I'd have liked a better view. Floors had gaps in them (wooden) there is no netflix option on the TV.

I have stayed in other Accor hotels before and it is the first time I receive such a service The cleaning has to be requested at the reception which was done poorly when I first entered the room (remaining socks from previous guest on the floor), hair,… No drinking water in the rooms ( I was stunned by the fact of you have to buy your own water from the lobby) this is a first for me at any hotel. Reception agent there for the bare minimum hand keys and registration AC need an big improvement/ change ( very noisy) and all the settings doesn’t work properly Bathroom need some renovation, overall rooms need renovation Not sure how many starts has the hotel but not more than 2

Only a two night stay but quite comfortable. The first night, I ordered food from the restaurant in the hotel but only one person on staff so he couldn't bring the food up to my room. Not a big deal but just wanted to mention.

Your hotel was dirty, mine had balls of hair on the floor when I checked in and stained carpets. The restaurant was full of flies and the food was subpar with little to no "service" since it was only staffed with ONE person to work the bar and the tables. I can assure you I will never S. at this hotel again and was extremely let down by this experience.
