I booked this hotel because it advertised a proper restaurant. I have allergies and I checked that there were things I could eat. Upsetting to find that the restaurant is always closed for dinner and the advertised menu is from 2019!

While the location of the hotel was ideal, I had a negative experience on September 26th because there was no running water in the room before leaving to the airport at around 7:30 am. In addition to not having running water, my credit card was charged twice for the room, for which I tried to make an inquiry with 2 persons at the front desk on different occasions and none of them were able to resolve my concern. I will be sending a formal email to the manager regarding this concern.

We stayed for two overnight layovers at the Miami airport. The hotel rooms were not as nice as anticipated based on the photographs. Between the two nights, we stayed in a total of four rooms. Wear and tear was evident throughout the rooms, and I wondered if the carpets were actually clean. We had issues with functionality in a couple of rooms (e.g. poor air conditioning performance, shampoo dispenser broken, light fixture out, wake up call on the phone did not work). Staff at the front desk were not very friendly. We had to take a very early flight on our return, departing from the hotel at 4:30 am to go to the airport, and the hotel staff refused to reduce our room rate despite the fact that we were leaving too early to have breakfast there. We overpaid for this hotel stay, and I would not recommend this hotel if asked. The only positive thing about this hotel was the breakfast, the one morning we were able to enjoy it. There was a nice selection of food and the restaurant staff were friendly.

The room was disappointing and didn’t look like those on the website. There were 4 of us and only enough towels for 2 and other than an office chair not enough seating in the room. The bar area and pool were great. We’ve also not yet received our $100 deposit refund. Appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle

My first night I broke out in hives and wheezing, I asked for a room which had had no animals, obviously that did not happen. The air conditioning did not work, The carpet is seriously outdated, no hot tub, no laundry facilities, ice on every other floor,

Hotel lobby & common areas were clean, comfortable. Restaurant & hotel staff were friendly, professional, courteous & helpful. Room view-AC Units and torn roof on one side, city view on the other. Cables were everywhere, bed was smaller than frame (could see the cuts & patches). Overall, the room was clean, bed pillows were conformable. Sufficient for a few nights stays.

Smooth check-in experience the airport shuttle was a nice surprise and I had the option to take it to the cruise port in the morning for a reasonable fee. I loved how clean the room was and the rubber ducky was a delightful touch. Thank you Pullman!!

I stayed in the hotel for a week on business. During this week the restaurant was only open for breakfast, but never available for diner. Diner options in the bar were offered, but on multiple occassions the requested meal was not. The room was satisfactory although older in style and with signs of needed maintenance. I experienced a leaking AC. Overall not a great Pullman experience.
