The service at the Pullman Miami Airport was very good. UNFORTUNATELY, the AC was "monsterous". I came from Canada, and was hoping for some "warm" time in Miami... Illusion ! We froze all week !!! I know that in southern countries & areas, "powerful AC" is a STATUS SYMBOL. Good and nice, but THIS, really went too far. Thankfully, a very nice staff member installed a plug-in heater in my bathroom... I survived (!)

Very poor business practice cancelling my reservation. My online account said I had a resv your emails said I did not. Spent 3 days getting a live person to verify during a holiday paniced thinking I had no room.
