The Pullman is lovely. I love the architecture and the staff are very kind and upbeat. The onion soup- very salty. Beds could be softer, and you need outlets and usb ports on the nightstands. The pool was clean and inviting.

The hotel was fair at best. The restaurant was so bad I didn’t even eat my food. I had a shrimp salad with shrimp. That smells so suspicious. I did not eat it. The most disappointing part was the recommendation of a small bus shuttle that would take us directly to the port. This was NOT true. We were told it was a small shuttle at the hotel owned that would go directly to the port of our cruise line. The morning of departure, a full-size tour bus came to take us to the port. They did not tell us that no food or drinks were allowed so I had to pour out the Starbucks I had just gotten. Then the full-size tour bus started going to other hotels and picking up people. Then, of course, when we got to the port, we had to stop at other terminals and drop all those people off. Well, all of this would’ve been OK if we had been told what to expect in advance instead, we were like you said we were getting a personal shuttle directly to our port. I would not recommend this hotel, and I definitely would not stay there again.

This is our go to MIA Hotel for park, stay and fly Honestly, I am a bit surprised to see the 1 star review comments. Without exception, park, stay and fly and the Pullman are top on our list. Pricing is fair, parking through an outside vendor is super reasonable and the hotel, location is so close and the shuttle that runs about 18 hours each day is very appealing. PS We have also found the rooms very comfortable too

I had many issues with my stay and gave the front desk a list of my issues upon checkout. Rather than going into it all and giving you a negative review which I know isn't appreciated, I will say that Victoria the Asst FD Manager was very kind to call and apologize for the unfortunate stay I had. She was understanding and made it right, as much as she could. Ideally I'd like to be refunded for my room; however it was a VERY last minute booking on a 3rd part website so I know this an option. With the number of issues I had, I just appreciate that someone took the initiative to reach out, apologize and make it right. Thank you for the good customer service.

Your staff is AMAZING!!!! All of them! From font desk to the housekeeping staff to the bar.

Your beds though are horrible. Horrible. You need to replace the mattresses in Rooms 1120 and1116. My family and i woke up with sore backs from the bed being too soft and the pillows also. But your staff is amazing!
