Frequently asked questions

ALL Signature is the subscription club of the ALL Loyalty Program, which provides exclusive benefits to its subscribers, such as points redeemable for discounts, status accelerator, extra bonuses when transferring from partners, and many incredible experiences. Check the Terms and Conditions.

The ALL Signature plan change can be made by the subscriber via "My Account ALL" in the "My paid cards" section. There, access "Change your offer" to view other plans. If you wish to change the frequency of renewal, we recommend contacting Customer Care.

Subscription renewal is done automatically, requiring no action.Subscribers can cancel through  "My Account ALL" and "My paid cards"." In   "Subcription and billing" section, there's an option to "Cancel my subscription".

Payments are automatically processed based on the selected subscription frequency. In case of a failed payment attempt, the subscriber is notified to update the payment method, which can be done by "My Account ALL", in the "My paid cards" section, in option "Change payment method". This action can be done while the subscription is active or up to 24 days after the renewal date. If you have any questions about the process, please contact Customer Care.

Status Points determine your category in the ALL loyalty program and are obtained through stays at Accor hotels or with monthly credits from the ALL Signature subscription. As for Reward Points, they are the points used to redeem stays and experiences. They are accumulated by staying at Accor network hotels, transferring from partners, or acquiring monthly credits with the ALL Signature club subscription.

Payment for the ALL Signature is accepted only credit card.

The gifting of ALL status is facilitated through Customer Care. Subscribers must have a minimum of 4 months of Absolute membership and be at least Gold in the ALL program to be eligible for the benefit.

Reward points can be exchanged for exclusive experiences such as concerts, day use, accommodations, and more. The value of each experience is provided in points, and in the case of accommodations, the conversion value corresponds to: 2,000 points = 40 euros. In the case of experiences, point redemption is processed within 7 days after confirmation. For accommodations, subscribers can pay directly with points if they have a sufficient quantity and if the offer is eligible.
