We had the most wonderful stay celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary. The location is excellent, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special shout out to the outstanding personalized attention from the Front Desk team, especially Kai and Pamela, they are simply the best! Also, heartfelt thanks to the amazing Housekeeping team for their incredible care and warmth. We will definitely be back!

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff is nice, but the hotel itself is the real problem. It feels very old and a bit creepy, and it really needs renovation. The bathroom wasn’t working properly. the sink had issues and the water pressure was almost non-existent. The bed was comfortable, but the carpet in the room didn’t feel clean at all. I didn’t feel relaxed or safe during my stay, so I ended up leaving early. Also, there’s basically nothing around the hotel, and the soundproofing between rooms could be better. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than a night or two.

Staff are lovely but there are too few. This hotel should not be a pullman and needs to be rebranded or refurbished. Rooms are old and worn out, as are the beds. Rooms are dusty and tired. Windows need to be resealed. I have stayed at the pullman seatemple, bunker bay, Sydney airport, Brisbane airport and adeliade. This is by far the worst and I would put it on a similar level as the Mecure in Perth opposite the court house. Only 1 staff member on reception, 20 minutes wait and being ushered away from the All gold privilege queue for service. This hotel needs to be refurbished or rebranded. $3000 usd for 2 rooms, 6 nights (without breakfast) leaves me questioning the value of being a gold member.
