your hotel is always clean and the staff is very accommodating. however, I always used to choose this hotel in my previous role because you had nespresso in the rooms. where did they go? it was such a lovely treat. the bags of coffee you currently offer make it feel like i'm staying at a rundown motel.

Usual Novotel quality but without perk. Room temperature difficult to adjust, bed looks like a steel structure on the floor without any deco, breakfast is very good but they charge extra for an expresso ?!? Will probably find another place next time

I've been coming to your hotel for 7 years. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location for my clients. No complaints other than the menu and the gym, neither of which have developed in that time.

Although located in a business area close to Route 40, this hotel was comfortable, had pleasant staff, very comfortable beds and was surprisingly quiet. We did not eat at the hotel, but had drinks on a couple of evenings and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant.

I work close and getting access to a room is relatively hard, so I often decide to go somewhere else without even checking. When I do get a spot, I like it. Also, the menu at the restaurant should be rotated. We come here several times a year (>20), and having a different menu would be appreciated.

Some rooms run down, bar service is indifferent and booking by phone is impossible as most nights they don't answer the phone

Everything was very nice we were only in there for about 6 hours got in late had to leave early One issue I had was that there was only 1 soap bar in the room can't wash our hands and then use it in the shower???

I think the hotel requires love a little bit. I almost trip on the carpet's waves in the corridor, the seal of the shower was broken so water splashed on the ground, the tiles joints were brownish and one of my pillowcase were not clean.

Staff at front desk is prompt, quick. Everyone needs to be a little bit more happy though: front staff, cleaning staff, rarely every smile or say hello. The biggest issues are the rooms. In the numerous times I stay in one year, for many years, I am starting to see a decline in the rooms: bathroom door handles are barely attached, wall paper is starting to fall off, and carpet is getting bumpy and coming apart (room 309).

The air conditioning was extremely loud for all the rooms. Did Not sleep all night. We had a big meeting the next day and we were half asleep.

The service at reception, in the dining areas and with other service was very pleasant and expedient. There were however a few things that made the hotel appear a bit shabby: while it was fixed in a very timely manner, the thermostat in my room was not operating when I first arrived and the room was very stuffy. One of the doorhandles of the bathroom door was missing a back fastener and so the handle wiggled on its other hinge. The room darkening shade was frayed and battered on the edges, this could’ve been fixed pretty easily with binding tape of some kind. The hall stairwell from the third-floor to the ground floor was in dire need of paint since it looked like a parking garage stairwell rather than that of a nice hotel.
