The staff who managed my checkin and checkout, she does not know your IT systems . Horrible experience, my stored cards don’t work, invoice never gets sent.. very unfriendly tone.. it happens to me only when this staff comes.. otherwise I have had a good experience

Lovely hotel to stay at with an excellent location for visiting Zurich. But please throw away those cheap uncomfortable pillows and stop being so heavy handed with the salt at breakfast!
