Sebagai member Accor Plus, pemesanan kamar yang mudah serta bantuan dari pihak hotel, menjadi sesuatu hal menyenangkan. Proses Check in yang cepat, kamar family yang cocok untuk staycation bersama 2 orang anak kami yang aktif. Menjadikan pengalaman menginap kami terasa nyaman. Petugas yang ramah, mulai dari Security, FO dan FB, serta variasi makanan dan adanya kids corner di area resto melengkapi staycation kami. The location is nice and the room though small is functional. Cleanliness well maintained and the bed was really comfy for a good sleep. The breakfast was excellent and the staff there are really friendly and helpful. Multiple options in western and local food items available. Best part is the healthy juices available with carrot and tomato blend if I am not mistakes which was excellent. Only 1 thing which made me a bit unsatisfied was the check in experience. I arrived at the hotel just before 12 pm and had to wait for about 20 to 30 minutes to be assigned a room. I agree officially the check in time is 2 pm, cannot complain, but would have been delighted as a customer to be assigned a room when available only 2 hours before official check in time. Cannot believe no rooms are available in such a big hotel and not everyone checks out at 12 pm to not have the rooms. Apart from check in experience, sound from outside main road could be an issue for light sleepers like me.
