Early check in cost for one night full charge is not common practice and I lost my Jabra earphones in my room.

Dear Mr. S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul. First of all, we sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the early check-in arrangement and your missing Jabra earphones. Regarding the early check-in request, please allow us to clarify that our standard check-in time is 15:00. As your arrival flight (GA878 on 16th May) was scheduled to arrive in Seoul at approximately 08:30, guaranteeing immediate room access upon arrival would have required securing the room from the night prior. For this reason, a full additional night’s charge was advised in advance, in line with our reservation policy applied consistently to all guests requesting guaranteed early arrival. That said, should you prefer a non-guaranteed early check-in for future stays, we would be more than pleased to note your request and assist as flexibly as possible based on room availability on the day of arrival. With regard to your missing Jabra earphones, we immediately coordinated with the relevant departments and carefully reviewed the room inspection records and lost-and-found procedures upon receiving your feedback. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the item at this time. However, should you happen to recall any specific location where the earphones may have been left, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. For your convenience, we would be more than willing to conduct an additional detailed search. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and guest experience. felt very welcomed from check-in to check-out. i was on vacation staying at Fairmont and unfortunately sprained by knee on a hike and Fairmont gave me the best service as far as bringing me a bucket of ice everyday to ice my knee.

I hosted Fitch on Korea 2026 on 15 May at the Ballroom. The event coordination with Helen Lee and Laura Lee were smooth and efficient. They were both prompt to respond to my requests. Banquet manager Lucas was very helpful to deliver all my requests. The full team really live up to the standard of Fairmoint. The lunch buffet and breakfast catering were all amazingly arranged, and food was delicious. I had to say this was one of the best event buffet I ever had! I will definitely recommend this hotel to other events planner and looking forward to hosting our other events at your property.
