The location is very strategic, close to shopping/culinary centers, the MRT station, and the golf course. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, making me feel like I’m staying at my own home. What I highly appreciate is the action of one of the managers at Ibis Styles Jakarta Simatupang during breakfast, who engaged in conversation with guests, especially loyal customers, not just exchanging greetings but also asking about the service at Ibis Styles Simatupang and whether anything needed improvement or was lacking. This is the first time I have encountered such a gesture at Ibis Styles Jakarta Simatupang after staying for a long time at many hotels in the Accor Group. Other Accor Group member hotels should follow the example set by Ibis Styles Jakarta Simatupang. Hats off, salute.
