If I was doing it again, I might have the receptionist write something to say it was free. I sent an email to the hotel and the person who wrote back said they checked with bookings.com and said the breakfast was to be charged.

asked for early check in and late check out .Told hotel fully booked when checked for online booking on web site rooms availbe,So first anwser lie.Dsecond asked for room upgrade told again hotel full Checked again suites avaible.Second lie.Gave up after that then ask for late chech out told to come back next day and check .Whats the point of lieing On my platium acorr account should be respected Would not stay here again the Manager should tell staff not to lie or he should not be in charge gives the brand a bad repution

- 7 sunbeds for the whole hotel - hotel is undemanned by staff - hotel shop almost empty, dissapointment - waited 25 minutes in the bar restaurant, asked 3 different waiting staff to order. No one bothered to take orders. Walked out, - reception don’t care, not even tried tk stop us to go into another restaurant outside of the hotel. - carpet in the room was so dirty that my feet left black footprints in the shiver - I had a worst burger I ever had so far. Everything was tasteless. Under seasoned (basic salt and pepper) - mentioned to the waiting staff but nothing happened. - dispatcher lady doesn’t speak English at all - waited over 25 minutes for check out.

The staff on the rooftop were rude and terribly slow. The would rather talk with each other than help customers. Waited 30 minutes and finally went to the lobby for a drink.
