Dear Saurabh, We regret to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. As previously clarified, once the concern regarding the cake was brought to our attention, a replacement was promptly arranged for you. Regarding the matter of a team member approaching the villa, our staff followed established protocol by knocking three times and announcing their presence prior to attempting to open the door. Upon noticing that the villa was occupied, the team member did not enter. With regard to the photoshoot, we sincerely apologize that the hard copy of the photo was not delivered as expected. Upon review, it was confirmed that the team communicated respectfully and that the soft copy of the photograph was shared with you.
