I am very satisfied with my stay at Mercure Garut. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. The hotel was consistently clean, well-maintained, and organized, while the facilities provided were excellent and met all my expectations. The food was also delicious, with a good variety of options available. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends and family because each visit has been a pleasant experience. As a constructive suggestion, it would be even more convenient for guests if there were additional solutions regarding parking when the main upper parking area is full. When guests need to park in the lower parking area, they have to walk quite a distance to reach the hotel. I hope this can be considered in the future as part of the hotel's ongoing efforts to enhance guest comfort and convenience. Thank you to the entire Mercure Garut team for the outstanding service and hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to a mall. The hotel is relatively new, with comfortable beds and well-maintained, modern furniture. The front office staff provided very good service—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. The breakfast was also enjoyable, offering a good selection of meals. One area for improvement is the Smart TV (Netflix feature), as there are instances where an account is logged in using a code but cannot be logged out. This prevents other guests from using the feature properly. Overall, I am very satisfied with what Hotel Mercure has to offer and would definitely consider staying here again.
