We walked into our room and got hit my an awful odour, no other rooms available so we were stuck here, had to buy febreeze because no other options. Room was dirty, we found garbage on the floor. Beds were super uncomfortable and pillows were so soft we all 4 slept horrible. Bathroom is in need of major upgrade, door is silly and not private at all, the lock is fidgety and a hassle. The sink had a ring of mold on it, the shower also had mold and no soap in the container. The pool chlorine was too much, couldn’t sit in that room for more than 5 minutes without your eyes stinging. The parking situation was also silly, especially when leaving. We made it work as we didn’t have another option other then to loose our money. But this is the worst hotel we’ve stayed at in our life and we don’t ask for much.

The room smelled weird and musty but was clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The air conditioner was very loud. Housekeeping cleared out my room before I even checked out. They threw out my food and placed some of my belongings into lost and found. I had to have my car booted every night because of theft. The pool water was milky and over chlorinated. The coffee in the lobby in the morning was great. The ice machine was broken on the fifth floor.

I spent 2 nights here, although even before coming at hotel it was already agreed on email that I will be paying all dues in points and not cash, the staff at counter was unable to understand cause he did not understand English properly and took good 15 min to get thru to their manager and forced me to a 50 CAD deposit. The next morning i requested the cleaning staff to clean our room and change the towels, we came back post midnight and the room was same dirty, to top it off we asked for fresh towels and the reception guy came with 8-10 hand towels cause all towels had gone for laundry. This is not the kind of service i expect from a mid-tear Accor, highly disappointed

Friends car was stolen from secured parking lot. Made me uneasy all weekend staying there wondering if my car would be next...Power outage for 3.5 hours and no backup???? Again very unsafe. Just go somewhere else. It's not worth it.

I am writing as a loyal guest who stays at your hotel almost every month and has always appreciated the quality of your accommodations and service. During my stay last Friday, it appears that the hotel experienced a power outage that lasted for several hours. Unfortunately, the situation on my floor became quite chaotic, and I was unable to reach anyone at the front desk to obtain information or assistance. I completely understand that unexpected situations such as this can occur and are often beyond anyone’s control. However, the incident significantly affected my stay and left me disappointed with the overall experience. Given the circumstances, and considering my continued loyalty to your establishment, I would appreciate it if you could consider some form of compensation or goodwill gesture. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I value my experiences at your hotel and hope to continue staying with you in the future.

The rooms are great, and the parking lot is super secure and off-the-beaten-path from the airport. There is no airport shuttle but luckily the excellent front desk staff arranged my transport to and from YUL!! I was able to come and go to shop at the pharmacy and prepare for my flight and get a great night's rest, knowing exactly where my car was safely parked for the duration of my trip. The ONLY bad part of my stay was that the pool and hot tub were under construction! It was still the most affordable option for parking and an overnight near YUL airport. I HIGHLY recommend this location for Vermonters traveling internationally from Montreal!

Stay was good except for the elevator strong smell. It was either the cleaning product or a scent you're spraying but it was way too strong. I don't even have a sensitivity to smells and I found it over powering. I had to cover my nose with the clothing. Recommend toning it down significantly

The rooms were very dark and there was no mirror suitably lit for applying makeup. But the staff were very kind and helpful.
