We also fully understand that a noon check-out can feel early when an evening transfer is scheduled. Whenever villa availability permits, we are always pleased to extend a complimentary late check-out. However, this cannot be guaranteed, as sufficient time is needed to prepare the villa to the same standard for arriving guests. When an extension is not possible, the meal plan concludes at the standard check-out time, while guests remain welcome to enjoy the resort facilities until departure. We also regret that our management presence did not make you feel personally recognised during your stay.
