It has fantastic scenery, pleasant facilities, romantic atmosphere, fun, friendly staff,In particular, among the staff members, Najima treated me very kindly. She is the best employeeand really delicious food. It's the best honeymoon spot. I want to come back. I want to live forever. This place is like heaven. I highly recommend this resort

Our experience with this hotel began with an extremely stressful and unpleasant situation. Upon arrival at Malé International Airport, we discovered that our money had been stolen on the plane. After collecting our luggage, we learned that no one was there to meet us, because the agent who handled our booking made a mistake and the reservation had been canceled the day before our arrival. As a result, we were left at the airport without money and without a hotel reservation, while the last seaplane to the island was departing in just two hours. After some time, an airport representative from the hotel approached us. His name was Mazin, and he was the only person among all the staff who truly deserves sincere gratitude. We urgently began transferring money, which naturally takes time, and at the same time tried to negotiate with the hotel reservations department. We explained that we were ready to pay for the hotel upon arrival, as the funds would reach our account by the time we landed on the island. At that moment, we were also ready to fully pay for the transfer immediately. However, the reservations staff member stated that they would not take any action until we paid a 50% prepayment, and the fact that we would miss the last seaplane and be stranded in Malé if they delayed did not concern them at all. To be clear, if it had not been for Mazin, with such an attitude we would certainly have refused to stay at this hotel. Eventually, just five minutes before the departure of the last seaplane, the money finally reached our account. We managed to pay 100% of the reservation and miraculously made it onto the flight to the hotel. Upon arrival at the island, we were met by our butler, Mila, who assured us that all information about the incident had been forwarded to the police and the airline. Later, it turned out that this was not true and no such reports had been made. The all-inclusive concept is extremely unclear. It includes alcohol and only some lunch items in the à la carte restaurants. Breakfasts are monotonous, with the same food served every day. Dinners are also poor in variety. The most frustrating part is that you have to stand up and literally wave your hands just to get someone’s attention to take a drink order. Most of the staff’s smiles feel forced and insincere. There is a strong impression that the hotel is designed for one-time visits only, and that no one truly cares whether you ever return or recommend the hotel to others. There is a complete sense of indifference toward guests. One positive point worth mentioning is the spa and its specialists. The massage is truly excellent and leaves the only genuinely pleasant memory of this hotel. Overall, what stands out most is the absolute lack of interest from the staff in how your stay is going, what emotions you experience, or what impression you take away. Unfortunately, this completely outweighs even the beautiful nature and location.
