Dear Sara, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify that the amount in question was a security deposit authorization, not a charge. This authorization was fully released on our end at the time of check-out, which is standard practice. Once released, the timing for the funds to reflect back to your available balance is determined entirely by your financial institution and can take anywhere from 5–10 business days, and in some cases longer, depending on the bank. At this time, there is no refund pending from our side, as no funds were captured. Should you require further clarification, we kindly recommend contacting your card issuer directly, as they are best positioned to confirm the status of the released authorization.
