Member booking . Standard room . No tea facilities in room but 2 small waters given. Bathtub with shower over small towels for adults supplied. Difficult to connect Wi-fi required 3 visits to reception no room number login . Main disappointment was at breakfast only cold plates supplied for buffet / continental hot food results in cold toast cold eggs etc. Asked for a warm plate told by manager not supplied! Good prompt shuttle back to the airport.

Although our stay was brief, I do have a couple comments about our stay in room 1053. On the second day, v shower on/off handle came off in my hand. The hair dryer died after a minute of use. Engineer made temporary fix to handle and replaced hair dryer. No tea bags or hot water available at lobby a.m. coffee bar or in our room. Room keys worked intermittantly, had to get new keys twice.

It's a little bit dated and overpriced, I'm guessing due to the convenient location. The restaurant is not great, and far more expensive than even the convenience warrants for the mediocre food. Staff are hit-or-miss. There's a column in the middle of the reception desk that prevents you from seeing one of the stations, and at check-in the person there waited until there was a line to speak up and let us know she could help as well, that happened another time when I had a question as well. Not well thought out from a management perspective. Restaurant staff were also unhelpful and dismissive. Cleaning staff and room service were very friendly and polite though, and the woman working reception at my check out was on top of things. In summary, you're not staying here because you want a high-end experience, so don't expect it. It's decent for what it is though.

We checked i with no issue. After going out for a while and returning to the room we were soon interrupted by another guest entering our room, he has also checked into our room. he was very embarrassed. The manager did a good job of straightening things out and he compensated the other guest. A few minutes later the manager called the room to offer us compensation, taking care of the two drinks we had earlier and offering to take care of our breakfast in the morning. I told him that that wasn't necessary but he took care of the drinks anyway, thanks. Breakfast service was very slow and we had to flag down servers a couple of times just to get coffee. First coffee was french press and excellent; refill coffees were not the same, they tasted like the came out of a large urn and burnt. The service and coffee the 2nd day was not great either; I think they expect most guest to just go to the buffet. The eggs benedict with smoked salmon was very good. Fresh squeezed OJ was great. Regarding the room, worst bed I can remember sleeping on, cheap hotels have better mattresses. TP was like newsprint, horrible.

We have been staying at the Pullman , previously the Sofitel, for many years and have seen the standards drop. Housekeeping is sloppy....beds badly made and bedskirts all askew. Probably in line with the Pullman brand there are less toiletries etc. in the room....although we regularly stay at the Pullman in Paris CDG airport and they are keeping to a higher brand standard. The restaurant staff are friendly but once again the menu has been oaired down and the niceties such as flowers on the tables etc. are no longer present. We continue to stay as the location suits our travel arrangements and we are Aclub members.

There was no one to help with our luggage and the front desk was pretty useless. Room was fine and we ate in the restaurant and that was ok but drinks were very pricey.

There were pros and cons to my stay. The pool and the comfort of the bed were great. However, the food and beverage selection and quality, the room quality, and the cleanliness of the hotel made it feel like a 3 star at best.

rooms were small and outdated with little or no amenities, elevators were crowded and slow, parking had to be paid a lot each time we drive in or out; it looks as the place works for tour groups which are crowding up the lobby, but it cannot keep up with competition of new hotels in the area

The reception lady (bleached blonde) lied to me and gave only half of welcome drink ticket. I have 4 people but she only give me 2 even I have platinum grade. Accor web says I can get ticket for all my member. No lights on floor aisle which I stayed.

Very nice hotel, but the management should supervise the staff that works in the front desk.Some of them are very rude..... The guests are the reason to keep the hotel busy, so they should be well treated. And the beds are very small for a couple.....

The is in very good location, regarding the rooms, I was offered an upgrade but it turns out to be a complete disappointment... the room that gave us was bad maintain as an example the air conditioning was not working, some of the furniture were worn and ripped... regarding the upgrade, the “lake view” was a partial view of the lake between two buildings and at the end even the hotel staff admitted so call upgrade was not really appropriate... the house keeping staff was not really cleaning the rooms and bathrooms leaving pieces of soap, dirty towels, not replacing the or not providing enough towel for both of us, empty bottles of shampoo, body wash and body cream, I really think that the price payed for the quality you received is no adequate

A great stay. It was our first time at your hotel. The rooms were well laid out and comfortable. In-room instructions were clear on accessing the services. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping centers.

V good hotel, clean comfortable room. Enjoyable meal (dinner). However, the phone recorded instructions to find the hotel shuttle pick-up point were vague and inaccurate / imprecise. Hotel staff appeared not to know when phoned. (Airport staff exceedingly UNhelpful). Please …….. MUCH clearer precise instructions, and if possible, better and easier to find and read signs (yes, I do have better than 20/20 vision!)

Satisfied with my stay at Pullman in Europe but Pullman Miami was a disappointment. Pullman Miami should not be rated as a 4 star...especially the guest rooms. Many of the furnitures were torned off or broken. Furthermore, check in staff didn't give necessary information to us (about parking validation and the breakfast) The only pro was the quality of breakfast.
