Novotel might be a good hotel if you need to be close to the business area around Brickell. It wouldn't be my first choice for a short holiday in Miami, though.

Well priced, great service, great location. Theres plenty of good food around that delivers and a grocery store across the street that also serves yummy food. Things to keep in mind: it is REALLY close to the train and it gets really loud in the rooftop by the pool (as well as the rooms depending in the location) Rooms are kind of dark (while you do have an abundance of natural light during the day because of the big window) it is hard to even do your makeup at night cause there is no lights in the ceilings just walls.

I don't know where to begin, first off we arrived almost midnight and after being told when we made the reservation that parking was free for the disabled, we get to front desk and was told parking is 40dlrs per night, we were told by one manager at front desk that it was free, the manager that was starting the midnight shift told us it's not free and to go find parking on the street. Did I mention it was midnight and my husband is disabled. This is all happening during the Corona Virus scare, Then we had no choice to cut our trip short due to the Mayor locking down NYC, we checked out two days before and was told we couldn't get a refund due to booking thru 3rd.party , and to top if off the front desk clerk said she couldn't provide us with an early check out receipt, just horrible experience

Upon arrival I was greeted by the nicest valet staff I’ve ever met. They helped unload our car and made us feel really welcomed. The check in was fast and easy. The rooms are really nicely laid out with giant beds and surprisingly fast WiFi for a hotel. I don’t have complaints about the room but I would like to suggest more towel racks. I didn’t get a change to visit the bar downstairs in the lobby but I did visit the one on the roof. The bartenders are all really nice but the drinks are insanely expensive. The roof itself is a really great space. Excellent views all around and a really relaxing space in the morning and afternoon. The pool is a little small I will admit. The hotel is located in a really great neighborhood. It has a pharmacy and a grocery store about 5 minutes walking which is actually very comforting when you want a late night snack. The clubs, bars and shopping in the area are all very luxe and clean. Drives to the beach were short and to other neighborhoods in Miami were also not a crazy far drive. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

My overall stay was adequate. Not horrible, not great. I felt your staff was not particularly friendly. Your staff at the pool was completely either overwhelmed, or apathetic and unapologetic to customers waiting a long time for service. Room service was cumbersome.

Very nice facility. I had issues with the HVAC in my room. I would come back to my room in the evenings and it would be 80+ degrees in the room. The front desk and maintenance were on top of it and were in my room within 10min to get it fixed. Awesome customer service.

You book with Accor for a custom experience. I’ve indicated no pork profile and as a welcome gift I get pork rinds and beer. And there was a musty smell to the sheets. I didn’t stay my second night, I just left.

I had a wonderful stay at the Novotel. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a very good location being close to many amenities and a short walk away from the sea front.

Could have been improved with some instructions for the coffee maker and greater supplies of milk/creamer and pods which need labelling!

There are unexpected problems like : elevators not working due fire drill (I have 2 little children and I went down 8 floors walking). Breakfast - the team is not big enough to host more half capacity of the saloon. I’ve been using Novotel 4 weeks in a row but I’m gonna check another options.

I had not heard about this hotel before, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was for it's price range. The location is great since it's easy to get to Brickell station to take public transportation. Through car, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to South Beach. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a four star hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Contact center can improve. Wife wanted to mail me something for our anniversary, but could not get your staff to understand what she was saying. Your employee did not understand that I was already a guest and asked my wife to spell my last name more than 3 times. Seemed as if your employee did not attempt to understand the request.

I think this was of my best hotel stays ever. I really enjoyed my accommodation: the bed was comfortable (please, those pillows are to die for!), the rooftop pool was nice and the view from my room.. just breathtaking. Breakfast was enjoyable too, and the restaurant staff very friendly.
