I already described it on booking. Din’t get feedback you just closed the chat. First, I was assigned the room next to the elevator - noisy all the time. I asked for the room change by WhatsApp chat, call and booking chat - nobody reacted to my requirement. Besides noisy, the room was cold. I called twice the reception at least to bring a heater or suggest other solution- they said they will but nobody did anything. There was some door with ventilation holes in my room and cold air was also coming from there. We will remove this hotel from our list for company business trips.
