This hotel is beyond a joke. Dirty carpets, worn out furniture or better yet missing furniture in rooms. Dish TV is constantly cycling. Overbooking rooms so you get to wait 2 hours at 10pm for a room. Wait for breakfast was over a 50 minutes in line because they are severely understaffed. No apology, no explanation. Then to add insult to injury the next day a generic email from the manager saying that they understand our frustration! We had a pre- paid reservation- PRE-PAID! and they still “ oversold” the hotel. Unfortunately we stayed a second night on our way home- another pre- paid reservation. At least this time we got a room. We booked before the first nightmare stay or would have stayed elsewhere for sure. Hotel has seen better days, they seem to cater to foreign tourist groups whose flights leave later at night which leads to the overbooking situation. But then don’t take prepaid reservations and act surprised when people are unhappy. There are lots of hotels surrounding the Airport, you will definitely do better somewhere else, I will give kudos to the van drivers. Airport shuttle ran on time and all were extremely friendly and good drivers.

I hate it here… I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be said. Bed: terrible. Towels: we got pool towels. Pillows: just as bad. Cleanliness: less than average at best. Service: largely unprofessional and unpleasant. The only saving grace of this place was Levi. He was kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help. He deserves recognition. We booked our rooms over three months in advance. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. with a 15- month-old child, only to be told they were double-booked, the cleaning staff was behind and did not have a room available. Aside from Levi, the rest of the staff were dismissive and disrespectful. Because of their mistake, my 15-month-old had to sleep in my husband’s arms in the hallway until nearly 1:00 a.m. while we waited for a room. That is unacceptable under any standard. When we finally got into the room, it did not justify the inconvenience. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on… I did not sleep because it was tilted. I genuinely do not understand how this property maintains a four-star rating. I would have preferred a basic roadside hotel over this experience.

Booking was in my husbands name with me as additional guest. My husband couldn't travel so I traveled on my own. Checking in was a difficult experience. Staff nearly didn't let me stay as 'my name isn't on the booking'. Yet it was. Had to argue to get them to understand.

My wallet usually dictates more modest accommodations, so I was beyond excited to get a chance to stay at the Pullman. My good experience started before I even arrived, when over the phone, Janaya set me up with an accessible room. Gated parking was easy, once I got the hang of it, and the front desk was able to assist via phone the one time I had trouble. The facade and public spaces are all spectacular and well-considered. I brought a friend back to show her the lobby features and our delicious breakfast. Our otherwise excellent room suffered from an only adequate mattress, and an annoying exterior light that blinked every 5 seconds throughout the night. The blackout curtains mostly resolved the light issue, but I had to miss out on the beautiful view of the lagoon that I otherwise would have enjoyed. Guest services was responsive by phone and in person, and we felt genuinely treasured as guests. Water pressure was great by Miami standards, and temperature stayed constant. Towels were fluffy and everything in the room was clean and inviting. I detected only one interruption in the room Wifi, and a quick reconnect was all it took to get back online. The shower, being accessible, had a foldaway seat and a curtain, which tended to flood the bathroom floor. We used the extra towels to build a dam and to create a dry path and housekeeping did a great job of The location is convenient to the airport, to the cruise port and to the Costco. The breakfasts were great, with a surprisingly tasty variety of pastries, hot and cold selections. I especially appreciated the varieties of cheeses and cold cuts, which reminded me of european hotel stays. From the breakfast room, we had a beautiful view of the lagoon and gardens as the sun rose. We also had occasion to order light bites with our happy hour drinks. Our fish tacos were delicious and the food and beverage prices made the experience surprisingly affordable for us. Next time, we may bring a portable shower chair so that we can try out a room with a shower door. The hotel mostly held up to my expectations, and sight unseen, they were high. The Pullman will be my first choice the next time I get to visit Miami.

I’m writing to share feedback regarding two separate stays at Pullman Miami Airport — one before our cruise and one after. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing for multiple reasons. During our first stay, the shower in our room was broken. The ice machines were not working on multiple floors, and after checking several levels, we struggled to find ice at all. We were also told the pool was heated, but it was not. For our second stay (a completely separate booking), we again encountered issues. The room did not have an ice bucket, and only one ice machine in the building appeared to be functioning. I had also asked repeatedly — from the time of booking through arrival — about the possibility of early check-in for this stay. Each time, I was told to “ask the next person,” and no one provided a clear answer. The morning of arrival, I was told early check-in was not available unless someone checked out, yet shortly after, another guest arrived with an early check-in voucher. The communication felt inconsistent and misleading. Additionally, I booked and paid a higher rate for a lagoon view room, but we were given only a partial view. To add to the overall experience, the shuttle driver to the airport after our second stay was not friendly and left a poor final impression. Between the broken shower, non-functioning ice machines, missing amenities, misleading information, and inconsistent service across two separate stays, we left very dissatisfied. This did not reflect the level of quality we expected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made for future guests.
