The rooms were smelly, sink and Bath water drainage system was bad, the kitchen staff wasn’t helpful. Maintenance and Front desk were the only staff that were helpful.

The conditions you describe in your room, including the unpleasant odors and the problems with water drainage, are concerning and certainly not up to our usual standards. I apologize for the discomfort and inconvenience this caused. Additionally, I regret to hear that you found our kitchen staff unhelpful. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and I assure you that we will address this with our team to ensure our guests receive the attentive and supportive service they deserve. First, charged $60 extra for a King bedroom. The King bedroom, the shower did not work properly and barely any hot water. No Room Service available. Had to order Uber eats. Then the gates to get in to the hotel were not working. Had to walk down, walk a quarter mile just to get my food because no one was able to get in or out of hotel grounds. Ended up checking out 1 night early. Was not offered anything in compensation either.
