There was no service provided and it's supposed to be a four star hotel, never gonna book again and would actively suggest friends and colleagues to avoid this hotel.as well

I had a terrible stay and was stuck in elevator 3 for over an hour. No one from the front desk checked to see if I was ok or even offered a discount on my stay. This place feels nice but the quality of service and amenities is lacking. They force you to charge everything to your room. It is a joke. I travel a lot for work and will never stay at an Accor hotel again.
