The hotel is located in the perfect spot to experience all that Miami has to offer. It is close to downtown and the beach but feels like it's nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient access to shopping and nightlife. The staff were amazing, the rooms were impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and delicious. The pool was closed when we were there, so we didn't get the full experience, but we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Miami.

We were pretty satisfied - staff was great, everything clean/ new, great location easy in + out parking . However, we don't grow from praise only constructive criticism: 4 - challenges 1. There are confusing signs on virtually ALL the parking spaces for low emission vehicles 2. the AC was not blowing cold air the first day and night- we put in a request to fix it... after several hours we couldn't wait any longer.. they did eventually correct this issue. 3. Your pillow are not comfortable they are over stuffed and lumpy - i asked for an alternative the front desk explained you have one type. 4. The most concerning and important: I travel all over and always put a do not enter/ disturb sign on the door - I only call for a fresh towel when needed - we left for the afternoon with the sign on the door only to return with the bed made with housekeeping servicing the room. This did not feel good they didn't respect the signage.
