I visited the hotel with my family—with a toddler (3 years old) and a baby (10 months old). I was a little disappointed by the quality of service that I was given at check-in, where I was not offered by the hotel staff any baby-related services and amenities without having to request them myself. I stated that I am traveling with a 10 month old baby in my registration and was present with the baby at the check-in desk, but the staff didn’t think to offer baby bed guards, baby crib, high chair, etc. I had to call the front desk and request these amenities. It would have been much more welcoming and streamlined experience if I had been offered these services at the point of check-in (or even before, as my traveling companion information was given to hotel in advance).

While we are pleased to hear that our team was responsive to your requests, we sincerely apologize that you did not experience the level of personalized service expected, particularly when traveling with your young children. We regret that amenities such as a crib, bed guards, and high chair were not proactively offered at check-in despite your prior indication that you would be traveling with an infant. Please be assured that we will reinforce additional training with our front office team to ensure that when guests are traveling with children, appropriate amenities are proactively offered and arranged in advance whenever possible, creating a more seamless and thoughtful arrival experience. We also regret the confusion regarding the housekeeping charge and the lack of clear acknowledgment at check-out. Your comments have been shared internally to review our procedures and ensure greater consistency and accountability moving forward. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Very modern interior and convenient location. Staff, especially Max, are very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. This will be almost a perfect stay if the bathroom could use more thorough cleaning. There was some hair left in the bathtub, which should be looked into.

The experience was fairly unremarkable at first, but when I checked out, the hotel staff insisted that I check out by 12 o'clock. Even after I clearly informed them of my membership status, they still demanded that I check out by 12:30. It was completely unreasonable, and I didn't receive the treatment I was entitled to.
