The first night I didn't realise I could ask for a fan and found the room really small. The staff were kind and friendly but there was a hiccup in communication. I wasn't well and trying to have a nap when a staff member knocked on my door and insisted I come down to reception to pay for the second night that minute. The tone he used made me feel like I was dodgy when I would have been happy to pay upon arrival when I explained about the two bookings or recieve a polite note under the door requesting I fix the bill. That marred my experience but then reception gave me a late checkout to make up for it and that made me happier.
