The staff wasn’t professional and we didn’t feel a tinge of warm hospitality we were expecting. The housekeeping staff in particular - they threw away my birthday cake that we didn’t even cut saying “we thought you didn’t want it”. And in the same evening one of the housekeeping staff members literally barged into our villa when we didn’t open the door on his ring. They don’t respect privacy at all. I’m not gonna recommend this place to anyone.

Dear Saurabh, We regret to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. As previously clarified, once the concern regarding the cake was brought to our attention, a replacement was promptly arranged for you. Regarding the matter of a team member approaching the villa, our staff followed established protocol by knocking three times and announcing their presence prior to attempting to open the door. Upon noticing that the villa was occupied, the team member did not enter. With regard to the photoshoot, we sincerely apologize that the hard copy of the photo was not delivered as expected. Upon review, it was confirmed that the team communicated respectfully and that the soft copy of the photograph was shared with you. The villa was extremely comfortable with a beautiful modern design, making it a perfect place to relax with the family. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available, and every meal was enjoyable. A special thanks to Ana, our butler, who took great care of us throughout the stay and made sure everything was perfect.

We were very satisfied practically with everything. Especially we were pleased with the staff. They were nice and helpful. The scuba diving was very well organized and the diving sites were well chosen. The cuisine was absolutely great.

Dear Olivier, thank you very much for the warmth of the stay. I am convinced that the main key to the success of the resort is the team you have built on the island, which does an excellent job of providing hospitality to international guests, starting with the guys who meet you at the airport. When the resort is so compact, everything is seen, and any inconsistency will be noticeable. Having more than 20 years in HR, you always see such peculiarities. Therefore, allow me to celebrate your managerial excellence. I would also like to separately note the incredible organization of the restaurants, the amazing Arabic cuisine and breakfasts. I paid attention to the amazing combination of a relaxing atmosphere and a vibrant party, as well as the French accent of relaxation that you create by side music and some. I also enjoyed the quality of sleep and, despite the compactness of the territory, the variety of spots for private pastime. As a recommendation, let me suggest to update the lazuli menu: club sandwich or cheeseburger for the late dinner is not quite what you expect at a resort, taking into account current food trends; place buttons to call waiters in the cabanas by the pool; offering guests a complimentary basic SPF cream as part of their regular bath amenities would be a welcome addition; more vivid suggestion of sparkling wine for breakfasts. Pay special attention to the reception area and the wow factor it can create during daylight hours. You have a brilliant dj. And two to four semi-private parties a year with carefully selected influencers and known DJs (for Russian audience it can be Kozak or Izhevsky), in my opinion, this could increase the appeal of an island getaway and ensure overbooking during off-season periods. Also note the international trend of micro-communities. This can significantly improve the resort experience. For example, by adding a shared chat for island guests or a shared photo gallery, or by launching eco-focused activities, such as "Ocean Friends" to collect specific coral species or strengthen the reef. Today tourists search more than just a pretty picture, but a sense of belonging, authenticity, and shared values which you definitely can provide.
