The room was great hotel is great TV have to point to a certain area in order for the remote to work which you would not know cuz there's no warning also the electric curtains werevery difficult to maneuver. I haven't had maintenance come up and try and work the curtains and it took us a while to get it to work right there very screwy. Other than that everything was great

My stay with Novotel was pleasant and refreshing. The staff was professional and very accommodating to our needs. Valet was precise and friendly. The rooftop pool and live music is amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Views of the city were beautiful and it was a very relaxing environment.

Good except for the fact I sent a mail to inform about two forgotten items and I never received answer . It was last Thrusday room 816: Team Novotel I checked out today from room 816 and left in the bathroom a small shampoo blue bottle and a face soap like gel I will come back in two weeks to the hotel I would appreciate if you can find them and keep them until then Thank you very much in advance

Typical Accor, a very nice hotel, with European breakfast and very friendly staff. I was lucky to get a room upgrade and could enjoy the view of the sea from the upper floors. The gym is well equipped and was not heavily frequented during the stay. The pool is a dream, unfortunately the weather didn't play along during our stay. Recommendation - via or lyft from the airport to the hotel.

Room was great. All staff terrific. Breakfast chaotic and slow when not using buffet. Disappointed that you don't provide coffee in the lobby in the morning and that the rooms don't have bathrobes.

All rooms sold out , not located on brickell, rooms are average not worth it for the price and they are always sold out of king beds

I like the hotel, but the train is an issue for my clients. All complained about that. Maybe if you put double pained windows on it would help? I would come back myself because of Jr. and Christian.
