The hotel was well located, near shopping centre and was extremely clean. Front desk staff and staff were curteous and friendly.

I stay often at this hotel but this time, and although the rooms are not always very clean but bearable, this time was just awful. There were kleenex on the floor of the bathroom, spots on the carpet that looked like blood, the air conditioning was not working properly, etc. Also, the toilet paper didn't have holders. One of the lamp was not working. Door was difficult to shut. All little things that are annoying.
