We love Thomas the doorman. He was the best. He always had a smile on his face, his greetings always made us feel welcome and was helpful when a taxi driver not use to driving for Uber tried to claim we didn't pay him. Thomas stepped right in without hesitation and helped us resolve the issue. Of all the staff we encountered, he was the best. House keeping at night was also friendly and had fresh water bottles for us every night. Whoever helped book our taxi for ride to airport was efficient and patient.

Wow. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but this one blew my mind. From the interior design of the hotel room to the beatiful top down view of the hyundai seoul I was transported to a futuristic reality. It was beautiful to see the colorful light show at night on top of the hyundai seoul too. My friends and I just spent the whole day gazing at the view and having drinks. One of my favorite memories in my life. Usually hotels are just a place to stay but this one felt like a present someone had wrapped for me.
