Our four day visit, our forth to Vietnam and second to Hanoi, was outstanding in every respect. The warmth and responsiveness of the entire hotel staff was first-rate, often exceeding other 5-star properties we have visited in Asia. The Club is attractive, and staff where attentive, and professional. The offerings at breakfast, tea and cocktail were very good with smooth service remembering our preferences, The spa facilities are outstanding. Bacco dining was very good, with staff and Chef Federico attentive to diners. Concierge service was responsive, and car service to and from HAN was excellent, as was housekeeping. The hotel's guest-focused function is impressive, especially having been open for only three months, making guests feel at home and content.

A luxury stay in Hanoi City Center. All staff members we met were great. We were also allowed to check-in at noon on the first day. It's pity we didn't got an upgrade as Gold member. But it's a great stay all-in-all.

All the staff were incredible. From the moment Ha Tran checked us in, we felt the warm welcome and had our entire stay feel personalised. The details and level of care for our honeymoon were incredible to say the least.
