The experience was just fine. Apartment was nice but a little more cramped than I expected. The whole hotel was quite busy and could maybe stand for improvements in cleanliness.

The hotel set-up as a combined location for Ibis and Adagio was unusual and was a disservice to both with long queues on arrival and departure. The apartment was missing some key amenities including working plugs for both the kitchen and bathroom sink and only provided ventilation rather than air conditioning which is surprising considering the age of the building. Servicing of the room was not completed during my stay despite the cart sitting directly outside my door for most of every day. Servicing was attempted after 5pm after a day out while trying to wind down so was timed poorly. This meant supplies were not replenished and rubbish was not removed. The location was good which made exploring easy.

it was a neutral experience - the staff were on 'get on with it' kind of attitude. they werent extra welcoming as they normally usuall are. the location of the hotel was great amd ot was more of a business hotel than a family oriented one

The location was about a 5 minute walk to the train station and grocery store and an easy 10 walk to Old Town. Nice bakery a minute walk away was much cheaper than the hotel breakfast. Although it’s advertised as having ac in the rooms, the ac is not adjustable and didn’t turn on at all during our stay. There were 2 loud fans in the room. The room was spacious enough for the two of us, clean and had everything we needed. If you prefer American size washcloths I suggest bringing your own. We didn’t hear any street noise since or room wasn’t located on the main road, we only heard the above occupants when they dragged the kitchen chair around. We were happy our room was ready well before check in time.

Well located and clean. A fan was provided in the room in the hot weather which was very considerate of the staff. One problem, the nuts provided was already stale .... It would've been nice if fresh nuts are provided instead.

Our room was pretty stuffy - it was warm outside, so we left the windows closed. Thank you for leaving the fans so they were running when we checked into our room, but it didn't feel like there was very much other air circulation - it was hard to tell whether the air system was working at all. We asked the front desk and they just told us the hotel doesn't have a/c.

The location, very close to the central station, is perfect. The check in was efficient and friendly. The room, fourth floor, had a view on a small inner courtyard, but then.. I never travelled to any hotel to enjoy the view. The room was large and comfortable. Separate bathroom and toilet is a bonus. Breakfast is highly recommended, in fact the entire hotel is definitely recommended.

The toilet/bathroom was dirty. When informed, the cleaning crew returned, but the bathroom still smelled of urine. The bathroom design is extremely poor. The room with the toilet does not have a hand-washing area. It is totally disgusting that patrons have to open the door without washing their hands, then go into the shower area/bathroom to wash their hands. I paid extra money for the breakfast, but the food was horrible. After eating breakfast on the first day and due to the bad experience, I ended up buying breakfast from outside the following days, although I had already paid for breakfast for 3 days.

No Aircon- rooms were hot and stuffy Booked through 3rd party No recognition of Accor platinum but the price is so much more expensiveif booked through Accor. Check in staff were inflexible

I pointed out the presence of bed bugs and even provided photos, but the hotel insisted they weren't bed bugs and claimed it was just a regular allergy. When we changed rooms, the sofa bed wasn't set up either—not even by the time we checked out—even though there were three of us. Very Bad Experience!!!
