Staff is kind and nice overall, but the rooms, room facilities, amenities, gym (stank), pool and the unused room across the other side from the gym & pool are very poorly managed. High investment in infrastructure & culinary personell training is needed. We had dinner once and breakfast once, this was enough to not return there. Food was of poor quality and twice served like no-one cares. They served a warm dish cold and a cold dish frozen. A quick check before the food goes to the customer could help that. Also, no one of the kitchen and waiters spoke adequate english. There are so many non five-star aspects of our stay, that at best I'd give 3 stars for the guest experience I've had. Please refer to other hotels with exceptional experiences to improve.

Great location and staff, very nice hotel. Even surprised me with a free upgrade invitation by email soon after I made the reservation. Since it was my first time at this hotel chain it was a pleasant surprise. Because of my travel schedule I did not see it until too late but it was still great service. Great options nearby for meals, shopping, etc…
