I particularly appreciated the olfactory identity in the lobby and very comfortable bed. Get advice from the Reception for your excursions and tours: they have worked hard to satisfy all the requests.

It was nice. It was lovely to see the change in breakfast menu. Under the name ATTON pens and note pads were provided for the conference however I noticed none was provided this time. Consider not charging for guest receiving packages or guest who are part of the club are not charged.

The room was great hotel is great TV have to point to a certain area in order for the remote to work which you would not know cuz there's no warning also the electric curtains werevery difficult to maneuver. I haven't had maintenance come up and try and work the curtains and it took us a while to get it to work right there very screwy. Other than that everything was great

My stay with Novotel was pleasant and refreshing. The staff was professional and very accommodating to our needs. Valet was precise and friendly. The rooftop pool and live music is amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Views of the city were beautiful and it was a very relaxing environment.

Good except for the fact I sent a mail to inform about two forgotten items and I never received answer . It was last Thrusday room 816: Team Novotel I checked out today from room 816 and left in the bathroom a small shampoo blue bottle and a face soap like gel I will come back in two weeks to the hotel I would appreciate if you can find them and keep them until then Thank you very much in advance
