It’s been a nice stay. The only thing: I don’t think having a glass transparent wall between bathroom and sleeping room is a great idea. If you partner or a child is sleeping and you need to use the bathroom, you switch on the light in the toilet and the sleeping room illuminates and the person wakes up. It might be helpful to have a blackout curtain in the room to protect the sleeping area from the light. Otherwise it’s impossible to use toilet during the night.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast had very limited options, and the menu remained exactly the same for all five days. Adding more variety and rotating some items would greatly improve the experience for guests staying multiple nights. On one of the days, the rice pudding appeared to be spoiled, which was disappointing. It would also be great if the rooms had individual temperature control, as this would make the stay more comfortable. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a good experience thanks to the excellent staff and comfortable stay.

1 stop away from Zurich HB, this is well located and the rooms were great. For family trips, the team took all the notes and prepared the room suitable for the kid also. The checkin was smooth and so was check out. The indoor room climate was also well functional. OF course the team can consider to vaccum clean the floor carpets more often. There was lot of dust which triggered sneezing when indoors.
