The hotel is in a great location in the city. We were comfortable during our stay here and enjoyed the views. However, I wish the AC was a bit more powerful. It seemed like it wouldn't let us set it below a certain degree so we were a bit warm at night. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

My experience at the Swissotel was wonderful. The location was perfect, central to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptional. This was my second stay at an ALL Accor property and I had an equally good experience at the Novotel In Toronto Canada. I will be back!

My stay at Swissotel was very satisfying and relaxing. The room was nice even though I wish I had gotten an updated room. I loved I could look out the window and see Lake Michigan. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay at Swissotel again when I come back to Chicago.

The staff at the hotel were extremely kind and were able to get us checked into our room a few hours early, which was great! They also have a luggage hold area in case you need to have them hold your luggage until your room is ready. Our room was exactly as advertised - large, clean, and comfortable and we had a great view!! The only thing to note is there is an additional $30 “urban experience fee” that must be paid per day. Overall, it was a lovely hotel in a great location to walk to soldier field, would gladly stay again!

The bed was comfortable and the view was nice. But the aqua blue building next-door partied until 3:30 in the morning. I had a loud base sound that did not allow you to sleep the whole night on a Saturday night.

Room was not what it was portrayed to be. Sink was broke, shower leaked. Hair was found in drain & on pillows that was not ours. Breakfast entirely too high. Windows/ tables dirty with fingerprints all over. Refrigerator did not keep drink cold. Valet scratched my car. I would have to say this was me of the worst experiences at a hotel I’ve ever had.

Generally positive. When I first checked in and went to take a shower after a long trip, someone came into the room for "room service". I had to ask several times for the person to leave. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Room service was unnecessary for a 3 night stay, but I wasn't sure how to stop it and I was too busy to stop by the desk. Some hotels have either something you put on the door or an option on the app.
