Good hotel, location works for business travel since Naucalpan is an industrial area. The rooms are very nice, and the common areas are also nice. There are two things that could be better. First, my Wi-Fi connection never worked. The code was right, I could sign in, however it stayed connected for about 2 minutes at a time. Second, the breakfast is just ok, not very good.

In room 907 it smelled like sewage backup, the air conditioning did not cool and the mini fridge didn’t work either. I called staff, only for them to bring a bottle of spray and spray it in the shower.

It is a new hotel, I like its decoration, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the location is very convenient if you are visiting Citibanamex Expo Center and all the personnel there are very kind. I love the restaurant menu.

Stunning Hotel - In the Naucalpan District

In the midst of too much traffic, smog and favelas that describes most of Mexico City stands a gleaming towered glass building of prosperity and encouragement. This is the luxurious Novotel Hotel that is located within the busy-ness of the city. Inside is a wondrous world that contains a very lavish and comfortable restaurant and bar with custom made furniture to seat multitudes. The rooms are extraordinary, spacious and beautiful. My large room contained a king size bed and within it, had a four panel mural featuring a bird of paradise painting that occupied the entire wall behind my bed. It was stunningly gorgeous and extremely comfortable. All of the staff members were kind, thoughtful and attentive. And especially Jesus at the front desk is a wonderful human being! Thank you for taking my reservation, I would definitely stay here again on another trip south of the border. Many blessings on your hotel - it was a delightful stay! En medio del exceso de tráfico, el smog y las favelas que describen la mayor parte de Ciudad de México, se alza un reluciente edificio de cristal con torres, símbolo de prosperidad y aliento. Se trata del lujoso hotel Novotel, situado en medio del ajetreo de la ciudad. Su interior es un mundo maravilloso que alberga un restaurante y un bar lujosos y confortables, con muebles hechos a medida para acoger a multitudes. Las habitaciones son extraordinarias, espaciosas y hermosas. La mía tenía una cama de matrimonio y un mural de cuatro paneles con un ave del paraíso que ocupaba toda la pared de detrás de la cama. Era impresionantemente preciosa y extremadamente cómoda. Todo el personal fue amable, atento y considerado. ¡Y especialmente Jesús en la recepción es un ser humano maravilloso! Gracias por tomar mi reservación, definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo en otro viaje al sur de la frontera. Muchas bendiciones para su hotel - ¡fue una estancia encantadora!
