The bathroom doors were difficult to open and close. The beds were noisy, a bit hard but still cozy. Great price for the location, views and aesthetic. The employees were amazing, service was great. All in all I’ll be returning for sure.

Arrival was amazing. Hotel looked really high class. As soon as we go in our room and put our things down, we see a pair of dirty socks in the corner. I’m not sure how the maid missed this. Pretty disgusting. The room was hot all night long as the AC wasn’t working. The bathroom door was ridiculously hard to close. When we woke up the next day to start packing, we realized we were laying on stained sheets. We were told we would get some sort of refund, but then told it might be hard because we already paid. Very disappointed. We tries the brunch and had the downstairs a/c dripping on us and our plates the whole time. I will be leaving a google review shortly if my full stay and brunch isn’t refunded.

From the moment we arrived at Novotel Miami Brickell, we experienced true customer service the Accor way, with Miami flare to match. The staff were wonderful and the hotel, as per its classification, met our needs from day 1. Being ideally located near the Underline, and close to all the amenities one could ask for, we enjoyed casual walks to Brickell, eating at some of the finest restaurants and being easily swayed with all the global fashion and retail brands one could ask for. But at the end of the day, it is all about memories and experiences one shares with loved ones; naturally with the help of the fabulous team at Novotel Miami Brickell. We had such a nice stay! The staff were all so friendly from the gentleman who Checked us in to all of the bartenders and servers. The property is beautiful and our room was amazing- very clean and such a comfortable bed! It was so nice to walk to shops and restaurants using the underline and Walgreens and Publix was so convenient for the items we forgot to pack! We will definitely be back!

The hotels location is great. We loved that it was close enough to walk to the Brickell area shopping and restaurants. Having the Publix right behind the hotel was really nice. We thought that the front desk staff was nice but not very friendly. We thought our room was a good size and had all we needed. The issues we had was that our room had a urine smell which I’m sure was in the carpet and the air conditioning did not work. It was 78 degrees in our room through the night. We did not call for maintenance, it was up in the evening when we arrived and thought the air would eventually cool the room down. We didn’t get any sleep due to the room being hot all night. Probably should have called for maintenance but by the time we realized the air condition was not working at all we were already ready for bed.

This was a VA government business trip and upon check-in I submitted the completed tax exemption form and was told that I would not be charged tax. Upon check out, I was charged tax and told that there was nothing that could be done about it. I will recommend that this hotel not be included in the hotels approved for government travel.

We are Accor Explorer Plus Members and enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Brickell. Overall the Reservation staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. Our room was of a reasonable size and was comfortable. Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Location was good, only a 5 minute walk to Metro Mover and Metro Rail. Close walking distance (800m) to Brickell restaurants and shopping. Nice rooftop pool area but only 5 lounge chairs which was not enough. Could have done with 5 more. Breakfast buffet was good but have had a lot better at other Novotel properties. Mohammat from the Bar/Restaurant was absolutely outstanding. He listened to our requests and provided prompt service for our first stay. We returned 1 week later and he remembered that we liked English Breakfast Tea with almond milk. As soon as he saw us sit down at our table he brought out our English Breakfast Teas and almond milk without us asking. we were so surprised and delighted at such impeccable service. Would recommend the Novotel Brickell.
