Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful but after assessing our room there were problems to be solved. We were not able to close or open the curtains without a lot of effort and when trying to get something to eat the roof top bar was closed with no reason visible. Hungry, yet-lagged and unhappy travellers!

I stay at the hotel more than six times a year. This time, I encountered a full range of complications. The TV was non-functional, the refrigerator was disconnected, there was a water leak in my room, and the coffee machine was malfunctioning. Fortunately, Mr. Christian Jahne, the Guest Experience Manager, was present and promptly addressed all the issues. I am very grateful to him, but I would like to see these mistakes corrected.

hotel was fine but follow up telephone service is horrible. I did not receive an email with a receipt so I called. The system hung up 3 times - then the AI took 4 times to hopefully get my name correct. Horrible
