Overall very pleasant stay from the cleanliness to the service, it was very enjoyable! However the only downside is getting a room that is on the side by the tracks as the train can be very loud and disruptive.

Great stay. Room was nice and clean. Guest services were very nice and cordial. Hotel was pretty quiet so was able to get a good nights sleep. Rooftop and pool area was nice and had a nice top bar. Definitely would be staying there again when I'm in Miami.

Hotel is well placed for getting around Brickell and down town Miami. Service at the hotel is excellent and rooms are really nice. If there is one thing I would have liked was bathrobe and slippers

Room and hotel was great. Food at Lima (lobby bar / restaurant) was horrible. Expensive and tasteless. I had the kondo sando (pork katsu) sandwich I think one evening and shrimp toast another. Soggy and gross. Tasteless. That’s why you get an 8 for nearly there.

We loved this location in Brickell! Across the street from Publix and Wallgreens and only a short walk to the metromover. Citibikes right outside the hotel as well as countless uber/lyft scooters available within a short walk. Many restaurants within a short walk north. Beautiful hotel and pool area and our room had a nice view of some of the big buildings in the area which was an added bonus.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, from Ulis at the door to the front desk to the rooftop bar and concierge. The room was perfect and quiet, with a good bed and fine linens. Well located, too. This will be my first choice next time I am in Miami.

The tv did not work. It was finally fixed. The refrigerator had to be fixed. I still have a charge of $258.77 remaining on my Navy Federal Visa even though I was assured when I checked out that this would be taken care of when I checked out. The Conference paid for my stay. Also, my Citi Visa still has $817.54 pending.

Hello! It was a wonderful experience. I was super satisfied and will be back for sure! I will do the same review on TripAdivior and Hotels.com because I often use guest reviews a lot when choosing a hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and, in my opinion, the highlight of my stay. The pool was also divine! I also usually take into account the attendance of employees in order to meet the claims, as they were ready to change how much when I requested. I had a little problem with the air conditioning, but nothing that wasn't fixed! Congratulations!!!

We booked a King room, but when checked in were given two queen room. Also, the privacy deadbolt lock wasn’t functional. So, when we asked for another room, we were denied. Then, maintenance came to our room and tried to convince us that the room was locked. The regular lock worked but not the privacy deadbolt. So, for the next hour, 11pm-midnight, we sat with our room door wide open with two maintenance staff trying to fix the lock. Their solution was to disconnect the deadbolt from the knob, so the knob would turn to look like it was locked and then try to convince us that it was working. We finally just gave up and sent them on their way.
