I don't feel the special Fairmont Seoul with premium Accor class

Dear Mr. S., Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback following your recent stay. We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not reflect the premium Fairmont standards you expected as an Accor luxury brand. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment this caused. Your comments regarding the charge for shaving amenities, the condition of the sink, and the performance of the bidet toilet are deeply concerning and do not align with the level of comfort and quality we strive to deliver in a five-star hotel. I had expected the property to be way better maintained. That said, everyone at the hotel was incredibly warm and welcoming. The bellman’s “see you next time” as I was getting into my cab was a small but impeccable touch of service. Unfortunately, the room itself was somewhat of a letdown. While it was certainly very clean, it was clear that the furniture and bathroom cabinetry had seen significant wear over time. Overall, it didn’t quite deliver the 5 star experience I had anticipated.

I intentionally chose Fairmont although my conference was at Conrad. Although I had to walk a bit to go back and forth, it was worth it. Very kind and helpful staff was the reason I will come back next year.
