The only bad experience was on the checkout. They were charging me 4 cans of water and 1 chocolate. I never took anything from the fridge. What I think it happened is that, a can of water I bought in the lobby, I save it in the fridge during my stay, and they count it. But the chocolate, that one I have no clue why. At the end they remove the charges.

I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel during my visit to São Paulo, and I would like to thank the whole team for such a wonderful experience. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely, the housekeeping team was excellent, and overall the atmosphere was warm and pleasant throughout my stay. However, I especially want to mention Rafaella, who truly made my experience exceptional. As I was traveling solo, arriving in a new city could sometimes feel a little overwhelming, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment of check-in. During my stay, she was always kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I saw her, she would recommend places to visit and things to do, always thinking about what would be best for me as a solo traveler in São Paulo. Her recommendations and attitude made a real difference in my experience of the city. All of your staff were amazing, but Rafaella was definitely the highlight for me, and I wanted to make sure her kindness and professionalism were recognized.
