Room fine. Location great. Lobby guests unruly but no noise on our floor. No concierge? No valet? At Swissotel? Now I know why! The garage is covered in warnings and concrete but should only be used for golf carts. Damaged our car, this will double our entire weekend bill. Hate to even see the name. Hate hate hate myself for trusting the front desk guy.

We Haan in room massage. When the therapist slid the couch vr a bit to set her table up there was food, utensils and general filth. I called right away and was told the housekeeping manager would contact me. By 9:15 we had heard nothing. I called again and was old she had hone for the day and eould call the next morning. We checked out before she arrived to work. The front desk was nice enough to discount our stay but with covid, a dirty room with no response from staff is unacceptable.

Communication between staff and customer is TERRIBLE! Rooms were ok with a nice view but dirty. The worst part was parking, top of my car is now damaged from the low ceilings. Paid $60 for a parking pass to not be forewarned about low pipes and when coming back from dinner pass did not work. Called the hotel and service member took 20 minutes to come out to then tell me the garage was full and asked if I had been there earlier. Advised bought and parked at time of check in (3:30). He was very rude and unhelpful and advised again the garage was full but would let me down. This was contradicting as if the garage was full then where would I park but if it was not full (only two spots left) my pass should not have been disabled. First arrival was confusing with no signs and when checking in the customer service provided no direction on where and how to park. Additionally there was a long wait to check in with no one standing 6 ft apart. Will not be returning and felt the stay was more stressful than anything the entire trip.
