Everything was good except for the design of the bathroom. It wasn't comfortable, and I think the room could have been rearranged so that the bed is away from the bathroom.

Our stay at the Mercure Zurich City Hotel was very pleasant overall. Although many of the guests seemed to be attending various conferences, the atmosphere remained comfortable and welcoming. The staff is very efficient and quite friendly. The bathroom, shower and WC are well designed and quite comfortable and easy to use. The AC (no window opening) is set right. Breakfast is quite good and offers a good selection for a hotel of this category.

We had a great one-night stay at this hotel. We truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff kindly allowed early check-in as the room was available, which was very convenient after our journey.
