Maximum water temperature was below expected; door sensor for the AC had a slight malfunction, maitenance team explained but door remained a little tilted, needed extra attention and force for completely closing. Something else, very simple, baffled me. There was no soap or soap dispenser beside the sink. Every time I needed to wash hands I had to put myself under the showr to get some of the body wash. I am still puzzled on why is that.

We sincerely apologize that the water temperature did not meet your expectations and for the inconvenience caused by the door sensor malfunction. Although our maintenance team provided an explanation, we regret that the issue persisted and required extra effort on your part to fully close the door. We also appreciate your comment regarding the absence of hand soap at the sink. We understand how inconvenient this must have been, and we are reviewing this with our housekeeping team to ensure proper amenities are consistently placed for our guests’ comfort. Your observations are extremely valuable to us, and we will address each point to prevent similar situations in the future. Food was ok although I requested a tortilla soup and the gave me a chicken soup. I’ve tried to call room service to tell them and no one answered. But besides that, everything went well
