Beautiful two double bed executive suite. Room was clean. Beautiful view. Great service despite lockdown. Everyone was as nice and as helpful as possible. Two points to make it even better. Offer the full food menu from Palms for in-room dinning. Also, the walk-in shower near the entryway had a bad stain on floor. I normally wouldn’t mind and I’m sure the shower was clean, but it gave the appearance that was not clean.

We stayed for a few days in a suite so that we could both rest and work and not get in they way of each other. The room was perfect. The bed was SO comfortable and great amenities. We will be back. Thank you!

Waited 3 hours to check in. Reserved a spot for their restaurant and I couldn’t even eat their because of the line. Customer staff were horrible. The parking spot filled with piss and ghetto. Horrible and will never recommend this spot to anyone. The week before I stayed at the London house and it was amazing felt like a king. Luxury. They’ll park your own car. Amazing restaurant. Amazing staff AND CHEAPER! swissotel is a horrible hotel. They also charged me 2x so I ended up paying $1,400. They don’t answer the phone. Horrible.

They locked me and my girlfriend out of our room for almost 2 hours saying that my card never got accepted. But it did. They made me feel like it was all my fault. But in the end we figured out it was there fault. They didnt apologize or offer me anything for being locked out of my room for almost 2 hours over something they did. I dont know if I'll ever return.

The check in was fine, the service desk was a bit disconnected. Not very friendly, not rude, just eh. When you get to the room it’s dark, no good light and then the bathroom was old. The flooring in the shower was extremely dirty looking. May not have been dirty but the tile was very worn and made for a permanently dirty look. Cramped and outdated. I wouldn’t pay the money to stay there again. Not a lot offered for the price and there was nothing spectacular about it.

Stay was nice. Lake view was nice. Long black hairs in the bath tub were not. I was looking forward to a steaming bath, but They made it highly undesirable to get in the tub. Cleanliness was not the highest priority in this hotel. It will be very unlikely that I return. Clean your tubs.

Professional, helpful staff. Beautiful, convenient location. Clean room. Clean bathroom, No mold. My only complaint was room service. I ordered grilled cheese and french fries. The grilled cheese was burnt and not just a little. The sandwich and french fries were cold.

Upon arrival, around 6 pm, there was nobody manning the Front Desk. There were two guest ladies at the front desk. This went on for several minutes. More guests arrived and nobody there. I asked the Concierge and told him that I had never arrived at a four-star hotel to find an empty front desk. Eventually a receptionist came out. Only glitch. Room was impeccable, restaurant The Palm as well. we enjoyed our stay there very much. But the arrival experience was unaccepatable.

My sister, niece and I had a "staycation" last weekend at the Swissotel to celebrate my niece passing her nursing boards. We were upgraded to a suite with a lovely view, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were to sent to our room to congratulate my niece on her accomplishments and when we asked for a late check out it was "No problem". We truly enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel!

We found the people at the registration desk and the two people at the concierge desk extremely friendly and helpful. That was not the case with the servers working in Amuse. We sat for an inordinate amount of time waiting for a server to take our order; when we finally went up to the counter (there were four people standing at the counter talking to one another) to ask for service the person we spoke to was not friendly; in spite of our request for service we had to wait quite a bit longer before we were finally served. We liked the room and the location.
