Very good hotel, with very good staff and service. Hotel was clean, we had our wedding together, so everything was in order. The wedding hall was big, the rooms were neat and clean. Yusi, who organised everything for us for friendly and supportive.

I'm there for just one night but the experience was a killer as the room smells really bad. The mouldy smells is so bad that even after applying medicated oil on my nose, I can still smell it. If not for mt late check in and early check out, I would have ask for a change of room.

Everything was exceptional, except that i have to call reception 4x to ask for iron & ironing board until it arrived, the housekeeping number was busy at all times during my stay. Other than that, exceptional!!

I was stayed for.one night at the ibis style.TB Simatupang. As a Platinun member they offering me my benefit. The staff tried hard to give me all fhe benefit. I like their hardwork to fullfill my member's benefit. And the staff very honest and kind to help me. I left my handphone.at the room. When I remember and call the to help.finding the phone, they did it as soon as possible. Thanks for.all their favor for.helping me.
