Heavenly location with mediocre management and staff This property scores 10/10 on location , serenity , but when it comes to a whole package it lacks a lot from its competitors, like it has very few restaurants, mainly has one melange their primary restaurant for buffets all three times ,no all day cafe unlike other resorts if u feel hungry in the middle, and most importantly this resort has a very mediocre staff and the training given to them doesn’t justify their 5 star tag here are few things we experienced on our stay First we went to a bar saffron bar , we weren’t greeted at all , moreover we had to come forward ourself for the menu in counter , the staff even after asking didn’t provide the assistance we needed , behavior so bad we had to leave the place and go back Second constant thing we noticed is that whenever we used to go to a restaurant for eating , there was no staff to attend even after they being there , there used to be no imteraction no greeting whatever we needed we had to wait and call them after 10 to 15 mins , this we haven’t experienced any where else . The buffet spread we saw here are one of the smallest, we being indian , we had bery poor options ourselves unlike maldives because here every buffet has good indian options. Other bad thing about buffet was same repeated live counters namely pasta and dimsums. Also a thing we noticed here is when you drink ( we dont drink) but we saw and people around us complained about the same , that usually when u drink here wine or whiskey whatever staff usually open full bottle and when they see the glass empty they ask always for refill here first of all they serve you in glass and as i said staff so poor no one asks for refill . The movement around resort is done by buggy here , shockingly when you call for it can take them upto 40 mins for them to make it available for you. The rooms , location all things are great but when u have a resort whose staff and management are like this your holiday will never go well , even more so when it is in expensive places like maldives where u spend so much for a night and where you 100s of options . I truly recommend not coming here , this resort has no service , poor staff , poor buffets , and overall not at all good package for holiday at all go for options such as emrald resort and spa or hurawalhi instead where the have class customer service that is the most important thing for your holidays with great amenities, location and foor Last of all the line that they pitch for marketing THE MOST GENEROUS ALL INCLUSIVE is the LEAST GENEROUS ALL INCLUSIVE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY 6 time being in maldives .

The trip was amazing…the place is beautiful and the service provided to us right from our arrival to departure was hassle free as we were being assisted by our guide MR.ASIF..He made sure we were comfortable and helped us with the transferring process.

We stayed at Pullman Maldives for our honeymoon together with our parents (three rooms, six guests). Unfortunately, the overall experience was well below expectations, especially for a five-star, all-inclusive resort and such a special occasion. Positives first: The island itself is stunning, with beautiful nature and a great reef. The beach villas are spacious, clean and perfect for relaxing. The Italian restaurant stood out with excellent food, very good drinks and friendly, professional service. The Sunset Bar offers a nice atmosphere and enjoyable evenings. However, the negatives clearly outweighed the positives: • The honeymoon package was not prepared upon arrival and was only partially provided after repeated complaints. Nothing felt proactive or special. • We were repeatedly denied access to outdoor seating at the buffet restaurant, often without clear explanations. On several occasions, terrace doors were locked, once even behind us after leaving. This was particularly frustrating, as outdoor dining is one of the main reasons to visit the Maldives. • Communication via the app and email was slow and inefficient. Simple requests required multiple follow-ups. • Room cleaning was inconsistent and, in some cases, done very late in the evening despite early requests. • The resort is advertised as all-inclusive, yet food at the pool bar during certain afternoon hours was not included, leaving no complimentary dining option during that time. This felt misleading. • Staff often appeared overworked, understaffed and unmotivated, and some interactions were perceived as unfriendly or inappropriate. • Acting management was defensive and dismissive, with no apologies offered and little willingness to acknowledge guest concerns. • Buffet food selection was repetitive, and we had concerns about hygiene at some stations. What disappointed us most was the feeling of not being genuinely welcome. For a honeymoon and for the price paid, we expected warmth, attentiveness and a significantly higher level of service. In summary: a beautiful island with some excellent facilities, but service quality, communication and guest experience do not meet five-star, all-inclusive standards. Sadly, this was a disappointing honeymoon experience, and we would not recommend the resort in its current state.
