to adjust for the 3 of us. also, AC was going up and down on its own, so sometimes cold and others not.

I liked the room, and overall was fairly happy. Gym hours - great Hot tub - nice and hot - though the water was fairly dirty at times and cold several times Restaurant food - the same menu week after week was too boring to go back to

I am a NAV CANADA employee and this is preferred hotel for us. We were able to leave our car while we were on vacation for two weeks. We flew out of YUL. The food in the restaurant was very good and the airport shuttle was excellent. We will definitely stay here again when flying out of Montreal Dorval airport. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

1. When I booked, while I did get an email concerning the booking, there was no attachment, as indicated, confirming the booking 2. The supplied kettle, for boiling water, had a scum on the inside bottom. I took the kettle to the front desk and was told it would be looked after. Up to the time I checked out, there was no kettle in the room. 3. Upon waking on the morning of checkout, I found a beetle of some sort crawling across my cell phone, which was on the night table beside the bed. I trapped the beetle with a plastic glass and subsequently used a second plastic glass to encase it so I could show the front desk staff at checkout. I presented the beetle at checkout as well as notifying them that the kettle was still missing from my room. The front desk staff said that they were going to leave my account open until they could speak with the manager, possibly making an adjustment to my bill. 4. When I got an email saying my bill was attached, again, there was no attachment. I had to call the hotel and get them to send me the bill, which they did, with no adjustment, or even any word of apology. 5. Last but not least, I was somewhat disappointed that there was no ATM in the hotel for the convenience of guests. I do understand that your organization deals on credit/debit card basis - but your hotel is not within walking distance of any access to an ATM should a guest require access to one.

Is stayed 2 nights, it was my first stay The coffee machine was broken The USB plugs beside the bed were not working I have advised the first morning the service desk. When I returned back late in the evening, the coffee machine has been changed. But not the USB/power plugs beside the bed....

The staff from front desk, to room staff, to restaurant staff are all exceptional!! Every morning I looked forward to going to breakfast because every server was always smiling, so helpful and wished us a great day when we left. I know why our company (WestGroupe) always uses this hotel.

It was for my sisters wedding. The front desk staff was phenomenal. The rooms very clean and inviting. However, the Sunday morning after the wedding on check out day, at 9am, we were awoken several times by housekeeping knocking. We found it quite rude to keep getting disturbed when checkout is only at 11am.

Our Go To Hotel when in Montreal

This has become our "go to" hotel when we are in Montreal. The front desk staff have always been extremely friendly and very accommodating whenever we are there. We actually stay in this hotel 5-6 times a year. They accept pets which is great for us since we have a dog that travels with us. You don't hear any traffic from the highway at all. For the 1st time we went to the restaurant within the hotel for dinner and we were very impressed with the food as well. The hotel may not be in the center of lots of restaurants or stores, etc but it is only a short drive to these places. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
