Gate didn’t work let us in. Check in was not friendliest and then system was down. When we got to our room there was no fitted sheets on the bed. I’ve had better experiences at a motel 6.

The room was overall clean and comfortable, but I would recommend having more hooks in the bathroom beyond just a towel rack in the shower. Also, we arrived with only 1 K-cup for the coffee maker and it was decaf. We asked the front desk if we could have more and they assured us they would send some up, which never happened. We asked again the following morning and a staff member brought up 6 napkins and cream packets letting us know they were out of K-cups. It's a nitpicky thing, but we both enjoy a cup or two of coffee in our room before going out in the morning and it's advertised as an amenity in the room. We understand things run out and such, but a coupon for a complimentary cup of coffee at the cafe would have been nice. Also, we drove and there were no directions about what to do with our car/parking during check-in. We had to come back down to ask before dinner as we were leaving the property and didn't want to be charged, and then the next morning had to ask again when checking out how to leave without a room key, to learn we needed to also have the ticket stamped. Again, not a huge deal but just an annoyance when a quick question and directions during check-in would have saved time. And finally, the maid knocked on our door at 8:20 telling us she had our room as a checkout for that day...yes, with a checkout time much later than 8:20. Again, we overall enjoyed our stay and this is nothing to post a negative public review about, but just some things for you to be aware of.

I found the hotel to be dirty. The elevator had fingerprints all over the gold doors inside. The carpet had crumbs all over in the common areas. On floor 7 a band aid wrapper on the landing as the elevator doors opened. Our room had stains on the walls, leather chair at the desk was peeling apart. Carpet was wrinkling and in need of restretching or replacement. No plastic liner on the shower curtain just cloth cover. Hairs on the floor. Mold on the mirror. The pool looked a strange color green, we opted not to enter. If I could’ve left to stay at another hotel I would have. Overall I would never stay again.

Booked as a day room (room 405) whilst waiting for a night flight. Unfortunately the shower head worked very poorly so the whole point of using the hotel to wait and freshen up was futile as the shower was useless - the shower lever even fell off too. Why housekeeping has never noticed this and reported/fixed is beyond me!!!!
