It was the tailend of our trip in Europe. The hotel is excellent with the free coffee and water, no complaints there. Check in experience was fast and good as well. Not sure if my online Check in contributed to that. Unfortunately, I had an inquiry on June 1, 2026 at 6:30 pm about the possibility of a late checkout and on our welcome drinks. I must say, I got the worst response and attitude regarding it and it sounded more of a burden for then to assist me with my welcome drinks. It did not feel like perk of the program.
