Stayed in July 2026 with family while traveling from Alps back to UK. Very helpful staff, nice family room, nice breakfast, convenient connected car park (small payment) and we all enjoyed the cinema theme in many little touches throughout the hotel. It used to be a cinema, and the front still has the historic cinema facade facing the railway station, with the first floor bedrooms having tall ceilings to match the old layout. We visited the Louvre-Lens museum for a few hours (20 min walk or 5 min car) before continuing our journey. Would stay again.

Parking was ok, but it wasn’t clear from the website. Two totally different beds for sleeping. Who gets the hard bed? I asked at reception where I could refill a water bottle as a water fountain was mentioned in the lift. They didn’t know and in the end showed me water bottles at breakfast, which weren’t really there to refill anything with. Friendly staff. Breakfast as expected. There needs to be a trolley for dirty dishes as people had to wait for tables to be cleared. We were lucky. Go early.
