I had not seen my daughter in a year. I arrived at the hotel a day earlier then my daughter. When my daughter arrived I was accommodating very well by Christian Jahne who made sure my daughters room was next time. I greatly appreciate Christian’s outgoing spirit!

Novotel hotel was a nice stay with a lovely restaurant and good food. The room was a bit small, but it was neat and clean. Hotel Management were very flexible with me having to cancel 1 night stay after I booked. I had an incident that required 911 to be called and I went to the emergency room and the restaurant staff were amazing. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take the man's name but I caught his attention as I was having severe chest pains and he immediately took action and got the hotel medic to attend to me and then called 911. Thank you so much Novotel for being so supportive and acting so quickly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was booked as not too many options in Miami for Accor. The reception was a mess and the check-in process very 'basic'! Please, never book breakfast as being included - it is just awful. Some of the waiting staff are great and try to make the best of a bad kitchen, others, just awful. Very overpriced for what it is - one slice of toast US$3!! Orders wrong and a Nespresso machine to make coffee that needs to be changed. The whole hotel smelt of weed for the whole stay as it was a holiday weekend. Garbage left in the lobby and lift areas and all in all, a horrible stay and experience. Also, the website should state that all rooms do not have any openings - so you can't open a window and rely on central AC.

The overall aesthetic of the hotel is flattering. The lobby is well designed and the rooftop pool is great for relaxing. Their menu is also decent. I loved the chicken wings. Other than that, my friends and I were not entirely pleased with the staff. The communication is terrible- calling room service and/or front desk is a disaster. No one barely picks up or they hang up the phone. When requesting for an items such as towels, there was a delay. We even asked the housekeeper on the floor and she barely understood what we were saying. When we pointed to the towel and asked if we could have one, she said no. Since there isn’t housekeeping performed in the rooms due to COVID, you’d think it leave room for better service but that didn’t happen. I’m keen on great communication skills and unfortunately this hotel lacked on that end. Oh and when we lounging by the pool, security randomly came up to us to let us know we couldn’t bring outside food there. Our “outside” food consisted of brownies which were untouched and inside a shopping bag. Meanwhile other guests had their personal food there with no issues.

I really enjoyed my stay, the price was great the location was wonderful the staff very friendly and kind. Darius was extra nice and went beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Very nice staff. Very helpful front desk help. Great location and price. I Did not like that they only clean your room after you stay 6 nights, that to me is profoundly unhealthy and not good.

the room was great, the hotel is beautiful - love the decor. Only issue was had was F&B service. Was very slow and sometimes hard to get served at all. We were told you were doing room service for 4 different hotels out of one kitchen.

We recently stayed at the Novotel for a concert at the American Airlines Arena. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was quite modern and spacious - a pleasant surprise. The service when we arrived by the valet was warm and welcoming - the gentleman who was working recognized us throughout our stay and made our stay special. The roof top pool is beautiful and yoga on the Sunday morning was a nice addition. The lobby is clean and bright. Location is great - walking distance to Brickell and South Miami Road and its restaurants and bars. We even walked back from the arena which was a 30 minute walk. Very central to the Brickell area and easy to navigate the neighborhood.
