We stayed in a 2 bed over water villa for 4 nights. The villa itself was excellent although the marine life on the reef is a little limited. The NYE gala dinner was an expensive experience but we had a great time. The upgrade to Half Board is badly priced - I don't think we could have got to the same amount on any night in any restaurant so we would go B&B next time. The premium beverage package was OK but would only recommend it if all guests are drinking at lunch and dinner every day. Our butler Viu was excellent! The service from the F&B staff varied from medium / indifferent (a few) to excellent (many others but special mention about Luna). Our review of the food generally is mixed. Hadaba is good if you like Middle Eastern food. Citronelle was a bit hit and miss both for Asian and Western food, although the pastries at breakfast were great! The beach club was decent for relaxed food. Ocean, who run the sea activities, were good - Eddy in particular was a great tour guide. Overall, we would return but perhaps not at the height of the peak season.

From check-in to check-out we were impressed by the attention to detail from the staff. We loved having and working with our assigned stay coordinator Ana, who took care of all the day to day planning for us including daily activities, setting up our dining reservations, and taking care of transportation (dropping off bikes, to picking us up in golf cart) to and from our villa.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by very pleasant and welcoming staff who showed us to our villa. The villa is incredibly beautiful with a stunning view, everything is done in a modern style, very clean, and comfortable. The restaurant has a good selection of dishes for every taste, and everything was delicious. We were delighted.

Overall I was very happy with everything. There are some areas I would recommend that you tighten up on. The staffs uniformed looked old and discolored, this is the first impression you make with your guest as they are greeted in the airport. One of the reasons we picked the hotel was due to the short boat ride, however we needed to wait 45-60 minutes for the boat which ultimately deleted the benefit of going to a close Island. I felt the NY change was excessive and I guess most guests felt the same. 700 for a meal and entertainment is crazy, I saw U2 play in the Sphere for cheaper! Outside of this I was very happy and would return.
