We arrived at check-in and we were met by Liam. Couldn't have helped us anymore than he did, really good customer care. Wendy at the Bar was also very nice and very friendly and chatty. Breakfast was amazing. Everything you could of wanted before setting off on your day. Again Wendy was there again and honestly was fantastic, she saw to our every need and ensured we had eaten and drunk all we could.
