everything was ok, except that there is no gym

We arrived on April 24, 2026 at noon. I asked the front desk if they had my reservation and they said yes but check in was not until 3:00 pm. I told them I understood would you be able to keep my luggage safe while we went for a walk and have lunch. They said yes and they gave me 4 tickets for my 4 items. They said you will need this 4 tickets to pick up your luggage when you check In. The hotel was nice and quite at that time. Do to heavy traffic we arrived at 5:00 pm. At that time the lobby was full of people and so many children and very loud. The staff that helped me was Arelie, Jesus and Alfredo. They seem so overwhelmed and not friendly. They told us they no longer had our rooms ready they had given the preference to other costumers who arrived at 3:00 pm . Even after we had arrived at noon and they had our luggage. They made us wait 3 hrs for our rooms. Other costumers would arrive after us and they received their rooms . Keep in mind I had my whole family with us. We had reserved 3 king size rooms. I very disappointed on the costumer service.

The experience with you was incredible, the facilities are very clean, and I liked the atmosphere (decoration, light levels in common areas). The breakfast was amazing, great flavour and diversity of options (perhaps the staff could improve, as it can feel like they’re rushing you to finish your time in the restaurant)

I talked to all the workers like once for 4 seconds but the one I got to all to the most was ulises the valley worker because he was the one that always got my car . He had a friendly and good personality I really enjoyed talking to him ! I met his brother once and he also seemed kind . The only thing I didn’t enjoy was that on the site it said they had vegan /vegetarian food and they didn’t have vegan food so that was the reason I booked the hotel and I was bumped knowing I had to drive else where to by food which their wasn’t close options .. the hotel was clean tho and that’s also something I look forward to .
