Easy access to Downtown, and a fee close shops. Most things are in waling distance. Hotel lobby is very nice, calm and well designed. Could use a better valet due to limited driveway space. Gym has a good view and the rooftop bar is nice, just doesn’t stay open late enough. Only gripe is 3 weeks later and have not returned the hotel deposit, which is not cheap and feel a little stripped of my money.

I had a good overall stay and the property itself is beautiful. The location is convenient, but the nearby train line can be quite noisy at times. I also experienced an issue with the A/C going out, which made getting ready uncomfortable, but the staff was responsive and addressed it quickly. Overall, a positive experience with a few drawbacks.

The comforter in Room 211 had dried blood on it. I took a picture, showed it to the front desk clerk, who then showed it to the manager. The manager offered to send some new sheets but I opted to change rooms. Was the situation resolved? Yes, but it shouldn’t have been necessary to begin with. A courtesy discount should have been applied due to the inconvenience.
